지도자의 서번트&감성 리더십이 진로성숙도&학업성취도에 끼치는 영향: 현대무용전공 대학생을 대상으로

This study conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis targeting 212 modern dance majoring students in University dance departments nationwide to investigate the effect of leader’s servant & emotional leadership career maturity & academic achievement. As a result, firstly, servant leadership influenced positive (+) effect on all sub variables such as determinacy, certainty, preparedness and independence of career maturity. Secondly, servant leadership not influenced significantly on academic achievement. Thirdly, emotional leadership influenced positive (+) effect on certainty, preparedness and independence of career maturity and determinacy was rejected. Fourthly, it was found that relationship management and self awareness of emotional leadership influenced positive (+) effect on academic achievement and social awareness influenced negative (-) effect. “Strengthening job education related with leadership of teachers and instructors” and “raising awareness and expanding research related with leadership” are drawn as implication based on the result.
대학무용연구소의 활성화 전략 연구 : 실무자 중요도 및 시급성 평가를 중심으로

무용 분야는 공급에 비해 수요가 부족하여 우수 인력을 비효율적으로 활용하고 있다. 이 때 대학 기반의 무용연구소를 활성화하여 지역사회의 주민들과 적극 교류하는 것이 하나의 대안이 될 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 신산업육성 이론을 응용하여 전문가그룹에게 무용연구소의 활성화 방안을 질의하였다. 23개 문항을 추출하였고 실무자그룹에게 중요도와 시급성을 평가하였다. 조사 결과, 중요도의 대항목은 프로그램개발이, 시급성은 자금지원 항목이 1순위로 나타났다. 소항목의 1순위는 프로그램개발의 경우에는 “프로그램 연구개발비 신설(중요도) /“프로그램 개발 담당 전문인력 채용(시급성)으로 나타났고, 자금지원의 경우에는 “사업예산 자체의 증액과 인건비 대상 범위의 확대”(중요도) / 인건비 세분화 및 확대지원”(시급성)으로 각각 나타났다. The dance area is less demanding than the supply, so it is not able to properly utilize talented people. If the university based dance research center is activated in this field, it can be an alternative by actively interacting with the residents of the community. Therefore this study was surveyed by specialists on invigorating dance institutes by applying new industrial development. Since then, workers were requested to evaluate importance and urgency of 23 questionnaires collected. As a result, the most important item was program development, and the most urgent was financial support. The first ranked sub-item of program development was organization of R&D cost(importance) and recruitment of professionals(urgency). Regarding financial support, it was budget increase and eligibility expansion of staff cost(importance) and subdivision and extended support for labor cost.
무용전공대학생의 지도자 신뢰가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 행복감의 매개효과

This research has investigated the relationship between trust on instructors and school life adaptation, and derived the result values with a sense of happiness as a mediating effect after conducting a survey on 217 dance major university students in South Korea. Research results are as follows: In terms of the differences of school life adaptation based on gender, the male students showed a higher average value than the female students. There are three elements of trust on instructors, which are emotional trust, cognitive trust, and behavioral trust. Multiple regression analysis shows that the first element influences social adaptation, the second individual emotional adaptation, and the third academic adaptation, in a static way. Mediating regression analysis indicates that internal happiness completely mediates between behavioral trust and academic adaptation, and external happiness partially mediates between emotional trust and social adaptation. Based on the above results, it is expected that there would be positive effects on school life adaptation of dance major university students if trust on instructors and a sense of happiness are considered seriously in their school life.

A camera is mounted vertically downwards viewing the people heads from the top. This configuration is successful in people counting technique especially when only a few isolated people pass through a counting region in a non-crowded situation. Thus, this paper describes object counting which detects and count moving people using mixture of gaussian and motion vector. This method is intended to estimates the number of people in outdoor environment. This method use single gaussian background modeling which is more robust an noise and has adaptiveness. The experimental results that is based on mixture of gaussian and motion vector is also helpful to design intelligent surveillance.
무용 전공 대학생의 몰입경험이 무용지속의도에 미치는 영향: 학교지원의 매개효과

The particular study surveyed 320 dance-major students attending dance departments across the country for approximately 2 weeks from December 1st to 14th, 2022 to identify the impact of immersion experience on the intention of continuing dance and to verify the intermediary effect of school supports. As a result, it was discovered that cognitive immersion and behavioral immersion in the immersion experience have a static (+) effect on the tendency, possibility, and reinforcement of the intention to continuity of dance, and that faculty support, fellow student support, and school atmosphere partially mediate the relationship among behavioral immersion, tendency, possibility, and reinforcement. Based on the results and discussions, it is suggested as follows: It is needed to create an environment for immersion experience, envision school-level supports and methodology, and create efforts to increase the intention for continuing dance by conducting additional academic and practical research.
현대무용전공 대학생들의 학업생활과 진로설정을 위한 개선방안 탐색: FGI와 중요도 조사를 중심으로

In order to provide the basic data for academic life and career setting of college students majoring in dance, this study conducted FGI survey targeting ten 4th grader college students majoring in modern dance, and carried out the importance survey on 7 items drawn to 15 persons from experts group, 40 persons from students group. As a result, the first ranking of expert groups was ‘practically applicable convergence education’ and the first ranking of student group was ‘providing internship program through the cooperation with association, society and dance company, as a result of analyzing FGI and importance survey, we drew the implications such as “Diversification of curriculum for convergence arts education”, “Preparation of exchange system with related institutions for internships”, “Establishment of career information system in terms of university authorities or departments”.
유튜브 무용콘텐츠 시청동기가 무용참여욕구와 무용자신감에 미치는 영향 : 무용전공 대학(원)생을 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of YouTube on the desire to participate in dance and confidence in dance. From April 1 to 15, 2021, 277 college students studying dance nationwide were surveyed online. A total of 277 effective samples were investigated and reliability was studied, and multiple regression was carried out. According to the results of the study, the search for information, entertainment and vicarious satisfaction of dance content have a static effect on the cognitive desire of the dance participation, and the surrogate satisfaction of participation in dance had a positive effect on behavioral desire. Second, it is found that vicarious satisfaction with the dance content has a static effect on intrinsic confidence in dance, and the pursuit of entertainment has a static effect on confidence in appearance. Based on the results and discussions, it suggests the development of a dance education program using YouTube and the establishment of a YouTube channel platform specializing in dance.
온라인 무용교육 서비스품질이 학습만족에 미치는 영향 연구 : 온라인 의사소통의 조절효과를 중심으로

E-learning is on the rise due to the spread of pandemic and ICT. Nevertheless, supplementation is necessary in the field of performing arts such as dance, because these fields lack utilization and accessibility of e-learning. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of Education Service Quality(ESQ) on 316 students who have experienced e-learning in dance. As a result, it was found that Five factor’s ESQ sub-variables such as tangibility, confidence and empathy had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. As a result of R-squared change, all of the hypotheses were adopted in the moderating effect of online communication, when tangibility control variables such as ‘communication with professors’ and ‘communication with learners’ were positively reinforced in learning satisfaction. But, when confidence and sympathy was designated as an independent variable, that had no significant modulatory effect. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect the elements of educational service quality in the dance online lecture field. If the communication element is improved centering on tangibility, the limitations of non-face-to-face classes can be partially compensated and the effect of online learning can be enhanced.
