철도차량 하부 이상발열 감지를 위한 적외선 열화상 분석 방법

운동하는 대상체 및 고속 회전체의 온도측정 및 상태진단을 위해 적외선 카메라의 사용이 증대하고 있다. 철도차량과 같이 일정속도를 가지고 이동하는 물체의 경우 카메라의 온도측정 성능에 대한 분석 및 이상 발열을 검출하기 위한 효과적인 분석방법이 필요하다. 고속에서의 카메라의 성능이 보장 될수록 그리고 측정된 열영상을 분석하여 효과적으로 이상을 검출할 수 있을 때 실시간 감시 장비로서의 적외선 열화상 시스템의 적용성은 높아지고 고속열차와 같은 고속주행열차의 실시간 감시를 가능하게 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 적외선 카메라로 측정한 열영상을 분석하는 방법을 비교하여 이상 검출 시 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 분석방법을 찾고자 하였다. 분석 결과 이동체의 경우 연속차감법과 히스토그램 데이터가 이상 검출에 효과적으로 사용 될 수 있다는 결과를 얻었다. IR camera has been used widely for the temperature measurement and fault detection of the moving bodies and rotating bodies. The high-speed performance of the IR camera and a reliable thermal analysis method are required for the condition monitoring of the railway vehicle running at high speed. The effective fault detection method using a thermal image analysis could make a real time monitoring of the high speed train possible. Therefore the investigation of the performance of the thermal image analysis method was performed to find the effective analysis method. The results suggested that a continuous temperature subtraction method and the comparison of the characteristics of the image histogram obtained at different conditions could be used as a useful analysis method for detecting abnormal temperature condition.
KTX차량의 편성차량수가 후미 불안정 진동에 미치는 영향

The acceptance of KTX has been performed on Korea. During the test, lateral vibration of earboby over the accepted yalua calld sway was founf, KTX has 20 formtion whose trailer cars are linked by artieulate bogies. So this study is performed to see to effectes of long trainset formation on vehiale dynamics. and the train stability by 20 car vehivle model. Firstly the reliable madel which shows well the tendencies appeared in the tests on the high speed test line is required to find to find the cause of lateral vibration and the countermeasure. Vehicle model was made for the analysis with VAMPRE. Theanalysis results show that seeondary air spring lateral stiffness is most significant parameter to cause catbody lateral vibration Mode analysis results show that the least damped mode shape is similar to the vibration pattern shown in the tests that the amplitude of the motion increases along the train set 물 decreases in the tail part. For the case of short train formation with 7 or 10cars, sway does not happen. But in the ease of longer train formation with 16 or 20 cars,sway was found.

This paper describes a characteristics of wheel wear of high speed train running on the conventional line. Conventional line has many curved tracks that cause severe wheel flange wear. The influences of lubrication, cant deficiency, curve radius on wheel wear are also described considering the operation performance of the highspeed trainset. A method of calculation using contact patch work model is presented for determination of the evolution by wear of railway wheels.

Infrared thermography has been used widely for the fault detection of the mechanical systems and electrical systems. 초음파가진 열화상시험 중 가진 방법이 시편에 가진된 진동의 시스템 응답 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 복잡한 형상을 가진 터빈 블레이드 시편에 가진된 진동의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 고출력의 가진이 가능한 초음파 혼이 사용되었다. 초음파 혼에 입력되는 신호의 특성이 가진된 진동의 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였고 블레이드를 클램프에 고정한 후 가진기와 클램프를 연결하는 방법이 진동 신호에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 연구하였다. 연구 결과를 통하여 첩(chirp) 입력신호와 볼트를 사용하여 클램프와 혼을 연결하는 방법을 가진 방법으로 제안하였다. 이러한 가진 방법은 다양한 종류의 터빈 블레이드 뿐만 아니라 다른 기계부품들의 시험에 적용될 수 있다. The characteristics of the responses obtained in thermosonic tests are investigated in this study to improve the performance of a thermosonic test system. Thermosonic tests are conducted with an acoustic horn with high power capability to investigate the characteristics of the vibration produced in turbine blades with complex geometry. The influences of the excitation signal that is input to the horn and the coupling methods between a clamp and the acoustic horn on the characteristics of the vibration excited in a component are presented. As a result, an excitation method with a fast narrow band chirp test (sweep test) and a stud coupling is proposed as an excitation method for thermosonic testing. This method can be applied to different types of turbine blades and also to other components.

Many activities have been taken to find the cause of the vibration and the counter-measure. KTX has 20 car trainset formation whose trailer cars are linked by articulate bogies. So this study is performed to see the effects of long trainset formation on vehicle dynamics and the train stability by 16 car vehicle model. Firstly the reliable vehicle model which shows well the tendencies appeared in the tests on the high speed test line is required to find the cause of lateral vibration and the countermeasure. Vehicle model was made for the analysis with VAMPIRE. The analysis results show that secondary air spring lateral stiffness is the most significant parameter to cause carbody lateral vibration. Mode analysis results show that the least damped mode shape is similar to the vibration pattern shown in the tests that the amplitude of the motion increases along the train set and decreases in the tail part. The lateral vibration was appeared at the speed range between 100km/h and 200km/h and disappeared at the low speed and the high speed.
