자연산 산삼 증류약침의 혈맥주입 전.후 혈장의 Proteom 분석

Objectives : To observe changes in the serum proteins before and after intravenous injection of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture. Methods : Blood was collected before and after the administration of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture and only the serum was centrifuged. Then differences in the spots on the scanned image after running 2-Dimensionl electrophoresis were located and conducted mass analysis and protein identification. Results : Following results were obtained from the comparative analysis of serum proteins before and after the administration of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture. 1. 28 spots were identified before and after the administration. 2. In confirming manifestation degree, spots with more than two-times increase were 204, 803, 1505, 2205, 3105, 7104, 9001 spots, with more than one-time increase were 1101, 1302, 2013, 3009, 3010, 4002, 4009, 6706, 7103, 8006, 8101, and spots with decrease were 205, 801, 3205, 5202, 6105. 3. After conducting protein identification, proteins 205, 804, 1302, 4009, 6105, 6106 are unidentified yet, and 1101 is unnamed protein. Protein 204 is identified as complement receptor CR2-C3d, 801 as YAP1 protein, 803 as antitrypsin polymer, 1505 as PRO0684, 2013 and 3010 as proapolipoprotein, 2205 as USP48, 2403 as vitamin D binding protein, 3009 as complement component 4A preprotein, 3105 as immunoglobulin lambda chain, 3205 as transthyretin, 4002 as Ras-related protein Ral-A, 4204 as beta actin, 5202 and 7104 as apolipoprotein L1, 6704 as alpha 2 macroglobulin precursor, 7103 as complement component 3 precursor, 8006 as testis-specific protein Y, 8101 as Transferrin, 9001 as(Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(C112g)deoxy) T-State Human Hemoglobin, and 9003 as human hemoglobin. 4. Immune protein CR2-C3d, which acts against microbes and pathogenic organisms, and Antitrypsin(803), which is secreted with inflammatory response in the lungs, were increased by more than 200% after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 5. Immunoglobulin lambda chain(3105), Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(C112g)deoxy T-State Human Hemoglobin(9001), and human hemoglobin(9003) were increased by more than two-times after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 6. Proapolipoprotein(2013, 3010) and apolipoprotein(7104), key components of the HDL-cholesterol which plays an important role in preventing arteriosclerosis, were increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 7. Vitamin D binding protein(DBP, 2403), protecting the lung at the time of inflammatory response, was increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 8. Transthyretin(TTR, 3205), which is the main protein causing familial aimyloid polyneuropathy(FAP), was decreased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 9. Ras-related protein Ral-A(4002) that controls phospholipid metabolism, cytoskeletal formation, and membrane traffic, was increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 10. Testis-specific protein Y(8006), which takes part in determination of the gender, was increased by more than two-times after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 11. Transferrin(8101), T-State Human Hemoblobin(9001), and Human Hemoblobin(9003) which balances the iron level in the body, were increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. Conousion : Above results support the notion that intravenous injection of cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture induce changes in serum proteins and this research can be a pioneer work in finding biomarkers.

The necessities of development of foundation having minimized occupying area and construction time are required for overpass in the downtown area by which bimodal tram will pass a crossway. We are studying a single column drilled pier foundation which is continuous from pier to pile foundation. Due to the increased resisting moment by reinforced steel which is ranged from the upper part of pile to lower part of column above ground, it can be possible to make a smaller pile-section and lessen the bar reinforcing. And for the excavation work is possible with smaller equipment, this foundation has a improved constructability and economical efficiency. This foundation needs smaller amount of concrete and has a small self-weight. It has an effect on improving resistance against earthquake due to improved ductility in addition to improved rigidity by interaction between concrete and steel.
염료감응 나노입자 $TiO_2$ 태양전지의 광전류와 그 안정성 향상

A solar cell based on dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion was studied by electrochemical and spec-trofluorometric methods for the purposes of enhancing its efficiency and stability of $TiO_2$ solar cells. Nanocrystalline $TiO_2$ was used to prepare photoelectrodes, and photosensitizing dyes such as malachite green oxalate, basic blue3, rhodamine B, and bromocresol purple were chosen as sensitizers. Electrochemical oxidation potentials and absorption and emission wavelengths of dyes were used to determine energy levels of the dyes. By comparing excited energy levels of the dyes with the conduction band edge potential $(E_{c,s})\;of\;TiO_2$ calculated by using the flat-band potential $(E_{fb})\;of\;TiO_2$, properties of a dye required to fabricate a high efficient photosensitizing solar cell with high short-circuit current $(J_{sc})$ were suggested. Enhanced stability of photocurrent was obtained by coating a $TiO_2|ITO$ electrode with Polypyrrole that Possibly Prevented the recombination between the conduction band electrons and oxidized dyes and suppressed the direct electrode redox reactions of dyes on ITO. 염료감응 태양전지의 전극 물질로 금속산화물인 이산화티타늄$(TiO_2)$를 사용하고, 감응제로 malachite green oxalate, basic blue3, rhodamine B, bromocresol purple 염료를 사용할 때 광전환 효율을 높이고 안정성을 향상시키기 위하여 갖추어야될 염료의 전기화학적 특성과 분광학적 특성을 조사하였다. 기준전극에 대한 염료의 산화전위와 흡수파장을 전자볼트 단위로 환산한 값을 더하여 들뜬 상태를 얻었다. $TiO_2$전극의 평활전위$(E_{fb})$를 결정하여 전도띠 끝 준위$(E_{c,s})$를 계산하였으며, 이를 염료의 들뜬 상태와 비교함으로써 합선 전류$(J_{sc})$를 향상시킬 수 있도록 염료가 갖추어야 할 특성을 알아내었다. 또한 폴리피롤 전도성 고분자를 입혀 $TiO_2$의 결함자리에서 전도띠에 있는 전자가 산화된 염료와 재결합하는 것과 $TiO_2$필름의 균열에 의한 염료의 전극반응을 방지함으로써 광전류의 안정성을 향상시킨 결과를 얻었다.
한국한의학 관련학회지의 SCI등재를 위한 준비과정에 관한 고찰

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the selection process of the Science Citation Index(SCI). SCI has been the benchmarking medium of scientific journals for over 40 years by reviewing thousands of journals published each year. The discipline of Traditional Oriental Medicine has been gaining global interest in recent years, yet the number of related journals indexed by SCI has been minimal. Korean Medicine has been producing number of quality journals for decades, but lack of journals in the English language and other problems has hindered consideration for registering with SCI. This paper will focus on the journal selection process at ISI and recommend the criteria needed for a journal to be considered for SCI selection.

Results : 1. Vermilionum is made from the mixture of mercury and sulfur, resulting in reddish mercuric sulfide(Hg2S). 2. The characteristics for Vermilionum are pungent and sweet, has warm temperature, and enters heart, lung, and stomach meridians. 3. The efficacies of Vermilionum are to eliminate parasites, expels phlegm and dampness, and sedate heart and calm spirit. 4. Long-term intake make results in mercuric toxication. 5. Further researches on the administration methods and dosages are required to reduce side effects.
