This study was to find out the ways to develop tourism ranches, considering a survey of public of 193 inhabitants living in four sample regious of the rural public pastures in Cheju. As a result, I reached the conclusion that they should be developed considering the developers of tourism ranch suppliers and the tourists of consumers. In addition, I made a development model based on this study putting the inhabitant's opinions together and presented seven ways of the tourism ranch development as alternatives to develop the tourism ranches right for the model.<br/> It the future the tourism ranches should be developed without trial and error considering the above ways of the tourism ranch development ; In addition, we should develop them for the interests of the regional inhabitants with the philosophy or belief to keep our land ourselves and preserve the beautiful nature, and with the long-term and macroscopic eye.
화재시 고강도 콘크리트를 충전한 CFT column의 온도변화에 관한 실험적 연구

Recently, it increases in use of CFT(Concrete filled steel tube, below CFT) that is an excellent internal force and deformation capacity because material and method are required to be diversification and High-Performance according to increase the super-high structure. But, CFT column lose bearing capacity under fire because steel tube is exposed to outside. As a result, structure is collapsed and then it cause much damage, In case of the Europe, Japan and America, they have studied the fire-resistance performance of CFT under fire for a long time, However, it would have hardly studied it in domestic because it is much difficulty about experiment machine and cost. So it is needed base on fire-resist performance of CFT under fire. Therefore, this study made seven CFT specimen that determine the four factor(which is strength of concrete, slenderness ratio of steel tube, fiber using, Fire Protective Coating etc.) and then CFT column was exposed to heating controlled as closely as possible the ISO-834 standard five curve during 3 hours. The purpose of this study is to suggest a basic data for structure regulation enactments of the fire-resist design of CFT.

Recently, construction wastes are increasing every year. So problem of environmental pollution and lack of natural aggregate are serious, but there are no appropriate design recommendations. This paper reports limited experimental data on the structural performance of reinforced concrete beams with recycled aggregate. The variables in the test program were the existence of shear reinforcement and use of recycled aggregate. Reinforced concrete beams with natural aggregate and recycled aggregate were tested to evaluate their failure modes, shear behavior and crack pattern. Based on the experimental results, shear strength and failure mode of R/C beams with recycled aggregate were about equal to those of R/C beams with natural aggregate.

CFT(Concrete filled steel tube, below CFT) is an excellent internal force and deformation capacity. But it is difficult to evaluate the fire resistant performance of the CFT. Because two main materials such as steel tube and concrete are combined as one. Also, the case of high strength CFT is feared that spalling occur inside. In this study, types of CFT(column) specimens were four factors which were strength of concrete, slenderness ratio of steel tube, fiber using, fire protective coating and then CFT(column) specimens were exposed to heating controlled as closely as possible the ISO-834 standard fire curve. Also, test results tried to analyze internal temperature through nonlinear transient heat flow analysis. Test results showed relative values of CFT specimens and analysis but surface parts were excessive values of analysis. Moreover, fire-resist design of CFT column comes to the conclusion that is sufficient consideration. Because results tend to indicate different properties.

The use of recycled concrete is increasing faster than the development of appropriate design recommendations. This paper reports limited experimental data on lap splice performance of reinforced concrete beams with recycled aggregates. Reinforced concrete beams with natural aggregate and recycled aggregate were tested to evaluate their failure modes and lap splice characteristics. Based on the experimental results, reinforced concrete beams with recycled aggregates are about equal strength and failure mode with natural concrete beams.
