The objective of this paper is to address to the providing an adequate noise and vibration solution, required for High Speed Rail while maintaining the stability criteria of the ChonAn station structure, the first constructed in Korean High Speed Railway. The significant acoustic pressure level will be induced by the high speed trains passing-by. Therefore, the high level study of this case is necessary. The acoustic pressure level of 85 dB(A) inside the ChonAn station is expected, and the spaces below concrete slab are not suitable for commercial purpose, thus installation of filtering systems (spring boxes containing viscous dampers, ballast mats and acoustic shield) are provided to reduce the effect of the noise and vibration to acceptable level of 55 dB(A). But, a major drawback of application of the previously conducted experimental results was that the actual effect of installation of filtering system was never been validated. Therefore, the acquisition of noise and vibration on the present structure were obtained and compared to the computer simulations. These predicted the behavior of the station reasonably well. Also, the installation of filtering systems gave the superior reduction on noise and vibration. This application is successfully adapted without scarifying stability criteria related to the structural stability including excessive deformations or displacements. Three traffic operation safety limits: deck vertical acceleration, deflection of the structure, and longitudinal displacement of the slab were satisfactory.

From Jan. 1, 2020, public buildings above overall area of 1,000m2 should get the Zero Energy Building Certification. The building energy saving design code was reinforced on Sep. 1, 2018 and the building fire safety code was also reinforced on Aug. 6, 2019. This study investigated the recently reinforced building energy saving design code and building fire safety code and presented the required thickness of various insulations to meet the reinforced building insulation and fire safety code. The result of this paper also presented non-combustible insulations which can be used as exterior insulations for the buildings above 3 stories. Non-combustible Glass wool 48K, Mineral wool, Phenol Foam, Low-Emissivity Hybrid Insulation and Vacuum Insulation Panel for the exterior wall of apartment buildings in central 1 region can be used as thick as 220mm, 255mm, 130mm, 100mm and 20mm, respectively.

Building energy saving has been one of our greatest concerns due to the energy crisis and global warming. In this respect, building energy code is gradually getting stricker than that in any other time. As the thickness of the insulation required to satisfy the reinforced regulation is getting larger, the existing resistive insulations such as polystyrene foam board or fiberglass matt could barely be used in a single material constitution. This study presents the possibility of complex insulating wall combination using reflective insulation. Reflective insulation works when it faces air spaces and its surface has low emissivity under 0.05. In this study, the variables affecting the thermal resistance of reflective insulation were investigated. and the calculating methods for the thermal resistance of reflective air space and the solid wall structures were studied through literature survey. This study shows the possible complex insulation wall combinations suitable for the reinforced exterior wall insulating regulations. The configuration contains exterior insulation using reflective insulation in addition to the existing interior insulation.

최신의 측량 기술의 보급으로 정밀성, 편의성, 신속성을 겸비한 현대의 디지털 측량기술이 범용화 되어가는 실정에서 과거의 광학 및 수동식 측량장비에 의한 기준으로 작업방법과 절차가 지침화 되어있는 구 “선로측량지침” 등은 현실과 괴리되어있다. 본 연구에서는 측량관련 업무의 정확성, 일관성, 적법성에 입각하여 현실의 기술력과 실용성에 적합한 측량지침 제?개정에 관한 사항과 철도건설공사시 적용성에 대한 결과를 정리하였다. Amid a digital survey technology of today combined with accuracy, convenience and promptness is becoming generalized, the traditional "Railway line survey guideline', which was set up for work methods and procedures based on optics and manual survey of the past attributes dissociation from today's technology. The study has organized the result of applicability for railway construction, and details in connection with enactment and amendment on survey guidelines appropriated for technology and practicability of the present through predicating accuracy, consistency and validity of work in connection with survey.
