        $Carisolv^{TM}$의 사용이 복합레진 수복물의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 영구치와 유치의 상아질 표면에 상품화된 화학기계적 우식치질 제거용액인 $Carisolv^{TM}$(MediTeam, Sweden)를 사용하고 복합레진을 접착한 후 전단결합강도를 측정함으로써 $Carisolv^{TM}$의 사용이 복합레진의 접착에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 하였다. 교정치료를 위하여 발거된 상, 하악 소구치 80개와 정상적으로 탈락한 손상이 없이 건전한 상악 유전치 80개의 순, 협면의 상아질을 노출시키고 $Carisolv^{TM}$를 실험군은 60초 적용하고 대조군은 $Carisolv^{TM}$를 사용하지 않았다. 상아질 접착제는 Scotchbond Multi-Purpose(3M, USA), Single Bond(3M, USA), Clearfil SE Bond(Kuraray, Japan), AQ Bond(Sun Medical, Japan)를 각각 제조사의 지시대로 적용하였고 광중합형 복합레진은 Z100(3M, USA)을 사용하였다. $5^{\circ}C$와 $55^{\circ}C$에 각 30초씩 계류시켜 1,000회 열순환시키고 Universal Testing Machine(Zwick Z020, Zwick Co., Germany)을 사용하여 전단결합강도를 측정하고 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 각 군간 전단결합강도를 비교한 결과, 유치에 비해 영구치의 전단결합강도가 높게 나타났다. 영구치에서는 Clearfil SE Bond만 사용한 군에서 가장 높았고 $Carisolv^{TM}$와 AQ Bond를 병용한 군에서 가장 낮았다. 2. $Carisolv^{TM}$ 사용하지 않은 군과 사용한 군간의 전단결합강도를 비교한 결과, 영구치와 유치 모두에서 상아질 접착제의 종류에 관계없이 $Carisolv^{TM}$를 사용한 군이 사용하지 않은 군에 비해 전단결합강도가 통계학적으로 유의하게 낮게 나타났다(P<0.001). 3. 상아질 접착제의 종류에 따른 전단결합강도를 비교한 결과, 영구치와 유치 모두에서 Clearfil SE Bond를 사용한 군의 전단결합강도가 가장 높았으며 AQ Bond를 사용한 군의 전단결합강도가 가장 낮았다. This study evaluated the influence of chemomechanical caries removal agent $Carisolv^{TM}$(MediTeam, Sweden) for composite resin adhesion to sound human permanent and primary dentin. The buccal/labial surfaces of 80 permanent molars and 80 primary incisors were used. Four types of adhesives and one composite resin were used; AQ Bond(Sun Medical, Japan), Clearfil SE Bond(Kuraray, Japan), Single Bond(3M, USA), Scotchbond Multi-Purpose(3M, USA) and Z100(3M, USA). One drop of $Carisolv^{TM}$(MediTeam, Sweden) was pretreated on the dentin for 0 second(control) and 60 seconds. The specimens were thermocycled for 1,000 times in baths kept 5 degrees C and 55 degrees C with a 30 seconds dwell time. Shear bond strengths were tested and the data was statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA with subsequent post hoc Scheffe test at p<0.05. $Carisolv^{TM}$ treatment significantly decreased the shear bond strength. Shear bond strength of permanent dentin was significantly higher than that of primary dentin. Clearfil SE Bond treatment groups showed the highest shear bond strength and AQ Bond treatment groups showed the lowest shear bond strength.

        Squeeze Cast 한 Al 기지 금속복합재료의 응고거동

        N/A The solidification behavior of the squeeze cast composites of aluminum alloys reinforced with boron fiber(100㎛) and silicon carbide fibers(140㎛ and 15㎛) were investigated. Al-4.5wt%Cu and Al- l0wt%Mg were chosen for the matrix phase of the composites. In the squeeze cast specimen with high thermal difference between fiber and melt, the average secondary dendrite arm spacing(DAS) in reinforced alloy is smaller than that in unreinforced alloy. It was also observed that primary α and non-equilibrium eutectic, which seems to be penetrated and solidified at the final stage of the solidification of the matrix, are irregularly distributed around fibers. It is considered that cold fibers serve as heterogeneous nucleation site. While in the remelted and resolidified specimen without temperature difference, the DAS was not changed with reinforcement and microstructure reveals non-equilibrium eutectic with relatively uniform thickness around fibers. It might be evident the nucleation starts at interfiber region. Microsegregation decreases with the decrease in cooling rate and with reinforcement in the as-squeeze cast specimen. Al-10wt%Mg alloy shows less microsegregation than Al-4.5wt%Cu alloy.

        기둥측면충돌시험에서 EuroSID-2와 WorldSID 인체모형 평가에 관한 연구

        In recent years, WorldSID dummy has been continuously developed and investigated to be a better represent biolfidelic ATD as well as a device for replacement of the current existing EuroSID-2. In Korea, the side impact accident is one of the major severe accidents in terms of numbers of accidents and fatality. Since 2003, 50kph 90degree side crash test has been initiated as a safety standard with EuroSID-1 at the first stage and also same time 55kph impact speed test has been conducted as a part of KNCAP program. Currently only EuroSID-2 is accepted as a regulatory tool for vehicle certification and KNCAP. In order to make use of WorldSID of KNCAP in the distant futuer the tests with WorldSID is conducted experimentally.

