        투명 유연 박막 트랜지스터의 구현을 위한 열처리된 산화아연 박막의 전사방법 개발

        Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films have the advantages of growing at a low temperature and obtaining high charge mobility (carrier mobility) [1]. Furthermore, the zinc oxide thin film can be used to control application resistance depending on its oxygen content. ZnO has the desired physical properties, a transparent nature, with a flexible display that makes it ideal for use as a thin-film transistor. Though these transparent flexible thin-film transistors can be manufactured in various manners, manufacturing large-area transistors using a solution process is easier owing to the low cost and flexible substrate. The advantage of being able to process at low temperatures has been attracting attention as a preferred method. However, in the case of a thin-film transistor fabricated through a solution process, it is reported that charge mobility is lower. To improve upon this, a method of improving the crystallinity through heat treatment and increasing electron mobility has been reported. However, as the heat treatment temperature is relatively high at 500°C, an application where a flexible substrate is absent would be more suitable.

        천수만 방조제 건설 후 남당 천해 어류 종조성의 중장기 변화

        남당리 조간대 천해에서 2010년 4원부터 2011년 3월까지 지인망으로 천해 어류를 채집하여 월별 종조성변화를 분석하였다. 방조제 건설 직후인 1985~86년과 1993년에 같은 방법으로 조사된 자료와 비교하여 중장기 어류 종조성 변화와 그 요인을 분석하였다. 조사기간 동안 총 25종, 2,194 마리, 16,762 g의 어류가 채집되었으며 가숭어(Chelon hae-matocheilus)가 개체수의 68.5%를 차지하여 우점하였다. 수온이 낮은 11월에서 4월 사이에는 소수 개체만이 채집되었고 7월에 9월 사이에는 주거종뿐 아니라 부어류와 반 저어 류의 유어들이 증가하여 채집량이 많았다. 1985~86년에서 1993년 사이에는 세립퇴적물을 선호하는 얼룩망둑이 증가하였지만 채집량과 서식처별 어종조성은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 2010~11년에는 이전 두 시기에 비해 출현종수와 채집량이 감소하였으며, 종조성도 부어류와 저서어류는 감소하였고 반저어류 중 가숭어는 증가하였다. 이 결과는 방조제 건설 이후 해수 순환 약화로 세립퇴적물 점진적으로 증가하고 우기에 부영양화된 담수가 유입되어 점진적으로 수질이 나빠지면서 천수만이 어류 보육장으로의 기능이 약화되고 대부분 저서어류가 살기에 부적합한 환경으로 변한 것으로 추정된다. 가숭어는 수질저하에 잘 적응하는 기수성 어류로 근래에 만내부에 가두리 양식이 시작되며 가두리를 벗어난 치어들이 많아져 증가한 것으로 보인다. Monthly variation in species composition of shallow water fish in Cheonsu Bay were determined using samples collected by a beach seine in the shallow water at Namdang beach from April 2010 to March 2011. The species composition were compared to the data obtained in 1885~86 and in 1993, and factors affecting the long-term change in species composition were analyzed. Fish collected during the study were 25 species, 2,194 individuals and 16,762g. Chelon haematocheilus were predominated in abundance, accounting 68.5% in the number of individuals. A few number of fish were collected during the cold months from November to April. Abundance was high from July to September by a large catch of juveniles of pelagic fish. Species composition in 1993 did not differ sig-nificantly from that in 1985~86 although Fabonigobius gymnauchen living in the fine sediments were increased in abundance. Abundance increase of this gobiid fish was considered to be related to the sedimentation of fine particles due to weakened water circulation after dike construction. The number of species and catch amount in 2010~11 were significantly decreased comparing to those of the for-mer periods; especially in pelagic fish and benthic fish, but C. haematocheilus were greatly increased in abundance. C. haematocheilus is an estuarine fish being able to survive in relatively poor quality of water. This increase seems to be related to fish larvae from the culture net cages recently installed in the inner bay. Recent decrease in abundance of shallow water fish suggested that water quality has been gradually getting poor and recently attained over a critical level for the nursery function of fish.

