유아교사를 위한 액션러닝 중심 부모 면담 역량 강화 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

본 연구의 목적은 ‘액션러닝에 기초한 부모면담 역량강화 유아교사 교육프로그램’을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증 하는 것에 있다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 문헌 분석, 1차 모형 도출, 심층면담, 전문가 집단 협의, 2차 모형 도출, 예비 적용, 프로그램 최종안 구성 절차로 진행하였으며 프로그램은 교육 목적 및 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가로 구성하였다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 실험집단 교사 17명, 통제집단 교사 17명을 선정하였으며 실험집단은 2018년 5월 31일부터 2018년 7월 11일까지 주 2회 6주간 12회기로 유아교사를 위한 액션러닝 중심 부모 면담 역량 강화 프로그램이 이루어졌다. 통제집단은 별다른 처치 없이 교사들이 소속한 기관에서 자체적으로 계획한 교사교육에 참여하였다. 연구 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램이 교사의 의사소통능력, 상담자 자기 효능감, 교사 핵심역량의 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교수 학습 방법으로 액션러닝을 적용하여 부모면담 역량을 증진하기 위한 유아교사교육 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop a new action learning-based program for early childhood teachers to improve parent counseling competency and to verify effectiveness of the developed program on the participated teachers. For development, I have conducted literature analysis, developed first model, carried out in-depth interviews with the participants, consulted with expert group, derived second model, applied the second model preliminarily, and resulted in the final version of program. In order to verify the effects of the program developed in this study, I divided the participants into the experimental group of 17 teachers and the control group of 17 teachers. The experiment was conducted from May 31, 2018 to July 11, 2018. During this period, the experimental group applied 12 lessons from Development of Early Childhood Learning Program for the Improvement of Counseling Capacity for Parents and Evaluation of its Effectiveness , whereas the control group did not apply such program. After applying the developed program to the participated teachers, I examined effects of the program on communicative competency, counselor s self-efficacy, and teacher s core competence statistically using SPSS 22.0. The results of this statistical analysis show that the program developed in this study is effective in improving communicative competency, counselor s self-efficacy and teacher s core competence. Thus, I conclude that the new action learning-based program developed in this study is helpful to improve teachers’ interviewing ability and its effects on teaching and learning methods can be verified.

There are many researches about design change of car in order to satisfy regulations of pedestrian protection like EEVC WG-17 in Europe. But these researches give insufficient understanding of impactors being used in the impact test because they attach importance to design change of car. So this study gave a description of impactor stiffness and moment through change about shape of impact object, impact position and impact angle. By using result, we suggested a method to estimate intrusion of car which required to satisfy the regulations of pedestrian protection.

An in vivo oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed on hyperglycemic male Sprague-Dawley rats to assess the effect of fruits and vegetables (1 gㆍ㎏?¹ body weight) on blood glucose levels (ΔBGLs) at different time intervals of 0, 5, 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 min. The areas under glucose curve (ΔAUCs) were calculated at 120 min of OGTT by trapezoid method. Total phenolic content (TPC) and anti-oxidant activity (AOA) of fruits and vegetables were assayed in vitro by Folin Ciocalteu and DPPH (2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) methods, respectively. At the end of the experiment the correlations among the parameters TPC, AOA and ΔAUC was estimated by Pearson’s correlations. Among fruit crops, tangerine, plum, grape and pear and among vegetables, blue leaf mustard, cabbage, chicory, broccoli and others exhibited significant hypoglycemic effects by reducing ΔBGLs with significant ΔAUC. The effective ΔAUC ranged from 5548.2 ± 462.1 to 3823.3 ± 282.0 ㎎-minㆍdL?¹. The TPC and AOA ranged from 0.063 ± 0.00 to 0.913 ± 0.14 ㎎ㆍg?¹ GAE and 01.05 ± 0.08 to 75.46 ± 0.06%, respectively. Overall, six fruits and fifteen vegetables exhibited higher TPC and one fruit and four vegetables exhibited higher AOA. There was a better correlation among TPC, AOA and ΔAUC of fruits and TPC & AOA of vegetables. We report that hypoglycemically significant fruits and vegetables investigated in this study have pharmacological importance which reduced ΔBGLs through insulin like activity and AOA in prevention of type-2 diabetes.
차량 구조강성 및 보행자 머리 상해를 고려한 Hood 형상 최적화

Recently pedestrian’s safety has been a major problem in the automobile industry. It became important as well as driver’s safety. Crashing with car causes the dangerous factors, especially to child because of these factors, some countries like Europe, USA and Japan has already established their own rule of safety for pedestrian and implemented it. In this study, we change the shape of hood inner panel to reduce HIC of child pedestrian. We applied EuroNCAP on our study. We determined only the middle range of hood among WAD’s 1000 to 1250 because our model is the compact car. This study’s object is reduction of HIC. So we figured out the number of optimal ribs, and applied design of experiment (DOE) to find optimal rib shapes. Then we applied hole and change of the hood side shape to reduce HIC of child head injury. In addition, only for considering the design of pedestrians safety might cause structural problem as for this problem we have simulated the structure of hood for all kinds of possibilities.
