B-spline과 부트스트랩을 이용한 전력시스템 관성계수 추정

전력계통 내의 동기기가 가지는 회전 관성은 주파수의 과도상태 변동에 저항하는 동기기의 능력을 나타낸다. 전력시스템 관성계수는 이러한 동기기의 관성계수를 합산함으로써 전반적인 전력계통의 과도안정성을 나타낸다. 본 논문은 전력 시스템에 존재하는 동기기들에 swing equation을 적용하는 전력계통의 관성계수 추정법을 개선하는 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 시스템 관성계수를 추정 시 주파수 데이터를 평활화하는 B-spline method를 도입하고, 주파수 데이터에 내재된 잡음을 고려하여 시스템 관성계수를 추정하기 위해 bootstrap method를 도입하였다. 최종적으로 전력계통 시뮬레이션에 이러한 기법들을 적용하여 시스템 관성계수를 추정한 결과를 분석하였다.

장애인 한의치료 연구의 현황 파악과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 위한 Scoping Review

Objectives In this study, a scoping review was conducted to inform decision-making related to traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities in the future. Methods Seven databases were searched to find previous studies on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. Studies published until August 2021 were considered. Using the methodology of scoping review, research on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities was reviewed with the following steps: 1) drawing research questions, 2) searching for related studies, 3) selecting studies, 4) extracting data, and 5) analyzing and reporting results. Results Out of 2,072 studies, 7 research papers and 10 reports were finally selected. The research papers included 5 cases studies, 1 survey study, and 1 chart review. Most studies used herbal medicine and acupuncture treatment, but the reports on the interventions were not detailed. The reports included policy studies, project performance guidelines, and project results reports, and most of the evaluation indicators tended to be standardized. Conclusions This study reviewed the literature on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. It presents future directions for clinical research on traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities and can be used to inform healthcare policies and clinical practice. In the future, quantitative research such as clinical trials, meta-analysis, and health insurance big data analysis is needed to understand the current status and effects of traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. In addition, qualitative research is necessary to identify unmet demands of traditional Korean medicine for people with disabilities. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2022;32(1):89-106)

고령사회 대안 패러다임으로써 연령통합의 유용성에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 연령통합이 고령사회의 대안 패러다임으로 주목되고 있음에도 국내에서는 담론적 논의마저 부진하며, 사회일반은 논의에서 조차 배제되어 왔다는 문제의식에 기초하고 있다. 연령통합이 사회와 개인에게 가져올 영향에 대한 사회일반의 인식을 통해, 고령사회의 대안 패러다임으로서 연령통합이 갖는 유용성을 고찰하고자 했다. 분석의 입체성을 부각하기 위해 사회일반과 전문가의 인식을 비교하는 방식으로 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 사회일반은 연령통합의 사회적 및 개인적 영향에 대해 전문가 보다 회의적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회일반은 고령친화적 지역사회 환경조성, 노인의 사회적 기여증가 등 물리적이고 일상적인 변화를 중심으로 연령통합의 사회적 영향을 이해했다. 반면 전문가는 사회적 연대의 증가, 세대간 이해증진 등 세대간 관계의 질적 변화를 중심으로 인식했다. 연령통합의 개인적 영향은 사회일반의 경우 자기결정권의 중요성 증가, 생애탄력성과 자율성 증가 등 사적 영역을 중심으로 인식해 사회참여 기회의 증가를 중심으로 이해하는 전문가와 차이를 보였다. 사회일반 또는 전문가의 집단소속은 연령통합의 개인적 영향에 대한 인식을 유의미하게 결정하는 것으로 나 타났다. This study started from ideas on lack of discussion regarding age integration emphasized as an alternative paradigm for aged society and exclusion of policy target from discussion on age integration. This study analyzed potentiality of age integration through comparing the perception on impacts of age integration between policy target and professional. Results showed that policy target perceived social and individual effects of age integration more sceptically than professional. Also, policy target reported higher levels of agreement on development of age friendly environment and increase in social contribution by the aged as social impacts of age integration. Otherwise policy target, professional showed higher levels of agreement on enhancement of social solidarity and increase in mutual understanding among generations. In perception on individual impacts of age integration, policy target differed from professional by emphasizing extension of self-determination and self-autonomy. Lastly, group membership of policy target or professional significantly determined levels of agreement on positive impacts of age integration.

한방부인과 영역에 활용되는 수기요법의 국내외 연구 동향

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends using manual therapy in obstetrics and gynecological diseases. Methods: We searched for studies that performed manual therapy on diseases related to obstetrics and gynecology. All relevant papers were selected and extracted to be analyzed. Results: 12 Randomized controlled trials, 8 cases, 3 pilot studies, 3 non-comparative studies, and 1 before-after comparative study were collected. The study subjects, results, techniques of manual therapy used were analyzed. There were studies related to pregnancy-related symptoms, postpartum pain, dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, sexual dysfunction, and childbirth. Conclusions: It has been found that various manual therapies can be used for obstetrics and gynecological diseases.