        In this paper, a low power Low-Dropout Regulator (LDO) is presented. It consumes the current of 41.05 nA. We use cascode compensation technique to improve the stability of LDO. The phase margin is 57.5 degree using cascade compensation technique. The proposed design is implemented in CMOS 0.18 um process. The output voltage of LDO is 2.0 V

        허베이스피리트호 원유 유출사고 후 태안 만리포 해빈의 천해 어류 종조성 변화

        2007년 12월의 태안 Hebei Spirit 유류 유출지점으로부터 약 10 km 떨어진 액상의 유류 오염 피해를 직접 받은 만리포 조간대 천해역 어류의 종조성 변화를 분석하였다. 어류는 2008년 2월부터 2009년 12월까지 월별로 그믐 사리 간조 때 주야 각 5회씩 지인망으로 채집하였다. 월별 주야간 어류 종조성은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 2008년에는 총 21종, 1,032마리, 6,544.2 g의 어류가 채집되었고, 2009년에는 31종, 4,206마리, 35,659.6 g의 어류가 채집되었다. 출현한 어류는 소형어이거나 유어들이었으며, 채집량이 많은 어류들은 연안 주거종이었고 계절에 따라 출현하는 회유종은 양적으로 적었다. 출현종 가운데 가숭어 (Chelon haematochelius), 조피볼락 (Sebastes schlegelii), 복섬 (Takifugu niphobles)과 문치가자미(Pleuronectes yokohamae)가 조사기간 중 우점하였다. 2008년의 월별 채집생물량과 종 다양성지수는 2009년에 비하여 유의하게 낮았다. 2008년 2월에서 6월까지는 일부 주거종들 만이 채집되어 출현종수와 채집량이 낮았고, 5월에 가장 낮았으며 7월 이후 채집량이 증가하였다. 2009년에는 봄에 수온이 상승하며 출현종수와 채집량이 증가하여 하계에 최대값을 보이고 가을에 낮아지는 전형적인 온대 천해 어류 종조성 변화를 보였으며, 오염 피해가 적었던 곳과 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 만리포에서 오염이후 초기 몇 달간은 천해어류 출현종수와 채집량이 적었던것은 잔존유류의 영향과 조간대 모래 세척 등의 유류 방제작업에 따른 서식처 교란 때문으로 보인다. 2008년 9월 이후월별 채집량이 2009년의 같은 달 채집량과 큰 차이가 없어 2008년 9월 이후에는 잔존 유류 영향이 어류 종조성에 미치는 영향은 크지 않은 것으로 추정된다. Change in fish species composition after the Hebei Spirit oil spill in December 2007 off Taean were determined by analysis of samples collected in Mailpo beach, 10 km south from the oil spill site and polluted by the crude oil. Fish samples were collected by a beach seine in the shallow water at Malipo beach during the low tide of the new moon from February 2008 to December 2009. Five seine hauls were made during the day and the night in each sampling time. Monthly day and night samples did not show the significant differences in species composition. A total of 21 species, 1,032 individuals and 6,544 g of fish were collected in 2008, and 31 species, 4,206 individuals and 35,659 g of fish in 2009. The species collected were composed of the small-sized fish or juveniles. Abundant fishes were the resident species in coastal water, and the migrants were low in abundance. Among the fish occurred, Chelon haematochelius, Sebastes schlegelii, Takifugu niphobles and Pleuronectes yokohamae were predominated in abundance of both years. Monthly fish abundance and species diversity in 2008 were significantly lower than those in 2009. A few number of resident fish were collected from February to June 2008 showing the lowest in May 2008, and fish abundance increased from July 2008. The number of species and abundance of fish in 2009 were increased in spring as the temperature raised, showed a peak in summer and decreased in autumn. This monthly variation in fish species composition and abundance was similar to those in the non-polluted water in other temperate waters.Low fish abundance during several months after oil spill was considered to be related to the residual oil in the water and habitat disturbance due to oil cleaning activity in the beach. Monthly fish species compositions after September 2008 were similar to those of 2009 suggested that the impact on the shallow water fish by the oil residuals was not too significant at least to the fish species composition after September 2008.

