양극성 장애 여대생의 자기 인식에 관한 인지행동 미술치료 사례연구

This study aims to explore the process of self-perception in a female college student with bipolar disorder, facilitated through cognitive-behavioral art therapy. The participant is a 21-years-old college student who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder during her senior year of high school. She reported difficulties in daily life due to hyper-goal-oriented activities induced by her manic episodes and experienced conflict in interpersonal relationships due to paranoid delusional thinking, along with recurrent episodes of depression and lethargy. The research was conducted from March to June 2023, with sessions occurring once a week for 60 minutes totaling 14 sessions. The House-Tree-Person(HTP) test was used as the measurement tool, and the activities and changes of each session were documented. The results of this study are as follows: First, cognitive-behavioral art therapy was a positive change for the self-perception of the female college student with bipolar disorder. Second, cognitive-behavioral art therapy positively influenced the reduction of manic and depressive symptoms, as well as paranoid delusional thinking in interpersonal relationships. Through this research, it has been confirmed that cognitive-behavioral art therapy is effective in the self-perception precess and the reduction of manic and depressive episodes in a female college student with bipolar disorder.
하프늄카바이드 코팅을 통한 2종형상의 탄소/탄소복합재의 내삭마성 향상연구

본 연구에서는 기상화학반응공정을 이용하여 실리콘카바이드가 코팅된 2종형상의 탄소/탄소복합재 위에 진공플라즈마용사를이용하여 하프늄카바이드를 코팅하였다. 코팅 전/후 시편을 5.06 MW/m2의 열유속에서 120초동안 산화 및 삭마 실험을 진행하였다. 시험 전/후의 질량 변화량을 통해 질량삭마율을 계산하였고 캘리퍼스와 고속카메라를 이용하여 길이변화를 측정하여 길이삭마량을 계산하였다. 시편 단면의 FE-SEM 및 EDS 분석을 통해 산화 및 삭마거동을 관찰하였다. 플라즈마 풍동 시험결과 코팅된 시편이 무게감소 및 길이변화가 적어 내산화 및 내삭마성이 높은 것으로 판단되었다. 그러나 동일조건에서 시험한 반구형과 원통형의 산화 및 삭마정도는 상이하였고 원통형에서 더 높은 내산화 및 내삭마성을 가지는 것으로 평가되었다. In this study, HfC was coated on two types of carbon/carbon composites coated with SiC by vacuum plasma spraying(VPS). The experiment was performed using a plasma wind tunnel with heat flux of 5.06 MW/m2 for 120 s heat flux before and after the coating. The mass ablation rate was calculated through the mass change before and after the test, and the length change was measured by using calipers and high speed camera. The oxidation/ ablation behavior were observed by FE-SEM with EDS analysis of the specimens cross section. The plasma wind tunnel test results showed that the coated specimens had low weight loss and length change, and high oxidation/ ablation resistance. However, two types of the specimens tested under the same conditions were different in the ablation behavior and ablation rate, and it was evaluated that the cylindrical type had higher oxidation/ablation resistance.
전력계통 주파수응답 실적 기반의 국내 AGC 주파수 바이어스 설정치 산정에 관한 연구

This paper presents Frequency Bias setting for the adequate AGC(Automatic Generator Control) operation based on the frequency response of power system in Korea. AGC frequency control recovers the frequency up to 60Hz following a primary control when the frequency suddenly drops due to a fault in power system. AGC can compensate an appropriate amount of generation by calculating ACE(Are Control Error) from the frequency deviation with the AGC frequency bias set from the actual frequency response in power systems. An appropriateness of the proposed AGC bias setting is verified through case studies employing the simulation model.
펄스전류활성 가열에 의한 나노구조의 4Cr-3ZrO2 복합재료 급속소결과 특성

