중학생의 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 사회불안의 관계

본 연구에서는 중학생의 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 사회불안의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대전광역시와 충청남도 소재의 중학생 400명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 312부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였으며, 자료의 처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중학생의 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 사회불안은 모두 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애와 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 사회불안의 부분매개 효과를 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중학생의 내현적 자기애가 SNS중독경향성에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만 사회불안을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구는 중학생 SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대한 이해를 확장하였으며, 연구 변인간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 보다 효과적으로 개입할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. This thesis analyzed the relationship between covert narcissism, SNS addiction tendency and social anxiety in middle school students. For this purpose, 400 middle school students in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-do were surveyed and 312 data were used for final analysis. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and mediation effects using SPSS 21.0 program. Findings are as follows: Firstly, there was found a significant positive correlation between covert narcissism, SNS addiction tendency, social anxiety. Secondly, social anxiety was found to be a part mediation between covert narcissism and SNS addiction tendency. In this study, it was concluded that covert narcissism of middle school students has not only direct influence on SNS addiction tendency but also indirect influence through social anxiety. This study was meaningful in that it extended the understanding of the variables affecting the SNS addiction tendency of middle school students and provided implications for more effective intervention by looking at the relationship among variables. Finally, the implication of this study and directions for future study were discussed.
Process Tape를 사용한 마그네슘 합금의 저항 점 용접 특성

Recently, studies about application of magnesium alloy sheet to automotive bodies are on the increase. For application to automotive bodies, researches about characteristics of resistance spot welding of magnesium alloy sheet are essential. Electrode life of resistance spot welding of magnesium alloy is very short due to sticking of magnesium alloy to copper alloy electrode. To increase electrode life, most effective method is inserting cover plate between electrode and magnesium sheet. But application of cover plate to actual process is difficult and decreases welding productivity. Process tape supplied automatically as cover plate can minimize lose of productivity and increase welding quality. In this study, resistance spot welding of magnesium alloy is carried out with applying process tape. Acceptable welding current region according to electrode force and welding time is determined.

Magnesium alloy is used on parts of aircraft and electronic equipment because of the highest specific strength among the common metal materials. Recently, studies about appling magnesium alloy sheet to automotive bodies are on the increase rapidly. For application to automotive bodies, researches about characteristics of resistance spot welding of magnesium alloy sheet are essential. Magnesium alloy has low boiling point, so getting sound bead shape is difficult when appling varies welding processes. Resistance spot welding is also particular about setting optimum welding conditions because of spatter generation, pores and cracks occurrence in nugget. And life of electrodes is very short because of alloying with copper that main material of electrodes. This requires frequent dressing and replacement of electrodes and decrease in productivity of resistance spot welding on magnesium alloy. Therefore in this study, for effective analysis of changes in tensile shear load and nugget size during electrode life test, evaluate detail characteristics of resistance spot welding on magnesium alloy sheet using dome type electrode.

Cold cracking of weldment is one of the most serious welding problems. A sufficient quantity of diffusible hydrogen, a residual stress, and a sensitive microstructure are the causes of cold cracking. Removal of any one of these factors can be used to prevent cold cracking. Application of flux cored arc welding process is increasing due to high productivity and easiness of welding. In addition, to prevent cold cracking in the HAZ or weldment, preheat temperature and interpass temperature have to be controlled. In this study, the effect of preheat temperature on the levels of diffusible hydrogen in the weld metal deposited using flux cored wire was examined. The levels of preheat temperature of base metal specimen were ambient temperature, 50, 100 and $150^{\circ}C$ respectively. The result showed that the increase of preheat temperature was a linear relationship with reduction of diffusible hydrogen content in weldment.

The contact tip for flux cored arc welding has important functions to transmit the welding current to the wire and to guide the wire to molten pool. A damaged contact tip causes a productivity reduction and a welding quality problem. In this study, the welding experiments for the wear resistance of contact tip regarding flux cored wire types were performed. With two fold type and a seamless type flux cored wires, the wear rates of contact tips were compared. In addition, the wear rate was checked according to the contact tip position.

The contact tip for gas metal arc welding has important functions to transmit the welding current to the wire and to guide the wire to molten pool. If the contact tip is damaged, it is a cause of lowering the welding productivity due to removal of welding defects and replacement of contact tip. In case of the use of a contact tip for a long time the arc is unstable because the processed hole in the contact tip center is larger, and the variation of aiming position of the welding wire causes a seam tracking error. In this study, gas metal arc welding experiments using contact tip of three different materials were performed. The contact tips with Cu-P, Cu-Cr, and Cu-ODS were used at the experiments, and the welding characteristics by each contact tip were evaluated. After welding contact tip appearance, welding spatter adhesion amount of the nozzle, and weld bead appearance were evaluated. The welding current and welding voltage were measured to verify arc stability during arc welding.
아크 용접 와이어의 장거리 송급을 위한 Push-pull 방식의 와이어 송급장치 개발

It is difficult to feed welding wire stably, when the distance between welding wire feeder and welding torch is far enough. In order to solve this problem, arranging a extension wire feeder between them could be one of useful methods. However, the welding wire could be twisted up in the extension cable between extension and terminal wire feeders in the case that RPM of extension wire feeding motor is higher than that of terminal motor. In this study, feeding problem of normal push-pull wire feeding system occurred at low welding current range less than 250A. In order to solve the problem, two new wire feeding systems of push-pull type were introduced. Welding wire feeding tests were preformed in the range of 150A to 400A with the developed push-pull feeding system. In addition, weldability test was performed at the welding current of 200A, 300A, and 400A. The welding wire twisting problem that was observed in the normal feeding system did not occur in the new push-pull wire feeding system.