        광촉매 반응을 이용한 총유기탄소 분석 칩

        Total organic carbon (TOC) analysis equipment, which was previously used to prevent eutrophication in advance, is heavy, bulky, and expensive; therefore, so it is difficult to be carried and has been used as an experimental unit. In this study, a through-carbon analysis chip that integrates pretreatment through photocatalytic oxidation and carbon dioxide measurement using a pH indicator was investigated. Both the total carbon - inorganic carbon method and the nonpurgeable organic carbon (NPOC) measurement method require an acidification part for injecting an acid solution for inorganic carbon measurement and removal, an oxidation part for total carbon or NPOC oxidation and a measurement part for Carbon dioxide (CO<sub>2</sub>) measurement. Among them, the measurement of oxidation and CO<sub>2</sub> requires physical technology. The proposed TOC analysis chip decomposed into CO<sub>2</sub> as a result of the oxidizing of organic carbon using a photocatalyst, and the pH indicator that was changed by the generated CO<sub>2</sub> was optically measured. Although the area of the sample of the oxidation part and the pH indicator of the measurement part were distinguished in an enclosed space, CO<sub>2</sub> was quantified by producing an oxidation part and a measurement part that shared the same air in one chip. The proposed TOC analysis chip is less expensive and smaller, cost and size are disadvantages of existing organic carbon analysis equipment, because it does not require a separate carrier gas to transport the CO<sub>2</sub> gas in the oxidation part to the measurement part.

        부영양화 사전 예방을 위한 휴대용 총인 모니터링 시스템 개발

        In this study, a portable total-phosphorus (TP) monitoring system utilizing a photocatalytic-reaction-based pretreatment method is proposed, fabricated, and characterized. Commercial TP monitoring systems are only used in laboratories because of their complex monitoring procedure, bulk-size, and high-cost. In particular, pretreatment in commercial TP monitoring systems is performed at high temperatures (> 120 ℃) and pressure (> 1.1 kg cm<sup>-2</sup>) making it difficult to minimize the scale of the systems. The proposed TP monitoring system employs a pretreatment method with a photocatalytic reaction; thus, its size can be reduced, as photocatalytic reactions occur at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Analytes with various TP concentrations are pretreated using the proposed portable TP monitoring system and are quantitatively measured with an LED and a photodiode.

        Two extreme wind speed prediction models, the EWM(Extreme wind speed model) in IEC61400-1 and the Gumbel method were compared in this study. The two models were used to predict extreme wind speeds of six different sites in Korea and the results were compared with long term wind data. The NCAR reanalysis data were used for inputs to two models. Various periods of input wind data were tried from 1 year to 50 years and the results were compared with the 50 year maximum wind speed of NCAR wind data. It was found that the EWM model underpredicted the extreme wind speed more than 5 % for two sites. Predictions from Gumbel method overpredicted the extreme wind speed or underpredicted it less than 5 % for all cases when the period of the input data is longer than 10 years. The period of the input wind data less than 3 years resulted in large prediction errors for Gumbel method. Predictions from the EWM model were not, however, much affected by the period of the input wind data.

        학포(學圃) 양팽손(梁彭孫)의 문학

        Hakpo Yang Paeng-son was removed from his government post and exiled for twenty-seven years. During the exile, he educated his children, wrote poetry of rare beauty, and engaged in painting in the literary artist style. In an examination of his existing works of art, it was found, first, that they represented yearning and remorse. His poetry reflected yearning for fellow scholars and remorse and a sense of shame caused by the thinking that he was indigent. Secondly, inner resources and romanticism were frequently expressed in his poetry. Despite continuous criticism from political opponents, he was able to be calm thanks to his education at Hakpodang, his cultural and artistic exchanges with fellow scholars, and his hobby of painting. Thirdly, his poetry had various elements of painting. In particular, he was good at educational poetry, and his educational poetry was strongly directed to a fairyland. His poetry and painting were related to construction of a Utopia.
