타이어 인너라이너(innerliner)는 타이어 내부의 고무층으로 타이어의 공기압 유지 및 내구성능을 유지하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 일반적으로 인너라이너용 고무는 공기 투과속도가 낮은 halogenated butyl rubber(HIIR)를 가장 많이 사용하고 있다. 수년 전부터 chloronated butyl rubber(CIIR), brominated poly(isobutylene-co-isoprene)(BIIR), brominated polyisobutylene-co-paramethylstyrene(BIMS) 고무와 높은 종횡비를 지닌 충전제를 복합화하여 고무기질내의 공기 투과 거리를 증가시켜 공기 차단 특성을 향상시키는 나노복합체 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 인너라이너의 고차단화 기술은 인너라이너의 두께 조절이 가능하고, 일정한 공기압 유지를 통한 타이어의 내구성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 고무 소재의 공기 차단 특성을 부여할 수 있는 차단성 소재 및 나노복합체 제조 기술에 대해서 살펴보았다. The innerliner for a tire has excellent impermeability, air retention and good flex properties. The innerliner offers a role to improve performance parameter, such as air retention and tire durability that is of praricular importance for commercial tires. In order to improve the gas barrier properties of a innerliner, most of the innerliner rubbers, such as a halogenated butyl rubber(HIIR), brominated poly(isobutylene-co-isoprene)(BIIR), brominated polyisobutylene-co-paramethylstyrene(BIMS) are used as nanocomposites with nano fillers such as silicates, graphite etc. Innerliners based on nanocomposites may allow gauge adjustments and permeability reductions with potential improvement in tire durability. This article discusses potential innerliner permeablity reduction and compounding parameters on the properties of nanocomposite based innerliners.
예비군 자원감소에 대비한 한국 예비전력정책에 대한 연구

본 연구는 미래 급격한 예비군 자원감소에 대비한 한국의 예비전력정책 발전 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. STEPPER 변수를 적용하여 미래 안보환경의 변화가 예비전력 분야에 미치는 영향을 예측하고 P(인구 분야) 변수의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 판단하였다. 병력동원 소요판단 접근방법으로 2040년 적정예비군 규모를 판단한 결과(105.3만 명) 해당 연도 예비군 가용자원(94.4만 명)으로는 충족이 제한됨을 확인하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 전시 손실률과 전쟁 기간, 동원단계와 같은 예비군 규모판단에 적용되는 각종 기준을 재설정하였다. 둘째, 적정예비군 규모와 연도별 예비군 가용자원을 종합적으로 고려하여 예비군 편성 및 복무연차 조정안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 모병 성격의 예비군제도 발전을 위해 비상근예비군 확대 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 성격상 구체적인 수치나 산출과정을 명확히 밝히는데 제한은 있으나, 제시한 발전 방향을 검토하여 체계적으로 추진해 나간다면 미래 예비군 자원감소 등 변화하는 안보환경에 더욱 능동적으로 대비할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 후속 연구에서는 본 연구에서 다루지 못한 예비군의 임무와 역할, 훈련, 무기와 장비, 보상과 복지 분야 등을 종합적으로 연구하여 예비전력정책 수립과 시행에 완전성을 높이기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to proposes the development direction of the Reserve Forces Policy of the Korea in order to prepare for the rapid decline of reserve forces resources in the future. Changes in the future security environment affecting the Reserve Forces field were analyzed by applying STEPPER variables, and the P(population field) variables were judged to have the greatest influence. As a result of determining the size of an adequate reserve forces(105.3 million people) using the approach to mobilizing troops, it was confirmed that the available resources of the reserve forces(94.4 million people) in 2040 will be limited, and plans were proposed to overcome this. First, the standards applied to the determination of the size of the reserve forces, such as the loss rate and the duration of the war, and the mobilization stage, were reset. Second, the organization of the reserve forces and the adjustment of the annual service period were proposed in conjunction with the size of an adequate reserve forces. Third, the issue of population decline in addition to the develop reserve forces system of recruiting character that is actively discussed to propose the need and plan to expand for a peacetime service program for reserve forces. Due to the nature of the study, there is a limit to clearly presenting specific figures or calculation processes, but if the proposed development plan is reviewed and systematically promoted, it is judged that it will be able to more actively prepare for the changing security environment. In the follow-up study, it is expected to increase the completeness of the establishment and execution of reserve power policies by comprehensively studying the fields of reserve forces training, weapons and equipment, compensation and welfare that were not covered in this study.

Purpose: The purpose of the current study was to analyze relationship of leadership of handball instructor, safety culture, safety attitude and athletic satisfaction among the middle and high school handball athlete. Methods: This study surveyed 254 handball athletes of middle and high school using stratified cluster random sampling method. This study used self-administration method. Validity and reliability were examined by factor analysis and reliability analysis. The coefficient of reliability showed up over Cronbach``s α=.60. The data was analyzed by SPSSWIN program. The method of data analysis was factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis. Conclusion: The conclusion were as follows: First, leadership influences on safety culture. Second, leadership influences on athletic satisfaction. Third, safety satisfaction influences on safety attitude. Fourth, safety attitude influence on athletic satisfaction. Fifth, safety culture and attitude have mediating effects between leadership and athletic satisfaction. Sobel test showed up significance level. Transactional leadership influences on safety attitude through safety culture. Safety culture influences on athletic satisfaction through safety attitude. Leadership and safety culture influences directly on athletic satisfaction and indirectly through safety attitude.

The power curve during rubber mixing presents useful information for the understanding of rubber mixing process, because the power curve is determined the mixing state of rubber at the point. The time to the second peak on the power curve js known as carbon black incorporation time, BIT. This study gets the quantity relationship of BIT and viscosity of natural rubber, so by determining the mixing time of the compound on the ground of viscosity of the raw rubber. The mixing with natural rubber and carbon black is examined for various grade natural rubbers, encompassing a wide range of Mooney viscosity. Alter smoothing the mixing power curve using a polynomial, the carbon black incorporation time, BIT, was determined time to second power peak on the curve, The BIT's versus specific values on Mooney viscometer test curve show a linear relation, Especially, the peak of initial maximum torque on Mooney viscometer curve, PMT, is most relevant property relating to the BIT. PMT is useful index for determined optimum mixing time, To apply this results at the mixing, we effectively control the natural rubber mixing but can also know the grading of natural rubber upon processability.<br/>

This circuit is based on a new type comparator using inverter logic threshold voltage. A new type of thermometer-to-binary decoder is employed for no glitch error, simplifying the conventional structure significantly and proper to the architecture. This ADC is designed for 6-bit resolution, 2 GSample/s maximum conversion rate, 10㎽ power dissipation, one clock cycle latency in 0.25㎛ CMOS technology.
