Markov Chain Model을 이용한 CFRP 복합재료의 피로손상누적거동에 대한 확률적 해석

The characteristics of fatigue cumulative damage and fatigue life of 8-harness satin woven CFRP composites with a circular hole under constant amplitude and 2-level block loading are estimated by Stochastic Makov chain model. It is found in this study that the fatigue damage accumulation behavior is very random and the fatigue damage is accumulated as two regions under constant amplitude fatigue loading. In constant amplitude fatigue loading the predicted mean number of cycles to a specified damage state by Markov chain model shows a good agreement with the test result. The predicted distribution of the fatigue cumulative damage by Markov chain model is similar to the test result. The fatigue life predictions under 2-level block loading by Markov chain model revised are good fitted to the test result more than by 2-parameter Weibull distribution function using percent failure rule.

In the opening and closing system of sluice gate using two hydraulic cylinders, the most important technique which is needed during the lifting stroke of sluice gate over 10M is minute synchronous position control. The rods of two cylinders causes position differences by the irregular flow and pressure and nonlinear friction force of cylinder piston. This phenomenon results in the wearing of sluice gate, and moreover, causes the out of commission of opening and closing movement. In this study, we suggested a design method of synchronous position controller for large size single rod hydraulic cylinder which is used in opening and closing of sluice gate for dam, and proved the validity of the suggested design method by AMEsim simulation.

본 논문에서는 일반적으로 문틀과 문짝을 연결하여 개폐시 작동하는 부품인 힌지의 가속수명시험법에 대한 연구이다. 힌지는 사용하는 용도에 따라 구조와 고장모드가 상이하며 본 연구에서는 전자파 차폐시설에 사용되는 개폐장치 구성품 중 하나인 힌지에 대해서 고장모드를 분석하고 현장작동조건에서의 이론적 검증과 시험장비에 대한 타당성을 분석하였다. 그리고 형상모수와 가속지수의 추정을 통한 특성수명 예측을 위한 가속수명시험법을 설계하였다. This paper presents a study on the accelerated life tests of parts that operate during the opening and closing of door frames, particularly door hinges. Hinge theoretical verification and validation of the test equipment in the present study and the different structures and fault mode, depending on the purpose of usage analysis, failure mode for one of the hinges of the switchgear components used for electromagnetic shielding facilities and on-site operating conditions. The accelerated life test was designed for the characteristic lifetime prediction of the components, by estimating the shape parameter and the acceleration factor.

In this study, we are to analyze the life and the main failure mode of ball screw that are usually applied to the Machine tools. Ball screw have complicated failure cause since they are organized as a complex of various elements. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the main failure mode of ball screw, and then performed life test and performance test according to the international standards. On the basis of these processes, we estimated a shape parameter that is the main factor for the calculation of test time for the reliability of ball screw by analyzing life distribution data.
