하수오(何首烏)가 식이성(食餌性) 고지혈증(高脂血症) 흰쥐의 혈청지질(血淸脂質)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Polygonum multiflorum THUNB(何首烏) on decresing concentration of serum lipid which are triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol. Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive(TBARS) in high cholesterol diet induced hyperlipidemia rats. Methods : Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups, Normal group (supplied enough water and feeds only, Normal Group), high fat diet administered group(AIN-76 high fat diet #100496 used beef tallow for 4 weeks, Control Group) and Polygonum multiflorum THUNB(何首烏). administered group(AIN-76 high fat diet #100496 used beef tallow and Polygonum multiflorum THUNB(何首烏) extracts 85.0mg/200g 1time/day for 4 weeks, HSO Group). Rats were sacrificed and concentration of triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, TBARS were measured in rat's serum lipid. Results : There was no significant difference in the level of weigh between Control and HSO Group.(by Duncan test) Concentration of Total lipid has no significant difference in each group. (F=0.702, p=0.511, ANOVA test) Concentration of triglyceride has no significant difference in each group. (F=0.727, p=0.500, ANOVA test) Concentration of LDL-cholesterol was significantly different in each group.(F=.9.894. p=0.002, ANOVA test) It was significantly increased in the Control group compared with the Normal group and it significantly decreased in the HSO group compared with the Control group. Concentration of HDL-cholesterol has no significant difference in each group. (F=1.079, p=0.365, ANOVA test) TBARS values(Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive Substances) were significantly different in each group.(F=15.580, p=0.0001, ANOVA test) It was significantly increased in the Control group compared with the Normal group and significantly decreased in HSO group compared with the Control group. Conclusions : According to the above results, it is considered that Polygonum multiflorum THUNB(何首烏) is effective in decreasing concentration of serum lipid in high cholesterol diet induced hyperlipidemia rats.

한반도는 지정학적으로 주변에 미국을 포함한 세계 4대 강국이 있어 영 향력을 행사하고 있다. 중국은 급격한 경제 성장으로 미국과 함께 G2로써 세계질서를 주도하고 있다. 미국은 중국의 경제발전이 미국을 추월하지 못 하도록 다양한 방법으로 중국의 발전을 견제하고 있다. 반면, 중국은 하루 라도 빨리 미국의 경제를 추월하려고 노력하고 있다. 미국과 중국은 세계질 서를 주도하려는 패권경쟁을 하면서 쫓고 쫓기는 상황에 처해있다. 한국은 안보를 미국에 의존하고, 경제를 중국에 의존하면서 민주화, 산업화, 선진화 를 달성했다. 한국은 패권경쟁을 하는 미국과 중국 어느 쪽에도 편향되지 않는 외교정책을 추구해야 할 시점이다. 그러므로 한국은 새로운 외교정책으로 스위스와 같은 영세중립국이 되어 미·중 양국에 균형 있는 외교를 전개해야 할 것이다. 북한은 남북이 연방제 통일을 하되 연방제의 외교정책은 “비동맹중립”으로 하자고 주장하고 있다. 이를 위해 한국은 먼저 자주외교, 균형외교, 중립외교 방침을 대통령의 독 트린으로 발표하고, 남북기본합의서 제14조에서 논의된 남북의 ‘불가침 조 약’을 체결하고, 서울과 평양에 대표부를 개설한 후, 경제협력을 강화해야 할 것이다. 다음 단계로 남북은 경제협력을 강화한 후 스위스와 같은 영세 중립국으로 통일 절차를 추진해야 할 것이다. The Korean Peninsula is geopolitically dominated by the world's four major powers, including the United States. With its rapid economic growth, China is leading the world order as the G2 following the Soviet Union and the United States. The United States is trying to contain China's development in various ways so that China's economic development does not catch up with the United States. On the other hand, China is trying to overtake the US economy as soon as possible. The US and China are in a chasing and chasing situation while competing for supremacy to lead the world order. South Korea achieved democratization, industrialization, and advancement while relying on the United States for security and China for its economy. It is time for South Korea to pursue a foreign policy that is not biased toward either the US or China, which compete for hegemony. Therefore, as a new foreign policy, Korea should become a permanently neutral country like Switzerland and develop balanced diplomacy with both the US and China. North Korea insists that the two Koreas achieve federal unification, but that the foreign policy of the federal system be non-aligned neutrality. To this end, South Korea first announced policies of self-reliant diplomacy, balanced diplomacy, and neutral diplomacy as the President's doctrine, signed the 'Non-aggression Pact' between the two Koreas discussed in Article 14 of the Inter-Korean Basic Agreement, and opened representative offices in Seoul and Pyongyang. In other words, economic cooperation should be strengthened. As a next step, South and North Korea should strengthen economic cooperation by becoming permanently neutral countries like Switzerland, and then proceed with the process of neutralization and unification.

본 논문의 목적은 4강인, 미국, 중국, 러시아, 일본을 포함해서 남북이 수용할 수 있는 가능성 이 높은 한반도의 중립화 통일방안을 연구하는 데 있다. 한반도는 한국인의 의지와는 관계없이 미 국과 소련에 의해 분단 된지 67년이 되었으나 남북은 아직도 대립과 갈등을 계속하고 있다. 이러한 이유는 남북이 한반도의 통일방안에 합의하지 못하고 있고, 한반도의 통일이 4강의 국 가이해관계가 상호 대립되고 있기 때문이다. 편의상 한반도의 중립화 통일방안은 5단계로 구분해서 접근한다. 제1단계는 남북이 신뢰를 회 복해야 하며, 2단계는 남북이 상치된 국내제도를 개선하고, 3단계는 남북의 연합제(또는 연방제) 를 위한 기구로 민족통일최고회의를 구성하여 통일헌법과 통일선거법을 제정하고, 4단계는 남북이 별도로 중립화 국가가 되어 현재와 같은 체제를 유지한 후, 5단계에서 남북의 두 중립화 국가는 하나의 중립화 국가로 통일한다. 한국은 4강과 외교관계를 가지고 있고, 북한을 경제적으로 지원해야 하기 때문에 남북의 중립 화 통일 실현에 주도적 역할을 해야 할 것이다. 중립화로 통일된 한반도의 정치체도는 세계가 보 편적으로 추구하는 자유민주주의와 시장경제 체제를 채택한다.
