        남${\cdot}$북한의 국가원수 경호조직에 관한 연구

        I study on the security organization for the chief of state in North and South Korea. The paper, purporting to analyze security system in comparative prospectives, comprise four chapters. Chapter I Which sets out purpose, scope and method, is followed by Chapter II , dealing largely with the power structure on The Socialist Constitution of Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the protection organization and security activities for the chief of state in North Korea. Chapter III concerns the security environment - terrorist groups, firearms, explosives, suspects, movements of hostile countries and orthers - and the protection organization on The Presidential Security Service for the president in South Korea, culminating in projection of certain problem area. It is followed by concluding observation made in Chapter IV. To be operated security systems effectively, these need to be regulated according to a protective scale, function, authority of a existing.

        유도가열시스템의 구성부품에 대한 강건설계

        This paper presents the robust design of each component used in the development of an induction bolt heating system for dismantling the high-temperature high-pressure casing heating bolts of turbines in power plants. The induction bolt heating system comprises seven assemblies, namely AC breaker, AC filter, inverter, transformer, work coil, cable, and CT/PT. For each of these assemblies, the various failure modes are identified by the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) method, and the causes and effects of these failure modes are presented. In addition, the risk priority numbers are deduced for the individual parts. To ensure robust design, the insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), switched-mode power supply (SMPS), C/T (adjusting current), capacitor, and coupling are selected. The IGBT is changed to a field-effect transistor (FET) to enhance the voltage applied to the induction heating system, and a dual-safety device is added to the SMPS. For C/T (adjusting current), the turns ratio is adjusted to ensure an appropriate amount of induced current. The capacitor is replaced by a product with heat resistance and durability; further, coupling with a water-resistant structure is improved such that the connecting parts are not easily destroyed. The ground connection is chosen for management priority.

      • An Object-Oriented, Client-Server Architecture for a Generalized Multimedia a Processing Model in a Distributed Multimedia System

        본고는 분산 멀티미디어 시스템 환경에서 여러가지 응용 서비스를 지원하기 위한 범용 멀티미디어 데이타 처리 모델을 제시하고 그것을 구현하기 위한 객체지 향, 클 라이언트 서버 구조에 대하여 기술하였다. 이 모델은 분산 멀티미디어 시스템에서 필 요한 원격 데이타의 이용을 위한 통신망 투명성과 실시간 멀티미디어 입출력, 그리고 미디어의 통합이나 동기화 등의 멀티미디어 처리를 지원하는 범용 모델이다. 이 모델 은, 스트립 계층, 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션 계층, 하이퍼 프리젠테이션 계층등으로 구 성된다. 본 고는 이 모델의 각 계층에 해당되는 추상적인 데이타개념을 정의하고 이것 이 각 계층의 서비스와 실재로 객체지향 기법으로 제공되는 AP(Application Programming Interface)가 어떻게 연결되는지 기술하였다. 그리고 실제 구현하기 위한 구체적인 문제 를 예를 들면서 다루었고 마지막에 추후 연구해야 할 방향을 제시하며 결론을 맺었다. In this paper, we describe a multimedia data processing model that supports wide variety of applications based on multimedia production model. This model supports network-transparent access to stored multimedia data, real-time mult media input devices, and multimedia processing. The model addresses real-time dato a switching and delivery, as well as acquisition, processing, and output. Most translation, compression, and synchronization services are integrated. This model consists of three layers: (1) stream, (2) multimedia presentation, (3) hyperpresentaion. This paper describes the data abstractions associated with each layer. These data abstractions provide a framework for defining the services provided by each layer, and describe the object-oriented mechanisms that provide those services. A sample scenario is presentated to illustrate the use of this model. A server-client architecture and implementation issues, and future directions are also discussed. sed.

        국회보안강화를 위한 법규개정방안에 관한 연구

        국회는 가급 국가중요시설로 내 외적인 위협으로부터 안전하게 보호되어야 하는데, 국회의 보안강화를 위해 법적 제도적 개선방안이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국회 경호업무 강화와 경호업무의 법치주의 실현을 위한 국회 경호관계법 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 경호업무의 범위를 회의장의 질서유지, 국회건물의 시설경비, 중요인사의 신변보호 등의 안전활동을 포함하고 경위의 경호활동 권한을 부여할 수 있도록 규정하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 현재의 경호조직을 '경호국' 하부 조직으로 하고 하부조직을 신변보호과, 시설경비과, 질서유지과, 종합상황담당관으로, 1국 1담당관 3과로 조직체계를 개선하여 경호지휘체계 단일화를 취하고, '경호업무'에 대한 용어정의를 명확하게 하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 방청인 신체검사 기능 및 국회 안에서의 현행범 체포에 대한 현실적인 상황을 고려하여 불필요한 조항은 삭제하고, '회의장의 질서를 문란하게 하는 행위를 하거나 하려고 하는 때', '경위로 하여금' 퇴장시킬 수 있게 개정하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 경위의 경호활동에 대한 실효성을 강화하기 위하여 국가기관 등에 대한 협조요청, 경위의 사법경찰권, 무기 휴대 및 사용, 제복 및 장비 등에 대한 규정이 필요한데, 경호처, 경찰, 청원경찰, 특수경비원 등의 활동권과의 비례성을 고려해 볼 수 있다. This study is to propose the improvement of security related regulations to reinforce security activity and actualize constitutionalism in the National Assembly. For the purpose, some improvements could be considered as followings; First, legislating of regulations including some articles on the scope of security activity such as order preservation at assembly hall, facility security, security agents' right and protection of personal is necessary. Second, changing the organization and command system of security management is necessary for the unification of security activity and efficiency of the job. Also clear definition of terminology on the security job is need. For the shake of above object, one officer in charge of situation management and three section such as the personal protection section, facility security section and order preservation section could be substructured under security department. Third, elimination of unnecessary article on the arrest of red handed criminal in the assembly hall and on the physical checkup of audience by security agent is need. Also legislating of regulations on the hoarding of person who could disorder is necessary. Forth, legislating of regulations on the cooperation with government branch, judicial police power, carry and use of weapon and uniform and equipment to reinforce practical efficiency of security activity. For the proper legislating of the regulations, comparition with other public organizations such as presidential security Service, police, private security could be considered.

