정준대응분석은 생태학에서 장소, 종 그리고 환경변수의 관계를 시각적으로 보기 위해 가장 많이 사용되는 서열화 방법 중의 하나이다. 그런데 이 방법은 표본이 바뀔 때마다 분석결과가 달라지기 때문에 종 간의 생태학적 유사성에 대한 일관된 해석을 어렵게 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 정준대응분석에 붓스트랩 방법을 활용하였다. 이를 통해 전체 관찰 자료수에 반비례하여 좌표점의 변이가 나타나고, 붓스트랩 신뢰구간을 사용한 포함확률이 명목확률에 근사함을 확인하였다. Canonical correspondence analysis is an ordination method used to visualize the relationships among sites, species and environmental variables. However, projection results are fluctuations if the samples slightly change and consistent interpretation on ecological similarity among species tends to be difficult. We use the bootstrap methods for canonical correspondence analysis to solve this problem. The bootstrap method results show that the variations of coordinate points are inversely proportional to the number of observations and coverage rates with bootstrap confidence interval approximates to nominal probabilities.

Various kinds of ordination methods such as correspondence analysis and canonical correspondence analysis are used in community ecology to visualize relationships among species, sites, and environmental variables. Ter Braak (1986), Jackson and Somers (1991), Parmer (1993), compared the ordination methods using eigenvalue and distance graph. However, these methods did not show the relationship between population and biplot because they are only based on surveyed data. In this paper, a method that measures the extent to show population information to biplot was introduced to compare ordination methods objectively. 군생태학에서 종, 장소 그리고 환경변수의 관계를 시각적으로 보기 위해 대응분석, 정준대응분석 등 다양한 서열화방법들을 사용한다. Ter Braak (1986), Jackson 등 (1991), Parmer (1993) 등은 고유값 및 거리그래프를 이용하여 서열화방법들을 비교하고 있는데, 이 방법들은 조사된 데이터에 근거하고 있기 때문에, 모집단과 행렬도의 관계를 보여주지는 못한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 행렬도에 모집단 정보의 표현정도를 측정하는 방법을 소개하고, 이를 활용하여 서열화방법들을 객관적으로 비교하였다. 비교결과, 정준대응분석은 대응분석과 유사한 정분류율을 유지하면서도 환경정보를 이차원 공간에 표현할 수 있는 장점을 지닌 분석임을 확인하였다.
농산물 소득조사에 대한 조사원 인식과 개선방안에 관한 연구

This study investigates inspectors’ perception on Agriculture Income Survey to improve that. The investigation for inspectors is conducted by dividing two stages : investigation and usage phase. In the investigation phase, i) sampling methods, ii) relevance of survey timing, iii) reliability of the survey, iv) difficulties to survey questions, v) relevance of feedback to sample farms, and vi) improvement measures are investigated. In the usage phase, we survey i) usage experiences, ii) reasons to use or not to use survey results, and iii) measures for enhancing usage. As a results, cooperation of sample farms to survey was urgently needed to improve the accuracy and reliability of the survey. Measures to improve farms’ cooperation are like that : i) increase of compensation for sample farms, ii) continuous feedback and performance promotion to them. The survey should be carried out with professional leaders who have lots of experience to enhance the expertise of inspectors and build trust with sample farms. And regular inspector education, sharing survey know-how among inspectors, and hiring more inspector are important too. Improving the accuracy and reliability of Agriculture Income Survey is important to enable usage, and development of survey items that reflect necessity of farms is needed. Finally, for the discovery of higher income crops and the provision of related information, it is necessary to establish an organic partnership among relevant agencies.

In the current scenario of rapidly changing world, agricultural management has been recognized as an essential mechanism for delivering knowledge information and agricultural information. Farmers doesn't like the complicate agricultural information system and software. They want to access some agricultural management software simply and easily when they need. Moreover, We must consider management issues related to service integration, users and results-centered mind for increasing satisfaction of customer. The type of farm management has become more complex and increasingly specialized. Through this kind of specialization, farmers want to enhance their production efficiency. We surveyed " how much necessity and what kinds of farm management software does they want?". Over 86% of those surveyed were demand the proposed farm management software that will be improvement on software function for user-oriented services. The farm management software is showing an upward trend. We studied the vest service models and Web2.0 platform that will find new ways of agriculture management technology information service and farm management software.