      • 인터넷 기반의 온실 환경 제어 시스템에 관한 연구

        현재 국내에 보급되어 있는 시설 원예를 위한 온실 환경 제어 시스템은 노동 집약적 시설에 타이머를 이용하여 각 장치를 제어하는 on/off 식 제어반으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 시스템은 하드웨어적인 결함, 야간이나 원격지에 있을 경우에는 오류 발생 등에 대한 온실의 상태 파악이 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 on/off식 제어 방식을 현장에서는 액정 패널로 제어하도록 하였고, 온실의 각 장치를 제어하는 클라이언트 컴퓨터를 통하여 인터넷상에서 원격지의 데이터 획득과 온실의 상황을 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 각 지역별 온실과도 통신이 가능하며 오류 발생시에도 실시간으로 대처하는 경보 메시지 전송, 그리고 효율적인 온실 환경 제어 및 작물 재배 정보들을 관리할 수 있는 Web 서버를 구축하였다. Recently, Environmental Control Devices of Green House for Protected Cultivation is composed of on/off-type Controller to control each device using timer in equipment of intensive Labor. In case of system, it is difficult to grasp condition of the greenhouse about errors when this system has defect of a hardware, and it operates in the remote place or at night. In this paper, we developed a system that capable of replacing the existing control method of on/off with display panel in the greenhouse, monitoring data aquisition and status in the greenhouse using client computer based on internet. Also this system can communicate with each local greenhouse, and send alarm message about error. And we constructed web server to manage efficient informations for environmental control and corps cultivation in the greenhouse.

        Along with the development of the online environment, an increasing number of people are participating in online discussions. This new trend has enabled adequate level of democratic and public participation in social issues. The changing phase is not only detected in sociocultural area but also widely in the industrial field. Meantime, the crowdsourcing method, one of the newest solutions for web-related tasks, has been recognized to be an effective tool for the R&D sectors of the corporates, since the key advantages of crowdsourcing is that the industrial challenges can be shared with the public entities to find proper solutions. For decade of research how participants can support design methodology, the limitation of the qualitative research which has weakness for sharing data and efficiency of research excution has been tried to reach breakthru recently. This research approaches to the possibility of the design adoption with participation thorugh the Internet will positively effect to its process. This research tried to look around the current trend of web 2.0 based services which supports the Crowdsoucing method and results of paper related to the crowdsouring and design integration. Following to the analysis of web research, we meet the conclusion as just small number of user's opinion have helped designing new product and service. And we compared it to the conventional design process detail functions, less number of websites support it. However, the result of paper research shows optimistic results of web participant. Several cases emphisize that participants were very active to support their thoughts, memories and novel design idea, therefore designer and researchers got enormous help from them and it was better than conventional participatory design in some perspective. Moreover, for developing supportive methods for designer with using massive crowds, priority problems which are systematic solution for sharing and developing original idea, and controlling quality of participant was founded.

        국부정면충돌 시험방법에 관한 실험적 연구

        In order to improve occupant protection in frontal crash, the IIHS introduced a small overlap frontal crash test in 2012. When the front corner of a car collides with another car or object, such as utility pole the test replicated the sequence of events. Because occupants move simultaneously forward and toward the side of the vehicle this test is challenging for some airbag and safety belt designs. In the small overlap frontal test, a car travels at 64 km/h toward a rigid barrier. A hybrid III dummy is positioned in the driver seat. 25% of the total width of the car strikes the barrier on the driver side. After review of small overlap frontal test protocol and overall rating, six run-throughs were performed according to the original test method.

        시장지향성에 관한 역사적 고찰

        Market Orientation which is core concept of marketing discipline has been studied for about twenty four years. For understanding the concept, one should review the historical development process of it and this is difficult for researchers to study. We reviewed the historical development process of market orientation. Specifically, we first chose core articles of market orientation and, second, divided the process into (1) the generation period of marketing orientation, (2) the period of refinement, differentiation, and debates of market orientation, (3) the extension period of market orientation. In this review process, we tried to find more clear definition and differences between Kohli and Jaworski(1990)’s and Narver and Slater(1990)’s market orientation. Also we endeavor to point out how NS(1990)’s market orientation has been refined and developed their theory. Finally, we described how entrepreneurship, organizational learning, and corporate social responsibility has been included market orientation studies. 시장지향성은 1990년 마케팅 학계에 처음으로 소개된 이후 상당한 관심과 그에 따른 연구가 진행된 핵심적인 주제이다. 본 연구는 약 25여년 간의 시장지향성 연구에 대하여 역사적 발전과정을 고찰한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 시장지향성 연구흐름을 (1)개념 생성시기, (2) 개념정립, 차별화, 논쟁의 시기, (3)연구의 확장시기로 구분하고 각 시기 별 주요 연구를 고찰함으로써 시장지향성에 대한 보다 정확한 이해를 하고자 노력하였 다.

        방전 플라즈마에 의한 마찰교반공정 툴용 WC-3 wt% (Ni, Fe) 소결체의 미세조직 및 기계적특성

        In this study, the microstructure and mechanical characteristics of WC-3 wt% Ni and WC-3 wt% Fe hard materials by spark plasma sintering (SPS) for friction stir-processing tool applications were evaluated. Sintered bodies with a diameter of 66 mm were fabricated with a relative density up to 99% after the simultaneous application of a pressure level of 60 MPa and electric current for 35 min mostly without grain growth during sintering. Only the initial phase existed in the initial powers and in the ball-milled powders, but the phases of W2C and WC1-x in all sintered bodies appeared after the sintering process. The Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the WC-3 wt% Ni hard material were approximately 2,240 kg/mm2 and 9.1MPa·m1/2, respectively, while those of the WC-3 wt% Fe sintered body were correspondingly 2,242 kg/mm2 and 6.8 MPa·m1/2.