        효율적인 고출력 LED 디밍 제어를 위한 회로 설계 및 구현

        기존의 고출력 LED의 디밍(Dimming) 제어 방법에는 펄스폭변조, 주파수변조, 아날로그 제어 방법이 있으며, 아날로그 디밍은 순방향 고출력 LED 전류를 조정하는 방법으로 0%~100%의 전 범위에서 선형 밝기 조절이 가능하나 순방향 전류를 변화시킴으로써 파장의 변화가 존재하고, 펄스폭변조 디밍 제어는 고출력 LED에 흐르는 정격 전류의 듀티를 가변하여 조도를 제어하는 방식으로 저 레벨(0%~10%)에서 선형 밝기 조정이 어렵다. 그리고 주파수변조 디밍 또한 저 레벨의 디밍에서 빛이 깜박거리는 문제를 내포하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 디밍 방식의 단점을 보완하고자 저 레벨 디밍 제어 시 아날로그 방식을 적용하고, 10%~100%의 디밍 제어 시에 펄스폭변조 방식을 적용하는 효율적인 디밍 제어 회로의 설계 및 구현을 제안한다. 전 범위에 걸쳐 선형 밝기 조절이 가능하고, 다양한 디밍 레벨에서 일정한 파장의 출력이 가능한 디밍 제어 회로를 구현하였으며, 실험 결과는 제안한 방법의 우수성을 보여주고 있다. The conventional dimming control methods of LED (Light-emitting dioades) include Analog, PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), and FM (Frequency Modulation) Control. Analog dimming is controlled by adjusting forward current of Power LED. Although Analog dimming is possible to control linearly the brightness levels on a whole range (0%~100%), it comes into existence a variation of wavelength by changing the Power LED's forward current. PWM dimming has achieved by varying in duty of full current flowing to the Power LED. Generally, PWM dimming doesn't make variation of wavelength but have difficulty with adjusting the linear brightness level between 0% and 10%. FM dimming method is on the same wavelength as PWM dimming, however, it has problem of flickering at low level of dimming. This paper propose a efficient dimming control method of Power LED in order to overcome the disadvantages of the above mentioned methods. We apply to Analog method in low level of dimming control and use PWM method in dimming range from 10% to 100%. For the experiment, we design and implement a circuit and test the proposed method. Consequently, we can control the linear brightness of Power LED across the whole range and get the constant wave at different dimming level. The experimental results show the benefits of the proposed method.

        FTA를 이용한 볼트 유도가열시스템의 고장 및 전기화재 분석

        This paper presents a safety assessment method for FTA-based induction heating systems; the failures and causes of electrical fire are first analyzed for each part and module qualitatively, and methods to manage high probabilities of failure and electrical fire are considered, thereby improving the reliability of the induction heating system. The cumulative importance value (ACC) of the minimal cut set is drawn by setting failure as the top event, and STACK and SMPS are observed to account for about 70% of the induction heating system failures. Thus, intensively managing the basic events contained in the minimal cut set of failures for STACK and SMPS is expected to provide effective and stable operation of the induction heating system. When electrical fire is set as the top event, the STACK percentage is 90%. Accordingly, the current IGBT is changed to a FET to increase the applied voltage and prevent induction heating system failure, and a heat sink plane is installed to prevent FET heating caused by switching, thereby preventing an electrical fire. By classifying the parts and modules of the induction heating system in detail and by applying FTA based on actual failure rates and relevant data, more practical and reasonable results may be expected. Hence, continuous research must be conducted to ensure safety when using induction heating systems.

