본 연구에서는 충남 서북부 지역 3개시(천안시, 온양시, 서산시), 7개군(천안군, 아산군, 당진군, 예산군, 서산군, 홍성군, 태안군) 중 광역상수도 공급대상 도시와 공업용수 공급을 요하는 공단과 민간공단을 대상으로 공단 입지 현황과 인구 현황을 조사하고, 상수도 공급 현황을 조사하였다. 서해안 개발 계획에 따른 산업입지와 이에 수반한 배후도시 입주 및 기존 인구증가에 따른 생활 용수 및 공업용수의 급격한 수요증대에 대처하기 위하여 계획 및 수행되고 있는 3개 광역수도 사업을 조사 분석하여 가장 효율적인 용수공급 방안을 제시하고, 장래 용수의 수요와 공급량을 파악하여 분석함으로써 장기적으로 안정적인 용수공급 방안을 모색하였다. In this study, the water demands and water resources were analysed for efficient water supply. The research area includes 3 cities (Chunan, Ownyang and Seoan - Si) and 7 counties (Chunan, Asan, Dangzin, Yeasan, Seosan, Hongsung and Taean - Gun). Present water supplies and future water demands were studied, and the future water demands were analysed by 2,000 years.

Currently about 70000km public sewer was constructed in Korea. But, the condition is poor. And most of the sewers has whole functional or structural problems. The sewers are deteriorative and continuously required rehabilitation and renovation. Many sewage treatment plants were constructed and the capacities of them were increased in Korea. But, Inflow of underground water and Outflow of sewage from the faulty sewers decreased processing abilities of sewage treatment as 30-50% and polluted underground water. In the past times, the method for construction, renovation and rehabilitation to bring a solution to these problems was the existing excavation method that excavate a road, construct sewer and pave the road again. There were no problems in the excavation method at the past days which was low industrial society and easy conditions of traffic. Today, America, Japan and Europe are concerned about excavate construction come into being problems which are the high construction expenses, the loss of society cost, accident, pollution by industrial growth and the increase of the volume. So, advanced nations develop and supply new methods which are trenchless technology. In this research, we identified the characteristics of the sewers repaired with CIPP method one of the trenchless technologies used at present, and probed the characteristics of the sewers repaired with CIPP method after second damage by I/I test, Strength test and Flow test.
Tobramycin의 家兎 硝子體內 注入에 依한 網膜의 組織變化에 關한 硏究

Bacterial endophthalmitis caused by intraocular surgery or penetrating wounds has long been a severe ophthalmologic problem. For several decades, antibiotics have been directly injected into the vitreous body as the treatment of endophthalmitis. Since then in order to come up with a treatment that would not cause toxic effect on the retina, experimental reports on many different effect of antibiotics on morphological changes and its safe doses have been documented today. Tobramycin, which is two to four times more effective than gentamicin against Pseudomonas strains but less toxic, has been studied and experimented on rabbits or human retina by many investigators with ophthalmoscope, electroretinogram or light microscope. But these reports were not adequate for fine histological findings since the tissue were embedded in paraffin, and fine structural changes is not known well. Author, by using 84 colored mature rabbits as experimental animals that tobramycin were injected into their vitreous bodies, observed gross findings seen through out the days 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 28 and 60. Also in order to observe the fine structures of retina, semithin and thin sections were performed after Epon embedding, then studied with both light and electron microscopic observatiou. The following results were obtained: 1. A distinguishable structural changes were not observed in groups injected with 50㎍ of tobramycin. 2. Tissue changes: As time passed, through out the whole layer of retina, vacuolar degeneration in cytoplasm of nerve fiber layer, inner plexiform layer, ganglion cell and inner neuclear layer cells were seen. Also vacuolar changes within outer plexiform layer, karyolysis of outer neuclear layer, appearence of phagocytes occured, clumping of pigment granules of pigment epithelium, and lipoidal degenerations were seen. 3. Electron microscopic observation: Enlargement of the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum in the ganglion cells and the cells of inner and outer nuclear layer, especially in the outer segments of the visual cells, and disappearance of the mitochondrial cristae and in the pigment cell there were phagosomes that engulfed outer segments of visual cells were seen.
