황 흡착 알긴산의 Lactobacillus acidophillus 성장에 미치는 영향 및 항 돌연변이 작용

톳으로부터 산ㆍ알칼리(AASA) 방법으로 추출한 알긴산에 인위적으로 sulfate를 흡착시킨 후 ICP-AES를 이용해서 확인한 결과 3% alginate 용액에서 18435 ppm 농도의 sulfate가 검출되었다. 배지 자체적으로 황을 함유하고 있는 MRS broth와 황이 없는 peptone water배지에 S-alginate와 alginate를 0.25, 1, 2% 농도별로 첨가하여 Lactobacillus acidophilus를 접종한 후 배양하면서 유산균의 성장에 대한 영향을 살펴 본 결과 모든 농도에서 이들 배지에 S-alginate를 첨가한 것이 유산균의 성장을 증가시키는 것을 알 수 있었다. S-alginate와 alginate를 0.25% 첨가한 경우 유산균의 성장은 비슷한 값을 나타내었으나 농도가 증가할수록 Salginate를 첨가한 군이 alginate만 첨가한 군보다는 유산균의 성장을 늘리는 것으로 나타났다. Ames test를 통해서 Salginate는 돌연변이성을 전혀 나타내지 않았으며 항 돌연변 이성는 직접변이원에 대하여 TA98균주는 14~19%, TA100 균주에 대해서는 12~17%까지의 억제율을 보였으며 2%의 S-alginate가 가장 높은 억제율을 나타내었다. The alginate extracted from Hizikia fusiform by the acid alkali soluble alginate (AASA) extraction method was reacted with Na₂SO₄. The amount of sulfate absorbed in the 3% alginate solution was determined about 18,435 ppm by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. Both alginate and S-alginate stimulated the growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus in MRS broth and peptone water medium. The addition of Salginate to the media showed the higher bacterial numbers than alginate supplement. There was no mutagenic activity of S-alginate in the Ames test using the Salmonella Typhimurium TA98 and TA100 strains. The S-alginate showed suppressive effect against 2-NF and MMS of mutagens.

The pattern of elongation in the developing hypocotyl of Glycine max shows that the elongation generally proceeds from base to the cotyledonary node in acropetal diredtion, although earlier elongation takes place through the entire hypocotyl. Because the differentiation of the vascular cambium in the hypocotyl advances also acropetally, it can be seen that the acropetal wave of hypocotyl elongation is associated with the acropetal differentiation of the cambium in the hypocotyl. The elongation of procambial cells occurs not only during active elongation but also after cessation of elongation of the hypocotyl. In tangential view, the procambium of the hypocotyl in early stage has homogeneous structure composed of short cells. Subsequently, these procambial cells elongate actively and then become elongated long cells. These long cells eventually become fusiform initials, while some of elongated long cells are transversely divided and then converted into ray initials. The characteristics of the vascular cambium are entirely acquired some time after hypocotyl elongation is completed, and the transition from procambium to vascular cambium in the hypocotyl is a rather gradual process.