        한국(韓國)의 문화(文化) : 아동의 인성발달을 위한 효행교육의 인식도 연구

        본 연구는 아동 인성교육을 위해 아동과 부모의 효의 인식조사를 통하여 효교육프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 아동 인성교육을 위한 효행교육에 대한 인식조사를 위하여 서울과 경기지역의 초등학생 74명과 그 학부모 60명을 포함하여 총 134명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 효행교육에 대한 인식도 설문지 조사 결과를 중심으로 다음과 같이 결론을 제시하였다. 첫째, 효행교육의 구성내용은 순종, 공경, 승지, 감사, 봉양 등 5개 분야로 나누되 사랑, 봉양, 공경 등의 주제를 중심으로 구성해야 한다. 둘째, 아동의 효행교육 교수방법은 아동과 부모님들에게 동시에 만족 할 수 있도록 비디오 관람과 역할극 등에 중점을 두어야 한다. 셋째, 아동인성교육의 내용은 효행교육과 자원봉사교육 등에 중점을 두어야 한다. 넷째, 아동의 인성발달을 위한 효교육은 아동과 부모가 함께하는 부자자효(父慈子孝) 효행교육이 필요하다. 다섯째, 효교육강사의 양성을 위하여 학부모나 교사 등을 대상으로 효교육지도사 교육을 실시하여 한다. 여섯째, 효행교육을 위해서는 보다 체계적인 초·중·고 효행교재의 연구 및 발간이 필요하다. 끝으로 ``효행장려 및 지원에 관한 법률``은 보건복지부에서 여성가족부로 이관되어야 하며 ``효교육지도사`` 와 같은 자격증을 국가자격증으로 부여하는 동법의 개정이 필요하다. This study is to develop the filial piety education program through the survey of children and parents` recognition of filial piety for children`s personality development. 134 people including 74 elementary students and 60 parents of them in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area were surveyed to know recognition of filial piety education for children`s character education. The conclusion is presented as follow based on survey result for perception level of filial piety education. First, the contents of the filial piety education is classified to 5 spheres, obedience, respect, entering into family expectations, gratitude, support, etc. but formed in subjects of love, support, respect, etc. Second, method of children`s filial piety education must be focused on watching video and role play in order to simultaneously satisfy children and parents. Third, children`s personality education must be focused on filial piety education and volunteer education, etc. Fourth, children and parents need to join together in a filial piety education by focusing on filial piety education for ``parents being full of affection to their child and children being dutiful to their parents``. Fifth, the education for filial piety education instructors must be conducted to parents and teachers, etc. to foster the filial piety education instructors. Sixth, more organized study on filial piety textbook of elementary, middle, high schools and its publication is needed for filial piety education. Lastly, the ``law on filial piety encouragement and support`` must be transferred from Ministry of Health & Welfare to Ministry of Gender Equality & Family and law reform authorizing the national qualification certificate for ``filial piety education instructors`` license-like is needed.

        VAE 에멀젼 바인더의 첨가가 도공판지의 특성에 미치는 영향

        This study was focused on effective use of the vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) emulsion when it was formulated with SB-latex as a new coating binder for paper coating application. Two kinds of SB-latex having a difference in their particle size were used as comparative binders in the formulation of the pre and top side coating respectively, since the SB-latex binders were conventionally used in paper coating. In order to investigate their possibility as new binder in each formulation of the pre and top side coating, two kinds of VAE emulsion binders were tested with each of addition level 10, 20, 30, and 100 wt%. VAE emulsion binder showed a similar result of the optical properties of coated paper, when it compared with SB-latex binder. It was out that in case of the ink setoff, the coated paper with VAE emulsion binder was a better result than the coated paper with SB-latex binder. It was believed that in case of pick strength, VAE emulsion binder could be only used in the pre coating formulation replaced SB-latex, when SB-latex was mainly used in the formulation of the top side coating with addition amount of the binder ranged from 90 to 100 wt%.

        The pre/post processor and restart capability are implemented in the AutoDyn7, which was developed in the G7 project for Korean automobile industries. The MOTIF and OpenGL libraries were used to develop the pre/post processor in Silicon Graphics workstation. The restart capability was developed to enhance simulation via easily finding an equilibrium position for dynamic analysis.<br/>

        우사(牛舍)에서의 할로겐보온등군(群) 및 자동급수통군에 대한전기배선의 열적 특성

        This study is analyzed for electrical fire danger by electric equipments through surveys of stable owners and the fieldinvestigation at 64 stable. Also, an experiment is performed to analyze the thermal characteristics of 4 types electric wiring according tothe number of operating halogen warm lamp group and automatic waterer group in Beon-young stable in the Cheongwon location. Thesurvey is done to investigate the occurrence of electrical fire, electric equipment, causes and dangerous equipment. As a result, halogenwarm lamp group and automatic waterer group are found to have dangerous loads. In the field investigation, the mode of load capacity ofthe halogen warm lamp group and automatic waterer group was investigated. The mode of load capacity of halogen warm lamp group(over 3 years) is found 17A and that of the auto waterer group (10 years) is 16A. In this experiment, the halogen warm lamp group agedat least 3 years showed 109℃ while that aged less than 1 year appeared 83℃, showing the max gap of 26℃. The automatic waterer groupaged 10 years showed 90℃ while that aged less than 1 year appeared 68℃, showing the max gap of 22℃. These findings indicate that themode of load capacity needs to be considered in selecting and installing wiring for the electric equipment construction of halogen warmlamp group and automatic waterer group in stable.
