법원경매 활성화를 위한 집행관제도의 합리적 운영방안 연구

When a real estate auction is opened, the executive officer surveys the current condition, prepares a current status survey, and submits it to the court. It becomes a statement of the sale which is one of the most important documents in real estate auction. Participants get information and participate in the auction through this status survey and statement of sale. However, due to the lack of information in the current status survey, bidders may not be able to obtain proper information. In this regard, this study intends to help identify problems in the auction participant s part among the executive officers system and help the auction be activated through improvement. First, problems of the executive officer system were identified through previous studies, and I tried to find problems in the position of experts through interviews with 25 professionals related to auction and executive system. Based on the problems found through previous studies and expert interviews, a questionnaire was prepared and the results were derived through a questionnaire survey on whether 330 people with auction bidding experience need improvement. The results of this study were used as data for the study on the rational operation of the executive officer system in court auction, and based on the results of these studies, the following improvements to the problems of the executive officer system are proposed. First, the current status investigation system should be improved. Second, the negotiation system of the executive officer should be introduced. Third, strengthening the executive officer s authority is necessary. Fourth, it is necessary to collaborate with the executive officers and public institutions. As mentioned above, the court auction should be boosted through the improvement of the executive officer system, and it should be changed into an auction market where anyone can participate safely.
가시광 영상 투사기술을 응용한 적외선 영상 투사장치 개발 연구

Recently, an infrared sensor has been widely used at industrial and military fields. To validate the performance of the sensor, an infrared scene projection device is required. In this study. we show that the DMD (Digital Micro-mirror Device) technique for visual scene projection can be applied to develop the infrared scene projector. We describe development techniques and results.
하드웨어 지원 프리미티브를 이용한 유도제어 컴퓨터용 실시간 운영체제의 설계 및 구현

이 논문은 유도제어 컴퓨터를 위한 실시간 운영체제를 설계 및 구현한 내용에 대한 것이다. 설계에 앞서, 유도제어 컴퓨터의 실시간 특성을 분석하여, 여기에 적합한 실시간 운영체제의 설계 개념과 요구 조건들을 결정하였다. 이에 따라 설계/구현한 실시간 운영체제 GCOS(Guidance & Control Operating System)는 소형, 고효율의 특성을 가지며 태스크, 인터럽트, 시간, 세마포어, 메일박스, 메모리, I/O 관리 등의 커널(Kernel) 부분과 쉘, 유틸리티, 라이브러리 등을 포함하는 개발 환겨으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 실시간 운영체제와는 달리 엔텔의 80930MC에 내장된 프리미티브를 사용하여 커널의 오버헤드를 최소화시켰다. GCOS는 pSOS+ 소프트웨어적인 프리미티브를 가지는 NUCLEUS와 비교/평가되었으며, 실제 적용 가능성을 프로파일링 유틸리티를 사용하여 분석하였다. This paper describes a design and implementation of real-time operating system for a guidance & control computer, named GCOS(Guidance & Control Operating System), The design concepts and specifications were set up by analyzing the temporal properties of GCC (Guidance & Control Computer). The GCOS consists of kernel and development environment, and is characterized by its efficient execution and suitability. The GCOS, which is different from the general RTOS in characteristics of primitives, reduces the overhead of kernel by using the primitives which are supported by 80960MC internally. The performance of the GCOS were compared and evaluated with pSOS+ and NUCLEUS with the software primitives, Availability for the application is also analyzed by using the profiling utility.

기존 접촉식 베어링과 비교할 때 능동 자기 베어링(AMB)는 많은 장점을 가진다. 자기 베어링 시스템은 주축을 자기력을 이용하여 부상시켜 기계적인 마찰이 없는 상태에서 회전시키기 때문에 윤활을 하지않고도 작동시킬 수 있다. 따라서 이 베어링은 우주에서의 진공상태와 같은 극한상황에서도 사용할 수 있다. 특히 원추형 자기 베어링은 4조의 전자석으로 구성되어 래디얼 타입 자기 베어링보다 소형, 경량화할 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 원추형 자기베어링에 대한 운동방정식을 유도하고, 이 시스템의 진동 제어를 위해 비연성인 디지털 PD, PID 제어기를 설계하였다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 제어기의 성능을 평가하여 만족할 만한 성능을 얻었다. There are many advantages of the Active Magnetic Bearing(AMB) system, compared with conventional contacting bearing systems. Since the spindle in the AMB system is levitated by electro-magnetic forces and rotates without mechanical friction, it can run without lubrication. So, it can run in the extreme circumstances, e.g. a vacuum condition in the space. Particularly, the cone-type AMB system consists of only 4 couples of magnet, it can be smaller and lighter than radial-type AMB system. In this thesis, the equations of motion of the cone-type AMB system is derived first, and the digital PD and PID controllers are designed for the vibration control of the system. The controllers are designed based on the decoupled equations of motion, and the performance of the controllers are evaluated through the computer simulations. The results of the simulation show good performance of the controllers.
