In order to study the fowl blackhead disease, I cecarectomized chickens and tested their abilities Through this test I reached the following conclusion. 1. Cecarectomizing chickens is to be done through Cross Suture, but it is not so easy. 2. The growth of chickens, cecarectomized, is not so inferior to control. 3. In the egglaying of chickens cecarectomized, the rate of egg-quantity is 65%, the rate of egg-weight is 69%, and the ratio of egg-laying rate is 77%, respectively comparing with those of control.

抗菌性製劑 選擇에 있어 耐性檢査要領의 臨床的應用

The authors carried out bovine mastitis test by California Mastitis test (CMT) for the milk from dairy cows in the suburbs of Daejeon. Among the CMT positive milk, Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and, for the proper selection of the commercial antibacterial agents, the strains were tested for the resistant test to the agents. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. The resistant test appeared graduate resistance is in such cases continuously repeat with the therapeutic antibacterial agents. 2. The result of resistant test appeared the weakly resistance, untill 4 times subculture in the Rifamastene, Neo-cillin, and 6 times in the Abimasten-100, Neo-masti, Special formular and mastalone. 3. In Tardomycel-L there was rare resistant reactions, untill 6 times subculture. 4. The author recommend that select the antibacterial agents by resistant test and use the selective agents in turn.

Micrococcus pyogenes var aureus에 의한 乳山羊의 壞疽性乳房炎에 관한 臨床學的 硏究

Six cases of gangreous mastitis of goats infected spontaneously were observed clinically and pathologically in Daegu and Daejeon district. and with strain isolated purely from the infected goats, the artificial infection to the animal was examined, the sensitivity of strain to the antibiotics was tested and clinical treatment was carried out. The results obtained are summarized as fallows: 1. In the six cases approxmately same clinical findings were observed as the previously published literatures on gangrenous mastitis of cattle, sheep and goats. 2. The micrococcus pyogenes var aureus was highly virulent strain which was the causative organism for the gangrenous mastitis by inoculating in the udder. 3. The gangrenous mastis was probably occured by the formation of thrombosis in veins of udder. 4. In the sensitivity test, the micrococcus pyogenes var aureus resited for penicllin in 2 cases among the 6 strains, but sensitived for streptomycin, chloromycin, oxyteracycline, erythromycin, achromycin, neomycin and kanamycin in other 4 and in all case. 5. The treatment for gangrenous mastitis may be extirpated the gangrenous region surgically in the case of unilaterally or locally affected, treated by muscle injection or teat-operation in the case of severely or diffusely affected and infused antibiotics up to test canal or treated by mammary tissue injection in the case of slightly affected.

都市 居住 男子 老人들의 公園 利用 分析

The main purpose of the study was to examine the several aspects of city park usage by urban senior citizens. Questionnaire survey was used for investigation, and the sample size was 273, with the mean age of 71. It was found that `escaping from boredom'(52.0%) was the prime motivation for park visit, and followed by `relaxation'(18.3%), `meeting friends'(10.6%), and `making new friends'(4.8%). One of the things to be noted was that `making new friends' as a kind of social interaction positively influenced to visitor satisfaction level, notwithstanding its weakness as a visiting objective( 〈Table 10〉). The study also found that a positive relationship between park use and life satisfaction, and it implies that the more beneficial park use could lead to the higher life satisfaction ( 〈Table 11〉). As few as 77 respondents replied to the question of onsite park management situation, however, `crowding in park'(18.1%) showed the highest percentages, and `maintenance and cleanliness of park'(12.9%), `not enough accommodation'(12.9%), `gang's illegal conducts'(12.9%), `damages of park resources'(10.3%) and `unacceptable visitor behavior'(10.3%) were the next proportionately.

레저시설 이용자들의 소비자 형태에 관한 연구

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service satisfaction and leisure activity of consumer. Also in order to meet this purpose, socio-economic charicteristics were composed eight variables and the result of factor analysis was coposed five factors for service quality and four factor leisure. The subjects if this experimental study were twofolds as one leisure activity participator and on leisure activity nonparticipator(each other 300 adults). In order to meet this purpose, the following subsequent research questions were analyzed and these were information search path of leisure consumer, perceive service quality, the degree of service satisfaction and the degree of leisure satisfaction. The emperical data was obtained through questionnaires and was analyzed by means of reliability test, factor analysis, t-Test, one-way ANOVA and correlation , multipul regression. The results of this study are as followings : 1.It was found that the leisure participator showed a high expectation on accesibility factor comparative service satisfaction of before and after leisure facility use. 2.Leisure participator didn't showed a significant different the user of leisure town in terms of perceived comparative service satisfaction of before and after leisure facility use. 3.The physical satisfaction factor in the perceive of leisure activity was higher the any other factors, psychological, social and environmental order. 4.Accessibility and reliability factors were relate to the variable for leisure satisfaction on regression of leisure satisfaction and service expectation factor. It was also found that accessibility and reliability factors were every significant factor in terms of variable for service expectation on regression of service satisfaction and service expectation factor.

The results of the study are as follows : 1.Both the student contestants and their parents were deeply concerned about the Taekwondo referees. 2.The student contestants thought the referees tended to be hard on the contestants from the country.Especially the contestants from the country felt so. 3.The student contestants thought that the referees were in favor of the school with long tradition (that is, their favourite school) 4.Many student contestants doubt if the referees were bribed by the coaches and assistant coaches. 5.The student contestants think the referees are unfair and untrustworthy. 6.Many of the student contestants thought that the head referee on the jury interferes in the judgments.

The survey of 3rd class sport-for-all coaches(Leaders). The results of the survey of 3rd class sport-for-all coaches (Leaders) are follow : (1) It's hopeful that those who was famous sport players become the spoort for all coaches (Leaders) . It'll hepl to develop the sport for all movement. (2) We must try to make the real meaning of 3rd class Sport for All coach(Leader) education understood. (3) The coaches of the ball games must have the opportunity to be educated Sport for All coach (Leader) course and to acquire the quallification for the Sport for All coach, so they will make efforts to develop the ball games as Sport for All. (4) The plan to educate the sport for all coaches(leaders) is essential, but the plan to maintain them Is more essential.
