Since urban railway transit is one of the most essential transportation systems, its power facilities must ensure high reliability and safety. Currently, urban railway operating organizations perform TBM (Time Based Maintenance) on power facilities. However. in order to improve management efficiency and system safety, CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) is preferred. Among various power facilities, mold transformers has been chosen as the object of study since it is widely used for the purpose of minimizing volume and weight, and due to safety against fire. In this paper, various transformer failure cases due to electric, thermal, mechanical and environmental factors have been collected and analyzed. In addition, investigation on national and international condition based maintenance cases and the characteristics of sensors widely used for transformer monitoring has been performed to suggest the optimal condition based maintenance technique for urban railway systems.

The power facilities of urban rail transit is remarkably essential part. Since it is directly related to the train's safe operation. Currently, the power facilities are being cared by just the naked eye and TBM (Time Based Maintenance). It is not enough for the preservation of the power facilities and need more sensible and reasonable plan for management. In this paper, scientific and systemic ways to figure out times to replace and check of power facilities are suggested. It is based on environmental factors of each line, the number of daily trips and the deterioration level of power facilities by surveying and analyzing the periodic check and improvement of domestic and foreign Metropolitan Subway Corporation. Also, the way of forming the best maintenance plan by using the real-time observation data that compiled from the condition monitoring and control system is suggested.
액체 금속의 상변화와 유연 기판의 탄성 변형을 활용한 고해상도 액체 금속 패터닝

Recently, eutectic gallium indium (EGaIn) has been actively investigated towards stretchable and wearable electronic devices with the aid of high fluidity, high electrical conductivity and low toxicity. However, high surface tension along with s pontaneous oxidation makes it difficul t to realize fine patterning below ~10 μm, thus physical molding into an elastomeric mold is thought to be a unique solution. Here, we present a novel manufacturing technique that enables EGaIn patterns of single-digit micrometer width without using a guide mold for the first time. First, a custom directing printing setup is constructed with a laser displacement sensor, a 3-axis motorized stage, and an electronic pressure regulator to enable continuous and uniform printing of EGaIn by feedback control of the distance between the dispensing needle and the substrate. With the custom direct printing setup, a 120 μm wide linear pattern is printed on a Ecoflex<SUP>TM</SUP>, platinum catalyzed silicone elastomer. To enable a single-digit micrometer pattern, the initial printed line is stretched, frozen with deionized (DI) water, and then transferred to an unstretched Ecoflex substrate. Upon gentle heating after the pick -and-place of the EGaIn line frozen with DI water, only the stretched EGaIn line is left on the new Ecoflex substrate. The aforementioned pick-and-place transfer of the stretched EGaIn frozen with DI water is cascaded multiple times until a target wi dth is reache d. With the propose d i dea, a 2 μm wi de linear pattern, 60-fold reduction with respect to the initial dimension, is obtained. For practical applications, strain and pressure s ensors are demonstrated with width-reduced EGaIn patterns.

헌법재판소가 도로교통법 규정을 위헌으로 결정하면서 많은 재심사건이 발생하였다. 이 사건들은 정형화된 절차와 기준에 따라 다시 유죄를 선고하고 있으며, 통상의 재판절차에 따라 진행되고 있다. 형을 선고할 때 두 가지 유형으로 나뉜다. 하나는 사정변경이 없다는 점을 주목하여 기존과 같은 형을 선고하는 경우로, 개정법 이전에도 실형이 선고되었을 사례군이다. 두 번째는 더 가벼운 형을 선고하는 경우로, 직전 음주운전 전과와의 시간적 간격이 커서 상습성이 있다고 보기 어려운 사례, 위헌결정으로 법정형 하한에 변동이 발생한 사례들이다. 앞으로도 위헌결정이 발생하면 재심을 하여야 하므로, 법과 제도를 개선하여 신속한 처리를 할 수 있게 대비하여야 한다. 우선 검찰청 단위에서 재심청구를 공고하고 일괄 재심청구를 하는 방법을 법에 명시하는 방안을 고려해보아야 한다. 두 번째로 재심개시절차의 기본적 구조를 개선해 간결히 재판할 수 있는 방법이 도입되어야 한다. As the Constitutional Court decided that the provisions of the Road Traffic Act were unconstitutional, many retrial cases occurred. These cases are convicted again according to standards, and are being conducted according to normal trial procedures. There are two types of sentences. One is the case of sentenced to the same sentence as before, noting that there is no change in circumstances, and it is a group of cases that would have been sentenced even before the revised law. The second is the case of a lighter sentence, which is difficult to say that it is habitual due to the large time gap from the previous drunk driving record, and the case where the lower limit of the statutory sentence was changed due to the unconstitutional decision. In the future, if an unconstitutional decision occurs, a retrial should be made, so laws and systems should be improved to prepare for prompt processing. First of all, it is necessary to consider a plan to announce a retrial request at the prosecution office unit and specify how to file a collective retrial request in the law. Second, a method that can be briefly tried by improving the basic structure of the retrial procedure should be introduced.
축구 지도자의 지도행동유형이 선수운동몰입과 팀응집력에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 축구 경기에서 지도자의 행동유형과 운동몰입 및 팀 응집력에 관한 영향관계를 분석하고자 한다. 대한축구협회 등록되어 있는 전국의 중·고등학교 축구선수들을 대상으로 임의표집하여 2014년 7월부터 9월까지 조사를 실시하였다. 369명을 대상으로 SPSS Version 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 첫째, 지도자행동유형은 선수운동몰입의 하위요인인 명확한 목표인식, 자기조절능력, 무아경, 시간감각의 변화, 자기목적적 경험에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도자행동유형은 팀응집력의 하위요인인 집단과제 응집력, 집단사회 응집력, 개인사회 응집력, 개인과제 응집력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 실제 축구 현장에 있는 선수와 지도자의 경기력 향상에 도움이 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leader’s behaviors, We conducted random sampling of middle and high school soccer players registered in the Korean Football Association from July to September, 2014. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed on 369 subjects using the SPSS Version 18.0 program. First, the leader behaviors were influenced by clear target recognition, self-control ability, ecstasy, change of time sense, and self-objective experience, which are sub-factors of player athletic commitment. Second, leader’s behavior style influences group cohesiveness, group cohesiveness, individual social cohesion, and individual task cohesiveness, which are sub-factors of team cohesiveness. Through these researches, it is expected that the players and leaders in the actual soccer field will help improve the performance.
