敬語使用のルールは、言語内のルール (どんな言い方が丁寧か) と言語外のルール (どう言う人に丁寧にいうべきか) からなる。言語内のル一ルは、日本語と韓国語の差があることは当然である。しかし、それがどう言う部分にどのように現れるかは、まだ、実証的な硏究がなされていない。また、長い文化的伝統にしたがって、形成された日本人と中国人のものの考え方の相違によって、言語外のルールも日本と韓国の間で違いがあろう。それは社会言語学のテーマとして重要である。本研究は、日本対照言語学の第一歩として、大量のアンケート調査によって、兩国語の仕組みを比較対照しようとするもので、さらには、日本人と韓国人の行動全般におよぶ比較研究を目指すものである。このように、本研究では敬語行動につ いて幅広く対照研究を行っていこうとしていた。

There are many sayings that it is a TIME of COMPUTER nowadays and I don't think there seems any one who hesitates to say that computer has introduced a new era, what is called information age, in the advancement of mankind. A dominant opinon which golds among scientists and educational experts is that one should be learned how to use computer and skillfully put it into practice as soon as possible in one's early days. Educational curriculums, which will be adapted on and after year of 1990, on the 4th, the 5th and the 6th grade in elementary school in our country, contains some obserbable contents concerning with computer and it's applications. In this study, it is examined what effects of computer education and computer assisted instruction in mathematics on achievement of pupils in grade five in elementary school is. Ti's aim is to activate computer literacy and to raise it's effectiveness. In this study, the population is divided into three groups and each group is composed of three sub-groups, one of which is selected for sample to be experimented, the called E-set, and the rests which are called the U-set are controlled for comparision with the former. The E-set is trained using computer and studied by CAI programs and the U-set are not. the results cannot be given until eight times tests being held. Several significance in statistics are thougtfully examined before carring the experiments. After operation the same tests are also done as before. From the above mentions it can be concluded as the followings; 1. computer teaching helps to understand arithmetics considerablely. 2. CAI in arith. 춤 provide individual learning with their abilities and offering much freedom in learning can helps one easily compensate one's loss in learning at anywhere and at anytime. 3. the inferior in learning may be more influenced than the superior. 4. showing possibilities of it's good usage in broder fields and so on. This study has been executed under the many restricted conditions. Therefore, it does not seem that some arrive conclusions are always correct. In spite of that it is worthwhille to study this project continuously for the time being and a good results will be expected.

본 연구에서는 직원의 정보사회에 대한 인식수준과 정보소양의 정도를 살펴보고, 이의 개선점에 대하여 고찰하였다. 정보시대의 행정은 가상공간에서 실시간적으로 이루어지는 쌍방향성 서비스임과 동시에 수요자중심, 고객만족 질위주의 행정서비스가 될 것인바, 이에 따른 직원의 정보소양과 정보윤리가 요한다. 직원의 자기개발 기회를 확대하고 업무에 대한 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 다간계 연수프로그램의 개발 및 운영과 학내 직원 연수의 정례화, 조기퇴근 등과 같은 유연근무제도의 도입, 타연수기관 파견, 연수비의 보조와 사용시스템의 성능향상 등이 요하였다. 나아가 직원정보소양인증제의 실시와 인증결과에 대한 임용, 승진, 전보시 유인가를 제공하는 인센티브제의 도입이 바람직한 것으로 사료되었다.

Instructional matters in computer-assisted intruction(CAI)are presented mainly on a CRT terminal. But Voice is also a useful and important media in transferring information to learners. In this respect we design and implement a system which controls interactively image data and phonetic data by means of interfacing an audio control media-auto audio cassette deck-with a computer, with the intension of making use of audio-visual learning in CAI. The result of this paper shows that there is some loose time in sysnchronizing both the two informations, and that the success rate in accessing voice information is quite depedent on the driving speed of a cassette deck.
