일의 의미와 혁신행동의 관계에서 일자리 질의 조절효과 분석: 청년친화강소기업을 중심으로

본 연구는 청년친화강소기업을 대상으로 조직 구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진하는 일의 의미 요인과 일자리 질 요소의 효과를 다층모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구문제는 첫째, 청년친화강 소기업 근로자가 인식하는 일의 의미(생업, 사회관계, 자아실현)는 혁신행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는가?, 둘째, 청년친화강소기업의 일자리 질(임금, 고용안정, 일생활 균형)은 근로자의 혁신행동에 어떤 영향 을 미치는가?, 셋째, 청년친화강소기업의 일자리 질(임금, 고용안정, 일생활 균형)은 근로자의 일의 의 미(생업, 사회관계, 자아실현)와 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는가?이다. 연구대상은 2019년 청년친화강소기업으로 선정된 기업 중 서울, 경기, 인천 소재 63개 기업과 근 로자 361명이다. 개인수준의 일의 의미, 혁신행동은 근로자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 조직수준의 일자리 질은 청년친화강소기업 선정결과를 통해 확인하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 일의 의미(생업, 사회관계, 자아실현)를 강하게 인식할수록 혁신행동의 수준은 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신행동에 대한 일의 의미 종류에 따른 영향력은 자아실현, 생업, 사회관계 순이었 다. 셋째, 일자리 질 중 임금, 일생활 균형은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 일의 의미(자 아실현, 사회관계)와 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 일생활 균형은 정적인 조절효과를 보여주었다. 이와 같 은 분석결과를 바탕을 시사점을 제시하였다. This study examines the effects of meaning of work on innovative behavior according to quality of jobs in youth-friendly small giants enterprise. The research questions are as follows. First, how does the youth-friendly small giants enterprise workers’ meaning of work(living, social relations, self-actualization) affect innovative behavior? Second, how does the quality of jobs(wage, employment stability, work-life balance) in youth-friendly small giants enterprises affect the innovative behavior? Third, is there a moderating effect on quality of jobs in youth-friendly small firms in the relationship between meaning of work and innovative behavior? The survey was conducted on 361 employees and 63 companies in Seoul-si, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon-si, among those selected as youth-friendly small giants enterprises in 2019. The meanings of work, and innovative behavior at the individual level were collected through surveys of workers. The quality of jobs at the organizational level was collected through public data on youth-friendly small giants enterprises. After collecting both individual level and organizational level data, the multilevel model was used for analysis. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of analysis, first, the more strongly recognized the meaning of work(living, social relations, self-actualization), the higher the level of innovative behavior. Second, the influence according to the kind of meaning of work on innovation behavior was in the order of self-actualization, living, and social relations. Third, among job quality, the wage and the work-life balance had a positive effect on innovative behavior. Fourth, in the relationship between the meaning of work(self-actualization, social relations) and innovative behavior, the work life balance showed a static moderating effect. Based on the results of this analysis, implications were presented.

A tongue shows physiological and clinicopathological changes of inner organs. Visual inspection of a tongue is not only convenient but also non-invasive. To develop an automatic tongue diagnosis system for an objective and standardized diagnosis, the separation of the tongue area from a facial image and the detection of coatings, spots and cracks are inevitable but difficult since the colors of a tongue, lips, and skin in a mouth as well as those of tongue furs and body are similar. The proposed method includes preprocessing with down-sampling and edge enhancement, over-segmentation, detecting positions with a local minimum over shading from the structure of a tongue, and correcting local minima or detecting edge with color difference. The proposed method produces the region of a segmented tongue, and then decomposes the color components of the region into hue, saturation and brightness, resulting in classifying the regions of tongue furs(coatings) into kinds of coatings and substance and segmenting them. Spots are detected by using local maxima and the variation of saturation, and cracks are searched by using local minima and the directivity of dark areas in brightness. The results illustrate the segmented region with effective information, excluding a non-tongue region and also give us accurate discrimination of coatings and the precise detection of spots and cracks. It can be used to make an objective and standardized diagnosis for an u-Healthcare system as well as a home care system.

When an automobile is braked, all or most part of its kinetic energy disappears in the form<br/> of waste heat to the ambient. A possible way is investigated to convert some of this braking<br/> energy to useful electrical energy which will improve fuel economy of the vehicle by reducing<br/> the power to derive the alternator. With some extra batteries and the standard alternator of<br/> overall efficiency around 20% the study indicates that the fuel efficiency of the small passenger<br/> cars can be improved about 2 percent in FTP 75 mode.

Recently, there have been emerging research activities in classifying the Sasang constitution objectively by machine-based methods. The concordance rate of the classification by the pulse wave features was, however, only around 50% up to now. In this paper, we introduce a novel classification algorithm that can promote the accuracy substantially at the expense of the non-classifiable subgroup as a byproduct. For instance, with the pulse wave features alone, we show that female/male subject group in their 20s can be classified into the Sasang constitution group with the concordance rate of 68.4%/65.5% for a subgroup of 57/29(31%/15%) subjects out of 184/195, by leaving the other subjects as the non-classifiable group. Next, we show that the pulse diagnosis has been used only as a supportive tool in determining one's constitution, and consequently the accuracy of the concordance ratio by the pulse wave features alone cannot exceed a finite value, which we estimate to be about 60%.
