        12주간 수영운동이 중년여성의 호흡순화능력, 혈청지질수준 및 체지방률에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate changes of physical fitness by cardiopulmonary function, blood lipids and percent of body fat according to 12 weeks swimming exercise in middle-aged women. It could be a basis for efficient exercise prescription for middle-aged women. The subjects of this study were totally 24 women and divided into two groups : swimming group (n=12) and compared group (n=12). The swimming exercise was performed 5days per a week during 12 weeks by intensity of 60-80% HRmax. The results are as follow: 1. On the difference of cardiopulmonary functions, maximum oxygen uptake (502.6㎖/min, p<.Ol) and Maximum oxygen uptake per body weight (9.8㎖/kg/min, p<.Ol) were significantly increase. HRmax (8.7beats/min, p<.05) and HRrest (2.2beats/min, p<.05) were significantly decrease. SBP (9.4mmHg, p<.05) were significantly decrease, but DBP was not a significant difference. 2. TG(19.9mg/㎗, p<.05) and FFA(21.7mg/㎗, p<0.5) were significant decrease. HDL-C(5.9mg/㎗, p<0.001) were significant increase. and TC and LDL-C was not a significant difference. 3. Percent of Body Fat were significantly increase(3.7%, p<.05). The weight were decreased but it shows not static significant meaning. Because increase of Percent of Body Fat could be a risk factor of coronary arteriosclerosis or diabetes, it must be improve. With aging, strength and cardiopulmonary functions are decrease. So it is important to take aerobic exercise regularly with use of gross muscle group.

        12주 영양교육과 복합운동이 비만 중년여성의 혈중지질 및 식욕조절호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This research investigated how do 12 week`s nutrition education and combined exercise affect on middle-aged obesity woman`s caloric intakes and proportion(caloric intake, sodium intake, intake proportion of car-bohydrate, protein and fat), body composition(weight, body fat percentage, BMI), blood pressure(SBP/DBP), serum lipids(TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C), appetite hormone(leptin, ghrelin). The subject of this study were mid-dle-aged women who were in the hospital of N center in G city with no metabolic complication and orthope-dic problem. They were BMI: 25㎏/㎡ above, body fat percent 30% above, random assignment with total 30 people as 2 groups of 15 people each(experiment group, control group). The data were processed by SPSS/PC+ win 18.0 version and the results were as followed. First, it appeared significantly interaction effect on caloric intake and sodium intake of experiment group(p<.001). However, there wasn`t appeared any interaction effect on carbohydrate, protein and fat in-take. Second, as a variable of body composition, we analyzed weight, body fat percentage and BMI. And it ap-peared significantly interaction effect on every variable of experiment group (p<.001). Third, as a variable of serum lipids, we analyzed TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C. And it appeared significantly inter-action effect on every variable of experiment group (p<.001). Fourth, as a variable of hormone, we analyzed leptin, ghrelin. And it appeared significantly interaction effect on every variable of experiment group (p<.001).

        대학 축구 선수들의 등속성 하지 근 기능 특성과 경기 체력 수준의 상관성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the Isokinetic lower extremity muscle function and Physical fitness of football players. The study consisted of 40 football players(22 main players and 18 alternate players) from W University. The items to be measured were the knee Isokinetic lower extremity muscle and Physical fitness of the football players. The average difference in the Isokinetic knee muscle function and physical fitness level between groups were calculated and in the Isokinetic knee muscle function between the Dominant leg and Non-dominant leg were calculated by SPSS Ver 25.0 independent t-test. The relationship between Isokinetic knee muscle function and physical fitness level was applied by Pearson"s correlation analysis. The significant values are p<.05. The results of the measurement of the dominant leg significantly higher than that of the non-dominant leg(p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). Also, the stretch muscle strength was higher than the Contract muscle strength. The Flexion and Agon/Antag ratio for the dominant leg main players groups significantly higher than that of the alternate players groups(p<.05). The Agon/Antag ratio for the non-dominant leg main players groups significantly higher than that of the alternate players groups(p<.05). The Physical fitness level of main players group was significantly higher than that of alternate players group(p<.05, p<01, p<.001). Knee Flexion, Agon/Antag ratio and the Physical fitness level have a high correlation. In conclusion, when football players strength training, the speed of eccentric contraction and concentric contraction should be kept consistent. In particular, reinforcement training of the nondominant leg is needed.

