국내 애플리케이션 모바일 음악 서비스 사용성 평가 연구

국내 모바일 음악 서비스들은 음원을 제공하거나 재생하는 기능을 넘어 음원을 기호에 맞게 분류하고 추천하는 큐레이션 서비스부터 자신이 지정한 여러 디바이스 상에서 음원의 경로를 저장하여 원할 때 마다 꺼내어 들을 수 있는 전반적인 과정이 애플리케이션 상에서 총체적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내에서 대표적으로 인식되는 모바일 음악 서비스인 네이버 뮤직과 멜론 뮤직 서비스를 대상으로 사용자들에게 심층 인터뷰를 하고 그 연구결과를 바탕으로 모바일 음악 서비스의 사용성을 높이기 위해 필요한 사항들을 도출하고 개선 할 수 있는 방향을 모색 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 우선, 문헌연구를 실시하여 모바일 음악 서비스에 대한 전반적인 이해와 클라우드와 큐레이션 그리고 재생 서비스에 대하여 정리 및 분석하였다. 또한, 사용성 평가를 실시하기 위하여 피터모빌(Peter Morville)의 허니콤 모델(Honey Comb Model)을 6가지로 재구성하여 사용자들에게 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이러한 결괴를 통하여 네이버 뮤직과 멜론 뮤직의 서비스를 개선하고 충족시키기 위한 필요 사항들을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 사용자가 기능에 대해 쉽게 인지할 수 있는 메뉴의 이름과 그 기능에 맞는 메뉴의 위치가 일관성 있는 구성이 될 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 둘째, 사용자들이 쉽게 인지하여 사용할 수 있는 GUI디자인이 필요하다. 셋째, 서비스를 사용하는 사용자를 고려하여 차별화된 콘텐츠와 서비스 개발이 필요하다. 향후 본 연구를 비탕으로 사용자들의 성향에 따른 모바일 음악 서비스 사용행태에 관한 연구가 더해져 서비스의 사용성에 대한 구체적인 연구와 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있기를 기대한다. Beyond providing only the obvious music itself, current mobile music services have evolved to play many different roles for users" conveniences. For example, curation services winch collect and sort varieties of repertoire and provide recommendations on music and cloud storaging service where users are able to collect and retrieve data on any given device is all included in one application. 8 users of Naver Music and Melon Music, two major music application services in Korea, were chosen for the research subject. It is to formulate solution to improve the usability of these mobile music services by interviewing users and analyzing the data. First, desk study was performed on mobile music services, cloud services, and curation service to provide accurate definition. Second, Qualitative study was done by in-depth interviews. To set a guideline and process for the interviews, Peter Morville"s Honey Comb Model was inspected and reconstructed for this research. The questions for in-depth interview were written based on the revised model. Based on these studies, following adjustments are suggested to improve Naver Music and Melon Music services. First, service-wide, clear and consistent interface design and information architecture must be easier to recognize. Second, GUI design that is dearly labeled or explained for its function. Third, contents and services designed for the users that differentiates its service from others. It is expected that more detailed and concrete guideline to be suggested hereafter from more advanced studies in different user behaviors when using mobile music application services.

본 연구는 마하수가 1.83인 초음속 유동이 사각공동 위를 지날 때 공동에서 발생하는 압력진동에 대해 수치해석 연구를 수행하였다. 수치해석방법으로는 3차원 압축성 Navier-stokes에 유한차분법을 사용하였다. 보조공동의 형상변화를 통한 압력진동의 저감효과에 대해 조사하였다. 그 결과 공동에서 발생하는 압력진동은 보조공동의 넓이, 길이, 두께의 크기에 의존함을 확인 할 수 있었다. The subcavity passive control technique is used in present study. Cavity-induced pressure oscillation has been investigated numerically for a supersonic three-dimensional flow over rectangular cavities at Mach number 1.83 at the cavity entrance. The three-dimensional, compressible Navier-stokes equations are numerically solved based on a fully implicit finite volume scheme. The results showed that the resultant amount of attenuation of cavity-induced pressure oscillations was dependent on the length and thickness of the flat plate.
