The grounding system of the subsurface should ensure the safe and reliable operation of power systems, and guarantee a human being's safety in the situation of grounding fault in the power system. The safety of power apparatus in the subsurface can be reached by decreasing grounding resistance and grounding potential rise of subsurface. This paper presents a method based on the design of an artificial neural network(ANN) model for modeling and predicting the relationship between the grounding resistance and temperature-humidity in the subsurface.

This paper deals with speed control of DC servo mot or using a Fuzzy-Sliding observer. Speed sensor detect a speed of rotor continuously. But it have a limit as a driving speed t o detect speed precisely. So it is problem to improve the performance of the driving system. To solve the problem, it is studied to detect a speed of DC motor without sensor. In particular, study on the method to estimate the speed using the observer is performed a lot. In this parer, the gain of the observer is properly set up using the fuzzy control and sliding observer that have a superior transient characteristic and is easy to implement compared the existing method is designed. It estimate the derivative of the armature current directly using the armature current measured in the DC motor. It estimate the speed of the rotor using the differentiation. It is proposed speed sensor less control method using the estimated speed. Optimal gain of Luenberger observer is set up using the fuzzy control and adapted speed control of DC servo motor. It is proved excellence and feasibility of the presented observer from the comparison tested a case with a speed sensor and a case without a speed sensor which used a highly efficient drive and 200W DC servo motor starting system.

계통 연계 형 양방향 PCS 기술은 분산 형 신재생 에너지 스마트 그리드를 구현하기 위한 기술이며, 방대한 스마트 그리드 시스템 중 태양광 모듈로부터 수집된 전력 및 상용 계통전원을 이용하여 상시 전력을 충전하였다가 필요시 저장된 전력을 저압 계통 측으로 방출할 수 있도록 하는 하이브리드형 에너지 저장 장치이다. 이를 위해 MPPT 기능이 포함된 PV입력 전력변환기와 배터리 충ㆍ방전을 위한 양방향 전력변환기 및 DC Link 전압을 3상 380V AC 계통으로 출력하고 필요할 경우 계통전력을 AC/DC변환하여 양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 통해 배터리로 충전기능을 수행하는 인버터로 구성된 3개의 전력변환기 구조를 갖는 PCS를 설계 및 개발하였다. 현재 이 시스템을 정전 및 화재사고에 취약한 제주의 사이트에 적용하여 실증 및 운영하고 있다. Grid-connected bidirectional PCS(Power Conditioning System) technology is a technology for implementing distributed renewable energy smart grid. And it is always charged by using power collected from solar modules and commercial grid power among vast smart grid systems, and stored when needed.It is a hybrid energy storage device that allows power to be released into the low voltage system. To this end, a PV input power converter with MPPT function, a bidirectional power converter for battery charging and discharging, and a DC Link input are output to a 3 phase 380V AC system, and if nessary, the bidirectional DC/DC converter We designed and developed a PCS with three power converter structures composed of inverters that perform battery charging. Currently, this system is applied to the site of Jeju, which is vulnerable to power outages and fire accidents.

In this study, a neuro-fuzzy controller which has the characteristic of fuzzy control and artificial neural network is designed. A fuzzy rule to be applied is automatically selected by the allocated neurons. The neurons correspond to fuzzy rules are created by an expert. To adapt the more precise model is implemented by error back-propagation learning algorithm to adjust the link-weight of fuzzy membership function in the neuro-fuzzy controller. The more classified fuzzy rule is used to include the property of dual mode method. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm designed above, an operating characteristic of a DC servo motor with variable load is investigated.
