Recently the automobile engine has been developed in achieving the high performance, fuel economy, and emission reduction. In a conventional spark ignition engine the fuel and air are mixed together in the intake system, inducted through the intake valve into the cylinder, and then compressed. Under normal operating conditions, the combustion is initiated towards the end of the compression stroke at the spark plug by an electric discharge. Following inflammation, a flame develops and propagates through this premixed fuel-air mixture. Therefore the state of mixture is very important in the combustion and emission characteristics. In this study the combustion and emission characteristics were tested and analyzed with changing the mixture composition and engine operating parameters in order to improve the combustion and performance in engine.

Compression ignition diesel engine can reduce carbon emission than gasoline engine in case of high efficiency, output and durability. So, compression ignition diesel engine is used in various fields such as automobiles, industries and so on. Due to reducing of emission exhaust by Developing of injection and combustion type of diesel engine, emission of pollution substance is developed compared the past. Moreover, its efficiency and reduce of carbon emission is better than gasoline engine and it is used in power source of industries, transports and others because of its high efficiency and durability nowadays. In this study, we experiment by making and designing of compression ignition diesel engine witch has air-cooling, 2 cylinder and 2 strokes.

뇌전류와 같이 고주파성분을 함유한 서지전류나 전자통신기기의 전자기장해를 유발하는 고주파 이상전류에 대하여 접지전극은 주파수에 의존적인 상당히 복합적인 임피던스의 특성을 보인다. 접지전극의 접지임피던스는 접지전극의 크기를 증가시켜도 낮아지지 않고, 대지의 특성과 주파수 조건에 따라 접지임피던스가 최소값을 보이는 접지전극의 길이가 존재하며, 이 접지전극의 길이를 대지의 특성과 주파수 조건에 대한 임계길이라 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 분포정수회로모델을 이용하여 수직접지전극과 수평접지전극의 임계길이를 산정하였으며, 실험결과와의 비교를 통해 타당성을 확인하였다. For the surge currents like lightning currents containing high frequency components and the abnormal currents having high frequencies which cause the EMI(Electromagnetic interference) problems for the electronic devices and communication instruments, the linear grounding electrodes have the significantly composite impedance characteristics which are dependent on the frequency of the applied current. The impedance of a grounding electrode is not lowered by expanding the dimension of the grounding electrode, and the length of grounding electrode having the minimum value of the grounding impedance for each condition of frequency and soil characteristics is existent, and it is defined as Critical length. In this paper, the critical lengths for the vertically and horizontally-buried grounding electrodes are calculated by using the distributed parameter circuit model. The propriety of the simulations has been confirmed by comparing the simulated results with the measured results.

우리나라는 문화강국으로서, 우리의 대중문화는 국민들의 사랑을 넘어 외국에서도 크게 인기를 얻고 있다. 이를 선도한 것이 TV드라마였고, 이제 그 한류의 바람은 영화, K-POP, 뮤지컬 등으로 범위를 확대하고 있다. TV드라마, 영화 등의 영상저작물은 여러 직종의 많은 사람들이 창작적 기여를 하여 탄생한 종합 저작물로, 이해관계나 권리처리도 복잡하다. 이러한 이유로 우리 저작권법은 “영상저작물에 관한 특례‘를 두어 제작참여자의 재산적인 권리를 다소 제한하고 있다. 이는 창작자의 권리 보호보다 원활한 유통과 이용을 통해 영상제작자의 투하자본 회수에 목적을 두고 있다 할 수 있다. 문화와 관련 산업이 발전하기 위해서는 원활한 유통과 이용의 도모도 중요하지만, 제작에 참여한 창작자들의 권리보호를 통한 창작의욕 고취도 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해선 영상저작물의 제작에 참여하는 시청각 실연자의 권리가 강화되어야 할 것이고, 권리보호와 관련하여 법적 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 이로서 우리의 영상산업이 더 발전하고 국익을 창출할 수 있을 것이다. As one of the greatest cultural powers in the world, Korea has been very much loved by people in other countries. TV dramas have been the biggest contribution to such result, and the fever for the Korean wave is now expanding its range to films, K-POP, musicals and others. These cinematographic works such as TV dramas, films and others are regarded as a final version of work that is created through creative contributions of several people working in different fields. That being the case, such collaboration of multiple individuals makes it only more complex for any concerned party to deal with their interests and rights. That is one of the reasons for why the copyright law of Korea had come up with ‘special provisions concerning cinematographic works’ and is currently imposing legal controls on the property rights of those people who are involved in production. As far as study believes, this law aims to help a producer of to collect one’s invested capital through smooth distribution and use rather than to protect the rights of a creator. In order to get both culture and the related industry developed, inspiring the creators who would participate in production to create should be considered as important and necessary as promoting the smooth use. The study argues that unless the rights of audiovisual performers who would cooperate on production of video works are strengthened and that unless other legal measurements are secured in relation to the protection of the rights, the will of the creators to create will not be inspired. That will be a way for the visual industry of Korea not only to grow more but also to create the national interest.
