Cu(In1-xGax)Se2 (CIGS) thin films were prepared using a single quaternary target by RF magnetron sputtering. The effects of deposition parameters on the structural, compositional and electrical properties of the films were examined in order to develop the deposition process without postdeposition selenization. From X-ray diffraction analysis, as the substrate temperature and Ar pressure increased and RF power decreased, the crystallinity of the films improved. The scanning electron microscopy revealed that the grains became uniform and circular shape with columnar structure with increasing the substrate temperature and Ar pressure, and decreasing the RF power. The carrier concentration of CIGS films deposited at the substrate temperature of 500 8C was 2.1 x 1017 cm-3 and the resistivity was 27 V cm. At the substrate temperature above 500 8C, In and Se contents in CIGS films decreased due to the evaporation and it led to the deterioration of crystallinity. It was confirmed that CIGS thin films deposited at optimal condition had similar atomic ratio to the target value even without post-deposition selenization process.

Floral artist have to do research the formative arts as a contemporary art with new meteial.

Mo thin films were deposited on soda lime glass at room temperature by using DC magnetron sputtering. The electrical and structural properties of the films were investigated by varying DC power and gas pressure as the deposition parameter. As DC power increased, the deposition rate of Mo films was increased and the electrical resistivity was decreased. It was observable that the crystallinity of the films was improved with increasing DC power. As gas pressure decreased, the deposition rate and resistivity of the films were decreased, and long rectangular grains were densely formed. With increasing gas pressure, the grains were transformed to a round shape and the voids on the film surface were increased. It was confirmed that the electrical resistivity of Mo films was increased as the amount of oxygen combined with Mo atoms increased. It was also disclosed that the films have low resistivity as the degree of coupling of oxygen with Mo was reduced due to the enhancement of the crystallinity of the films.

We aimed to increase knowledge relating to the customized cosmetic market and identify vitalization approaches. Our findings may serve as a catalyst to aid in the cosmetic industry of Korea -a country making preparations for the 4th industrial revolution- and aid in the leap toward the global market in the name of K-beauty. Although more than half of the female consumers included in this study are aware of customized cosmetics, an increase from what has been previously reported, most females have no experience using these products. In this study, the majority of women who had not used customized cosmetics, irrespective of age, cited being ill-informed as the primary reason, however, all age groups reported a strong intention to purchase customized cosmetics. The results of our analysis revealed that the preferred types of customized cosmetic vary by age group. Female consumers of every age group responded that they believe these cosmetics would be competitive in the domestic market. Given the above-mentioned findings, to vitalize customized cosmetics in the future, it is necessary for consumers to be aware of and have an accurate understanding of customized cosmetics; multilateral marketing strategies are also required.
Effect of the Annealing Process on CuInS2 Thin Films Prepared by Using Aerosol Jet Deposition

CuInS<sub>2</sub> thin films were prepared by aerosol jet deposition (AJD) method on soda lime glasses. The effect of [Cu]/[In] ratio and annealing process on the properties of CuInS<sub>2</sub> thin films were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the well crystallized films were deposited at [Cu]/[In] ratio of 1.2 and [S]/[In] ratio of 3. In order to improve the quality of the films, various post-deposition annealing processes including furnace annealing in Ar, one-step sulfurization and two-step sulfurization were explored. XRD and field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed that the highly crystallized grains in the films were obtained from two-step sulfurization. Energy dispersive X-ray analysis confirmed that two-step sulfurization in H<sub>2</sub>S ambient eliminated the deficiency of sulfur and removed the impurities such as oxygen and chlorine. The depth profiles of Cu, In and S for CuInS<sub>2</sub> films confirmed the effectiveness of two-step sulfurization for high quality CuInS<sub>2</sub> films. Finally, the deposition of CuInS<sub>2</sub> films by AJD method could be achieved by the introduction of two-step sulfurization.