Despite of many attractive properties, the low fracture toughness of ZrO2 limits their wide application. One of the most obvious tactics to improve the mechanical properties has been to make fabrication of a nanostructured material and composite material. Nano-powders of Cr and ZrO2 were synthesized from Cr2O3 and Zr powders using high energy ball milling. Nanocrystalline 4Cr-3ZrO2 composite was consolidated by pulsed current activated sintering method within 2 minutes from mechanically synthesized powders of ZrO2 and Cr. The relative density of the composite was 98.5%. The fracture toughness and hardness of 4Cr-3ZrO2 composite in this study are simultaneously higher than those of monolithic ZrO2.
디자인씽킹에 기반한 가정교과 ‘건강한 가족 관계’ 수업이 중학생의 공감능력 향상에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 가정교과의 ‘건강한 가족 관계’ 수업을 디자인씽킹을 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하여 실행한후 그 결과 중학생의 공감능력 향상에 유의미한 차이가 나타나는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 디자인씽킹에 기반 한총 5차시의 슬기로운 ‘집콕’생활프로그램을 개발하여 중학교 2학년 남녀 학생들을 대상으로 실행한 후, 사전-사후 검사를 통해수업 후에 학생들의 공감능력이 향상되었는지 알아보았다. 그 결과, 슬기로운 ‘집콕’생활 프로그램은 중학생의 인지적 공감능력향상에 유의미한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학생들의 수업에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 긍정적이었다. 특히, 인스타그램으로 공감하기, ‘부캐’ 만들기 등의 활동이 흥미로웠다는 의견이 많았다. 다만, COVID-19로 인한 시간의 부족 및 모둠활동 제약으로인해 수업 활동에 어려움을 겪었다는 의견도 있었다. 이 연구는 COVID-19로 인해 학습 환경이 변화되는 상황에 유연하게 대처하기위해 대면과 비대면 상황에 맞추어 활용할 수 있도록 프로그램을 개발하였다는 점과 가정과교육이 중학생의 공감능력 향상에긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 특히 공감의 인지적 요인 향상에 도움을 준다는 점을 확인한 것에 그 의의가 있다. In this study, a program was developed and implemented for middle school students in the ‘Healthy Family Relations’ of the home economics based on design thinking process. The purpose was to investigate whether a significant difference is displayed in terms of empathy ability improvement among middle school students. For this purpose, a “Wise ‘stay-at-home’ life” program comprised of five class sessions was developed based on design thinking process. The program was implemented to male and female students in the second year of middle school, and students empathy ability was examined by a pre- and post-test comparison. As a result, the developed program was found to have generated a significant improvement in cognitive empathy among middle school students. In addition, the students satisfaction with the class was generally positive. In particular, many students mentioned that t hey were i nterested in a ctivities such a s ‘empathiz ing through Instagram’ and ‘ creating a sub-character’. However, there also was an opinion that the lesson activities were difficult to complete due to the lack of time and restrictions on cooperative activities due to COVID-19. In this research, we developed a program that can be used in both face-to-face and non-face-to-face situations in order to flexibly deal with situations where the learning environment changes due to COVID-19. And this research is significant particularly in that it confirmed that home economics have a positive influence on improving middle school students empathy ability, particularly the cognitive factor of empathy.
급속 소결에 의한 인공관절용 나노구조 2/3 Cr-ZrO<sub>2</sub> 복합재료 제조 및 특성

Despite having many attractive properties, $ZrO_2$ ceramic has a low fracture toughness which limits its wide application. One of the most obvious tactics to improve its mechanical properties has been to add a reinforcing agent to formulate a nanostructured composite material. Nanopowders of $ZrO_2$ and Cr were synthesized from $CrO_3$ and Zr powder by high energy ball milling for 10 h. Dense nanocrystalline $2/3Cr-ZrO_2$ composite was consolidated by a high-frequency induction heated sintering method within 5 min at $600^{\circ}C$ from mechanically synthesized powder. The method was found to enable not only rapid densification but also the inhibition of grain growth, preserving the nano-scale microstructure. Highly dense $2/3Cr-ZrO_2$ composite with relative density of up to 99.5% was produced under simultaneous application of a 1 GPa pressure and the induced current. The hardness and fracture toughness of the composite were 534 kg/mm2 and $7MPa{\cdot}m1/2$, respectively. The composite was determined to have good biocompatibility.