『抱朴子』의 부록을 통해본 도교사상 연구

‘부록’은 도교의 중요한 사상의 하나로, 천인감응사상, 즉 천도와 인도, 자연과 인간과의 감응이다. 도교의 천인감응 사상은 음양오행설을 발전시키고 노장 사상을 동시에 계승하였다. 또한 우주, 천지, 귀신 등 외부 세계의 형상을 통해 문자의 변형을 종합시켜 도교의 종교적 활동에 반영시켰다. 도교 ‘부록’의 중요한 이론적 근거는 ‘氣’의 관념이다. 갈홍의 『抱朴子』에서는 ‘부록’의 단초를 제공하고 ‘부록’의 종류와 사용 방법을 언급함과 동시에 ‘부록’에 관한 경전도 함께 실었다. 이는『抱朴子』에 나타난 ‘부록’이 초기 도교사상과 교단 형성 과정을 알 수 있으며, ‘부록’에 나타난 세계관, 인간관, 자연관이 후대 도교 사상과 철학을 정립하는데 커다란 영향을 끼쳤음을 알 수 있다. 『抱朴子』에 나타난 ‘부록’의 의미는 도를 실천하고, 백성을 구제하는 도교 사상의 발현임과 동시에 진정한 의미라 할 수 있다. 동아시아 전통 속에서 ‘부록’에 대한 이해는 미신이라는 부정적 의미는 ‘부록’이 가지고 있는 의미와 가치를 떨어트리고 도교 사상을 부정적의미로만 인식 시키는 것은 심각한 왜곡이라 할 수 있다. ‘부록’이 부정적 의미를 지니고 있다는 이해가 왜곡임을 밝히기 위해서는 그것이 부정적 의미가 아닌 도교 사상을 이해하고 求道成仙이라는 목표를 이루기 위한 하나의 수행과정이라는 긍정적 의미를 지니고 있음을 드러내야 한다. 이러한 고찰의 목적을 이루는 데 『抱朴子』에 나타난 ‘부록’과 태평도나 오두미도와 같은 종교적 교단과 초기 도가, 도교 철학의 텍스트 속에 ‘부록’의 내용으로 삼아 논의하는 것이 도교사상과 철학의 심도 있는 연구가 될 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다. ‘Talisman’ as one of the important thoughts of Taoism, is the induction of the way of Heaven and that of human beings; the induction of nature and human beings. The Induction Thought of the ways of Heaven and human beings has developed Yin-Yang and the Five Elements theory and succeeded to the thought of Laotzu as well. Furthermore, it has generalized transformation of letters through the shapes of the exterior world such as the universe, heaven and earth, and ghost, and reflected to religious activities of Taoist. The important basic foundation of Taoist ‘Talisman’ is the notion of ‘Qi.’ 『Bao Piao Zi』 of Ge Hong provided the clue of ‘Talisman’ and simultaneously mentioned the types and usages of ‘Talisman’, and added scriptures about ‘Talisman.’ The formations of the initial Taoist thought and the religious body can be known in ‘Talisman’ shown in 『Bao Piao Zi』, and it is realized that the world view, the human view and the view of nature in ‘Talisman’ gave huge influences to the establishment of the later Taoist thought and philosophy. The meaning of ‘Talisman’ in 『Bao Piao Zi』can be called the revelation of Taoist Thought to practice Tao and relieve the people, and a true meaning as well. The understanding of ‘Talisman’ in the East Asian tradition as the negative meaning of a superstition makes the significance and value of ‘Talisman’ depreciate, and is a serious distortion that can recognize Taoist Thought as only a negative meaning. In order to reveal that the understanding that ‘Talisman’ has the negative meaning is distorted, it should disclose the positive meaning that it is not a negative meaning but a process of achievement to understand Taoist Thought and realize qiudaochengxian. For achieving the purpose of this examination, discussing ‘Talisman’ in 『Bao Piao Zi』, religious bodies such as taipingdao or wudoumidao, the initial Taoist and the text in Taoist philosophy with the contents of ‘Talisman’ can be a chance to have in-depth research on Taoism and philosophy.

이동 애드 혹 네트워크에서 QoS를 지원하는 라우팅 프로토콜

본 논문에서는 AODV(Ad hoc On demand Distance Vector)에 근간을 두고 QoS(Quality of Service)를 지원하는 이동 애드 혹 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안했고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 평가했다. 각 노드에서 사용 가능한 통신 자원을 미리 고려하여 QoS 지원에 적합한 최단 경로를 설정함으로써 자원 소비를 줄일 수 있다. 성능 평가를 위해, 노드들의 이동성과 최선형 및 QoS 지원형 서비스 흐름의 수를 고려하여 평균 데이터 수신율을 분석했다. 이동 애드 혹 네트워크에서 특정 흐름들에 대한 QoS 지원형 서비스는 QoS 지원형 흐름들의 평균 데이터 수신율을 증가시켰다. In this paper, we proposed a mobile ad hoc routing protocol based on AODV(Ad hoc On demand Distance Vector) with QoS(Quality of Service) support and evaluated the performance through simulation. The waste of communication resources is reduced by establishing the shortest route suitable to QoS support, considering in advance the usable communication resources at each node. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average data reception rate , considering the node mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. We found that in the mobile Ad Hoc networks the QoS service for some specific data flows increased the average data reception rate for the QoS data flows.

In this study, as part of a method to figure out how to use the detailed design elements to which the six application strategies of the CPTED basic principles are applied, The importance test of the application strategy and the importance of detailed design elements for each application strategy were conducted through the AHP questionnaire targeting professors, public officials, and architectural practitioners. As a result, the ‘Usability increase’ strategy came out with the highest weight. In the detailed design elements, the reinforcement of monitoring is the removal of blind spots, the access control is the security center, the reinforcement of territoriality is the public design, the reinforcement of the clarity is the arrangement plan to make it easier to recognize objects, the improvement of the usability is the reinforcement of the neighborhood community, and the maintenance is the improvement of the residential environment was recognized as important.
