The goal of this paper is to introduce two methods to determine a model for the accelerated factor equation for pneumatic cylinder according to the Black equation shape. The loads consist of working pressure and temperature and we adjust these two parameters to reduce the test time but keeping the true behavior of deterioration. The first part will introduce a method using accelerated factor coming from experimental results to determine the coefficient of the Black equation by the method of the least square theory. The second part will introduce another method based on various conditions of test with the assumption that the effect of temperature and the effect of pressure on the life of pneumatic cylinder are independent. In these two cases, the results are the unknown coefficients of the Black equation.
흉부 CR 영상에서 선량이 화질에 미치는 영향에 대한 평가

본 연구는 CR영상에서 선량이 화질에 미치는 영향을 평가하기위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 임상 흉부진단에 필요한 영상화질을 얻을 수 있는 최적 선량을 찾는 것이다. 영상화질 평가를 위해서 다양한 선량에서의 MTF, NNPS, 그리고 NEQ를 측정하였으며, MTF 측정과 실험장치 구성은 International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)에서 제시한 절차에 따라 수행하였다. 실험 결과를 통해 흉부진단의 경우 자동노출조절 (Automatic Exposure Control, AEC) 제어반에서 자동으로 설정해주는 선량의 절반 선량으로도 필요한 영상화질이 얻어짐을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 AEC에서 제시하는 선량이 최적 선량이 아니며 화질평가를 통해서 얻어진 최적 선량을 사용하면 환자의 피폭을 상당량 줄일 수 있음을 보였다. This research was accomplished to assess dose effects on image quality at computed radiography (CR). The ultimate target of the research was finding optimized exposure that provides necessary image quality for the clinical chest diagnosis. Modulation transfer function (MTF), normalized noise power spectrum (NNPS), and Noise equivalent quanta (NEQ) corresponding to the different doses were measured for the assessment of image quality. The preparation of “edge test device” used in MTF measurement and experimental geometry setup were followed by the recommendations of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The experimental results show the necessary image quality can be achieved even at a half of the automatic exposure control (AEC) setting dose for chest diagnosis. It means that the patient exposure can be reduced dramatically by using optimized dose.
재활용품 회수용 환경로봇 수명시험 장치 구성에 관한 연구

Eco-robot for collecting recycling products is the machine which collects non-industrial wastes such as cans, PET bottles and etc. to reuse them as recycling resources. This eco-robot is operated in the condition that it should compress and hold various products without knowing their geometric shapes and material properties. For this reason reliability problems like malfunction or failure. comes to emerge, but the reliability test conditions to assess its performance and durability have not been founded yet. Therefore in this research failure mechanism of the eco-robot was analyzed and life test equipment which can reproduce actual usage conditions was developed. The compression levels in the life test were determined by measuring the crushing force acting on test products and . Furthermore the test specimens which have equivalent shape and material properties with those of cans and PET bottles were proposed by simulating the deformation characteristics so that the actual compression conditions were set up in the test.
Luciano Berio의 Folk Songs에 나타난 민속음악의 발전요소

민속음악의 소재를 어떠한 방법으로 자신의 음악에 접목시키는 지에 대한 연구는 20세기 많은 작곡가들에게 이루어졌다. 베리오는 민속음악에서의 선율은 그대로 사용하되 자신이 구성한 악기 편성과 자신만의 음악어법을 입혀 재창조 시켰으며 대표적인 작품이 「포크송」이다. 포크송에서 나타난 음악어법의 특징은 다음과 같다. 형식은 기존 민요선율에서의 진행에 따라 반주 선율에서의 형태를 변화하여 제시함으로써 변화된 유절형식 또는 변화된 통절형식을 나타내고 있으며 인성의 선율에 절이 바뀔 때마다 악기를 추가하여 음색을 변화하는 선율 구조를 갖고 있다. 음계는 기존 민요의 선법을 사용하여 각 나라의 고유 분위기를 지속하면서 반주선율에서 두 개의 선법혹은 장, 단조의 음계 등을 결합한 새로운 음계를 구성하여 복합적인 조성감을 구성한다. 또한 불완전협화음, 미분음 사이에서의 완전 4, 5도의 음정이 자주 사용되어 현대적인 음향을 요구한다. 박자는 6/8박자와 9/8박자를 기본으로 2/4, 3/4 홑박자와의 동시 사용으로 복박자 형태를 통해 교차된 호흡을 유발하며 리듬에서 악기간의 잇단음의 3:4, 4:5 리듬적 대비, 악기마다의 다른 박에 숨표를 주거나 마디 구분없는 임의의 연주 요구로 즉흥성을 포함한다. 음색적 변화를 위해 약음기를 사용하거나, 하모닉스, 확연한 다이내믹의 대비, 하프에서의 패달, 콜레뇨바투토, 인성 선율의 말하듯이 등을 사용하여 현대적인 음색의 조합을 요구하였다. 베리오의 포크송은 채집한 그대로의 민요 선율을 유지하면서 형식, 음계, 박자, 주법 등에서 자신이창조한 음악어법을 결합한 새로운 형태의 작품을 창조하며 민속음악의 소재 사용에 있어서 뛰어난 작법을 보여주는 작품이다. 펄스전류활성 가열에 의한 나노구조의 4Cr-3ZrO2 복합재료 급속소결과 특성

Despite of many attractive properties, the low fracture toughness of ZrO2 limits their wide application. One of the most obvious tactics to improve the mechanical properties has been to make fabrication of a nanostructured material and composite material. Nano-powders of Cr and ZrO2 were synthesized from Cr2O3 and Zr powders using high energy ball milling. Nanocrystalline 4Cr-3ZrO2 composite was consolidated by pulsed current activated sintering method within 2 minutes from mechanically synthesized powders of ZrO2 and Cr. The relative density of the composite was 98.5%. The fracture toughness and hardness of 4Cr-3ZrO2 composite in this study are simultaneously higher than those of monolithic ZrO2.

Pneumatic Cylinders that are usually applied in the factory automation line have complicated failure cause because they are composed of various elements. In this paper, we performed FMMA(Failure Mode & Mechanism Analysis) and CMA(Criticality Matrix Analysis) of pneumatic cylinders, and then achieved FMECA(Failure Mode Effects & Critically Analysis) and QFD(Quality Function Development). On the basis of these processes, we can derive strategies for conducting reliability test with pneumatic cylinders.
