        절차적 패턴의 자동 생성을 위한 인터랙티브 디자인 시스템

        절차적(procedural) 텍스쳐는 다양한 해상도로 텍스쳐 공간을 표현할 수 있으며, 매우 적은 저장 공간을 사용하는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 절차적 표현을 위한 암시적(implicit) 방법을 이해하기 어렵고 프로그래밍에 익숙하지 않은 일반 사용자가 다루기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 직관적인 디자인 작업을 통해 절차적 패턴을 자동으로 생성하는 인터랙티브 시스템이 제안된다. 전체 디자인 과정은 다중레이어(layer)를 기반으로 하며 데이타, 연산 및 출력 노드 등으로 구성된 그래프 구조로 표현된다. 제안된 시스템은 일반 사용자에게 유연한 인터페이스를 제공하여 프로그래밍 작업 없이 절차적 텍스쳐 쉐이더를 자동으로 생성하도록 한다. 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 제안된 방법이 다양한 패턴을 효과적으로 제작할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Procedural texture has many advantages that its representation is extremely compact and unfixed in resolution. However, it can be difficult for an end-user having no programming skill to build and debug. This paper presents a new interactive design system for procedural texture generation. The user's interactive design process based on multi-layer operations is represented with a graph structure, which consists of the data node, the operation and the output. Since our system generates automatically a shading language, a user who is not acquainted with implicit concepts can make procedural texturing by using an intuitive and flexible interface. Simulation results showed that the proposed method can make a variety of texture patterns efficiently.

        동녕부의 군사적 기능과 1290년 고려 북계지역의 반환

        This study examines the meaning of the abolition of Dongnyeongbu in 1290 and the return of Goryeo in the Bukgye region. The contents of this study are as follows. First, Dong-nyeong-bu was established for the stable stationing of the Yuan’s army, which had been deployed in the Bukgye area since 1269. This function is related to the geographical advantage that the Northern Territory region as a traditional military zone of Goryeo can quickly respond to the business of Goryeo and Japan while checking the possibility of the separation of Goryeo. Therefore, it can be said that the Dong-nyeong-bu was an instrument that supported the functions of the Bukgye region. Second, Kublai did not allow the Yuan troops stationed in the Northern Territory to move south. This suggests that Dong-nyeong-bu was not the only encroaching existence of the Goryeo dynasty. In other words, Dongnyeong-bu was the opening site of Garrison farm, which was deployed in the Goryeo area, and was a rival to Goryeo in its nature, but at the same time, it was also an opponent who shared and shared the burden of war with Goryeo. Third, in the process of preparing for the second Japanese expedition, it is related to the establishment of a unified command system, such as when King Chungnyeol ascended to the throne of Jeong-dong-hang-seong and absorbed the military power of the commander-in-chief. The military function of Dongnyeongbu as the hinterland of the former Dong-dong-won-soo-bu was also absorbed and integrated into Jeong-dong-hang-seong. Fourth, not only the encroachment on the infrastructure in Dong-nyeongbu, but also the power structure in Dong-nyeong-bu was made extensively. In the end, the abolition of Dong-nyeong-bu and the return of the Goryeo Bukgye region can be understood as the absorption of the assets and functions of the Dong-nyeong-bu, not merely the return of the territory.

        섬수 ( Bufonis Venenum ) 추출물의 약리작용

        N/A Bufonis Venenum is a toad venom and its main components are bufadienolides, namely resibufogenin, bufalin and cinobufagin. The desensitizing effect of Bufonis Venenum is useful for the treatment of the premature ejaculation in Chinese medicine. But, minor components of Bufonis Venenum cause problems such as topical burning, pain, and erectile dysfunction. To clarify and eliminate the components responsible for these side effects, we prepared two extracts of Bufonis Venenum with either 70% ethanol or ethylacetate and tested their pharmacological effects. The extract of Bufonis Venenum with 70% ethanol produced pain response in rat hind paw, and exhibited contraction of rabbit corpus cavernosal muscle in vitro. On the other hand, the ethylacetate extract did not cause pain and smooth muscle contraction. The desensitizing effect of the ethylacetate extract was similar to that of the 70% ethanol extract. In conclusion, these results show that the extract of Bufonis Venenum with ethylacetate does not have the components causing side effects and deserve further study for therapeutic potential in premature ejaculation in men.

        인체 갑상세포의 대사조절에 의한 프로 유로카이나제의 생산

        5% 혈청을 포함한 DMEM 배지에 갑상세포주 579를 연속배양하여 약 5.7×10 exp(-8) g/h/cell에 해당하는 pro-UK의 비생산속도를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 배지의 이동속도가 증가할수록 glutamine의 소비속도가 증가하는 반면 ammonia 생산속도는 일정하게 유지되는, glutamine의 완전동화에 의한 물질생산증가 현상을 나타냈다. 5mM의 glucose와 2mM의 glutamine, 포화용존 공기의 10%에 해당하는 용존산소 및 pH6.2의 maintenance 생육조건하에서 약 15일간 유지시켜, 12×10 exp(-8)g of pro-UK/h/cell의 최대 비생산속도와 0.226㎎/g of glucose의 생산수율을 얻었으며, 이는 10㎖/min의 배지 이동속도를 유지하는 연속배양 조건에서 매일 0.223㎎의 pro-KU를 생산할 수 있음을 의미한다. Maximum specific pro-UX production rate was achieved at 15㎖/min of perfusion rate as 5.7×10 exp(-8) ㎍/h/cell by cytostatic cultivation of human cell line 579 with DAEM and 5% FBS. As perfusion rates were increased, glutamine uptake rates were also increased but ammonium production rates remained relatively constant, which resulted in low ratio of ammonium to glutamine at high perfusion rate. Partially it quantitatively explains why the productivity is increased in perfusion cultivations. At maintenance period of 15 days by controlling metabolic process, such as 5 mM of glucose, 2 mM of glutamine, 10% of air saturation and pH 6.2 high speecific product production rate and product yield on substrate were obtained as 12×10 exp(-8) ㎍/h/cell abd 0.226 ㎎/g of glucose, respctively. This product yield corresponds to 0.223 ㎎/day of productivity at 10㎖/min of perfusion rate.

        Pulse-Feeding of Serum Free Media for Enhancing Monoclonal Antibody Production under Perfusion Operation

        Murine hybridoma 세포배양시 lectin 계통의 생산증진제가 무혈청 배지의 단계적 유입에 의해 약 40㎎/l의 단일항체를 생산함으로서 단일항체의 생산성을 증가시킬 수 있음이 확인됐으며, 또한 이 배양공법으로 무혈정 배지에서 연속배양이 불가능한 세포의 배양이 가능했다. 이같은 무혈청 배지의 단계적 유입공법으로 약 28×10 exp(-10)㎎/cells/h의 속도로 단일항체가 생산된 것에 비해, 10% 혈청이 포함된 배지로는 연속배양시 11.1×10 exp(-10)㎎/cells/h의 속도로 생산됐으며 회분배양의 경우는 4.0×10 exp(-11)㎎/cells/h의 속도로 생산됐다. Lectin related inducer can enhance IgG_1 production rate from murine hybridoma cells by employing step-feeding of serum free media with producing about 40㎎/l of monoclonal antibodies. This step-feeding perfusion process also proves to be able to cutivate animal cells when serum free media can not support the growth of these cells in perfusion process, as well as to improve production rate. This process yields about 28×10 exp(-10)㎎ of MAb/cells/h compared to 11.1 ×10 exp(-10)㎎/cells/h and 4.0×10 exp(-11)㎎/cells/h for perfusion process and batch cultivation with 10% serum containing media, respectively.