        8주간 등속성운동이 여성 전방십자인대 상해환자의 무릎관절 회전력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 8weeks isokinetic exercise on torque variables of knee joint in anterior cruciate ligament patient women. The subjects of the study were 8 female attached who registered patient at muscular-joint function clinic of the H hospital. The group were divided into two group; the experimental group as injured side leg and control group as non-injured side leg. Isokinetic knee joint exercise employed Kin-Com (U.S.A) to measure peak torque(PT), PT%BW, average power, average%BW, and recover ratio. The results of this study were follows; After 8weeks of 60°/sec exercise in PT, PT%BW were significantly increased in non-injured side leg group(p<.05) and it was in flexion then in extension recovery ratio(p<.05). After 8weeks of 180°/sec exercise in average, average%BW were significantly increased in non-injured side leg group(p<.05) and it was in flexion then in extension recovery ratio(p<.05). When PT-angle in 30°/sec load of pre operation becomes smaller it can correlation in flexion PT%BW, average power%BW, these were not correlation in extension(p<.01).

        등속성 보강 트레이닝시 대퇴부 근력발현 및 최대 근려발휘각의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to analyze for changes of thigh strength revelation and peak touqre angle during isokinetic exercise in each angle velocity. Subjects were classify to low velocity exercise(8) and medium velocity exercise(7). They were measured and evaluated to the strength and peak torque angle in each angle velocity by isokinetic exercise during 4 weeks through kin-corn The finding of this study were as follows: 1. Extension strength in each angle velocity show high in the low velocity to L·V·G and medium velocity to M·V·G, but significant increment of strength showed at low velocity 30˚/sec and 90˚/sec(p<.05). Also, flexsion strength showed high in the low velocity to L·V·G and medium velocity to M·V·G, but significant increment of strength showed at low velocity 60˚/sec and medium velocity 150˚/sec, 180˚/sec(p<.05). 2. Peak torque angle at extension showed a significant different at medium velocity 150˚/sec and 180˚/sec between two group in each angle velocity(p<.05). Peak torque angle during exercise duration in each group showed a significant high increment at low velocity 60˚/sec and medium velocity 150˚/sec, 180˚/sec(p<.05). Peak torque angle at extension showed a significant different at all test velocity with the exception of 30 ° /sec, 180 ° /sec between two group in each angle velocity(p<.05, p<.001). Peak torque angle during exercise duration in each group showed a significant high increment at all test velocity with the exception of 60˚/sec(p<.05, p<.01). Within the scope of this study, for the greatest to strength increment during short duration and all range of thigh muscle contraction make judgment be effective to training execution of medium velocity than low velocity.

        운동 전 섭취음료에 따른 트레드밀 운동시 호기가스 변인 및 혈중성분의 변화

        This study was to investigate the effect of beverage intake of pre - endurance exercise on exhalation gas variables and blood components in 30s adults. We applied the 27 - minute treadmill exercise protocol to 10 physical education graduate students three times at intervals of one week. The pre-exercise drinks were hydrogenated beverages, ionic beverages, green tea beverages, 500ml of which were taken 250ml each at 30 minutes and 20 minutes before exercise. The parameters of exhalation gas were VT, RCP and RER. The blood components were lactic acid, glucose and triglyceride. The mean and standard deviation for the items were calculated. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical significance. T-test was used for pre / post-difference test in each experimental group. The significance level of all statistics was set at p<.05. The results of this study were 1) The VT and RCP level of the hydrogen drink group were higher than in the ion drink group, but significantly higher than in the green tea drink group (p<.01). During exercise, the RER value was significantly lower than other drinks (p<.001). Lactic acid production was lower than the ion drink group but significantly lower than the green tea drink group (p<.05). 2) Blood glucose output in the ion drink group was significantly higher than in other drink groups (p<.05). 3) The output of TG in the green tea group was significantly higher than that of other drinks (p<.05). The conclusion of this study were listed as follows: Incremental endurance exercise in less than half an hour, hydrophobic drink improves exercise ability by delaying fatigue by improving ventilation ability during exercise. Ionic drinks promoted glucose metabolism and exercise anoxic endurance. On the other hand, Intake of green tea drink before exercise had the effect of activating lipid metabolism during exercise rather than improving exercise performance.

      • 비타민 E와 운동수행력에 관한 연구

        Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) functions as both a pro-oxidant, and also in lower doses as an anti-oxidant. It is widely present infoods (especially vegetable fats, cereals and eggs), and for this reason there is no evidence that deficiencies develop in normally nourished human subjects. Since it is nontoxic, large daily doses (800∼1600 I.U., 660∼1320㎎) have been taken by athletes in an attempt to improve performance. Supporters of the drug have claimed vitamin E supplements are necessary to prevent a fall of blood and urine levels during training, to speed the recovery process, following exhaustion effort and to improve tolerance of hard training. However, with the exception of one experiment conducted at high altitude, double-blind trials have shown no gains of performance, and it must be supposed that much, if not all of the alleged value of vitamin E is due to placebo effect.
