The purpose of this study was to suggest 10 kinds of case and perform Mixed-flow pump optimum design and performance analysis depending on the shape of the impeller for suitable to water jet propulsion system. H20 was applied to the material properties, to analysis conditions for water jet axial impeller 1000 rpm given analysis was performed. Interpretation for each case as a result of speed, pressure, flow rate, calculate the thrust at the Inlet Angle $30^{\circ}$ and Outlet Angle $30^{\circ}$ could see a persistence of optimal performance.

In this study, simulation on the powder compression forming of oilless bearing is performed and the analysis results are compared with the actual products. This study aims to examine the suitability of powder compression for bearing by using FEA(finite element analysis) before full-scale production. The lubrication state can be predicted by changing the coefficient of friction in order to get the optimal density gradient. Analysis for single and double action presses are performed and these results are compared with each other. State and process of optimal lubrication are proposed from the study result.
프레스 포밍 머신의 티타늄과 알루미늄 판재 성형성에 관한 연구

Main function of the Press forming Machine is the forming for plates. The head of the Press forming machine consist of several parts. It was named Press forming_contraction and Press forming_expansion according to formability of plates. Aluminium and Titanum plates are forming by using the Press forming machine. In this study, we analyzed sheet metal forming including plastic deformation and the contact pressure in the bearing. Finite element analysis results of Press forming_contraction and Press forming_expansion show the similar results of the actual specimen plates and the bearing contact pressures show the acceptable level of stress in both aluminum and titanium specimens.
