병사집단 내 관계성 양상에 관한 연구: 육군 동기제 유형별 병사 간 네트워크 분석을 중심으로

This study examined how the army managed to help newly recruited soldiers to adapt themselves to a new environment. The mate system to increase military comradeship was designed in 2012 to improve young soldiers’ relationships in many ways of military lives. This paper suggested recommendations on how to improve management of the system. First of all, it provided the theoretical definition of military comradeship and presented three key aspects for the analysis―daily activities, psychological dependence and performance of soldiers’ duty by reviewing previous studies. Secondly, based on a survey on soldiers from four companies representing different types of system, this paper developed questionnaires and analyzed survey results by using network analysis. The major finding was that soldeiers’ relationship turned out to be different in three areas (daily activities, psychological dependence and performance of soldiers’ duty) depending on the type of the mate system. Finally, it suggested policy proposals for the improvement of managing the system focusing on management process, verification of effectiveness and so on. 본 연구는 육군에서 병사들의 병영생활 적응에 도움을 주기 위해 2012년부터 운영 중인 동기제의 운영 형태가 병영생활의 여러 측면에서 병사들 간 관계 양상에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 살펴보고 향후 제도 운영과 관련된 제언을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 선행연구 분석을 통해 병사 관계성 탐색의 의의를 살펴보고 적절한 분석 영역 즉, 일상생활 활동, 심리적 의존, 직무수행 관계의 3가지를 선정하였다. 그리고 동기제 유형별 4개 중대 병사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 각 분석영역별로 동기제 유형에 따라 병사 간 관계 양상이 다소 상이하게 나타나, 제도 운영 목적을 어떻게 설정하는지에 따라 효과가 다르게 나타난다고 볼 수 있다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 동기제 운영 방향과 관련하여, 제도 운영 절차, 운영 효과 검증 등에 관한 제언을 하였다.

The regulation regarding motorcycle helmets to protect a head from impacts has been amended recently. In Europe, Head Injury Criteria (HIC) which is more reliable to indicate the probability of death than the limiting of maximum acceleration has been adopted. The experimental study has been conducted according to the procedure of the new European regulation by changing various structural parameters such as lamination and bulk density of the shell and liner to investigate the ability of protect of head injuries by a helmet The maximum acceleration and HIC were measured. The test data have been compared and analyzed with respect to varying lamination of shells and weight of liners. The HIC was found to be improved by reducing the bulk density of liner and the number of lamination of shell and increasing in the loading area of a head form.<br/>

스트레스에 의한 백서 음경조직의 Rho-kinase 및 Nitric Oxide Synthase의 발현 변화

Purpose: The autonomic nervous system (ANS) and stress hormones are important mediators in the stress response. The ANS controls the tone of corpus cavernosal smooth muscle. Clinically, it is not uncommon to develop erectile dysfunction as the sequelae of acute or chronic stress, with or without loss of libido. In this study, we investigated the effect of stress on the expression of mediators of penile corpus cavernosal smooth muscle relaxation and contraction. Materials and methods: Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were used, with 8 rats in each group. They were divided into six groups; stress+10, stress+20, and stress+30, which were named after their duration (days) of exposure, and a control group for each stress group. The stress group was maintained under a scheduled stress condition, while the control group was provided a comfortable general environment. Penile tissues were sampled and expressions of Rho-kinase, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), endothelial NOS (eNOS) and neuronal NOS (nNOS) were measured and analyzed by Western blotting. Results: Penile Rho-kinase expression was significantly increased in the stress groups compared with the control group (p<0.05), with a greater increase during longer stress. Expression of iNOS was increased in stress+30 group (p<0.05). Expression of eNOS, nNOS, and Rho-kinase were increased in stress+20, stress+30 group (p<0.05). Conclusions: These results suggest that stress may alter penile corpus cavernosal smooth muscle relaxation by affecting mediators.

USB DVR과 후방 카메라를 결합한 AVM 시스템 개발

시중에 운전자의 편의성을 높여주기 위해 Around-View라는 카메라를 이용한 영상처리 장치가 판매되고 있다. 이 시스템은 운전자의 미숙한 조작 또는 운전자의 시야 확보가 불가능하여 발생하는 사고에 대해 사전에 미리 방지하고자 나온 시스템이다. 그런데, 편리한 운전을 위해 나온 시스템이 복잡한 설치 과정, 고가의 설치비용의 문제로 인하여 운전자들에게 널리 보급되지 못하고 있다. 첫째 고가의 장비, 둘째 어려운 개발 환경, 셋째 불편한 설치 과정 등의 문제점으로 인하여 운전자들은 이 시스템을 접할 기회가 힘들고 개발자들은 이 시스템을 개발할 엄두를 못 내고 있는 상황이다. 이 중 한 가지 문제점이라도 해결이 된다면 사용자들은 조금 더 저렴한 비용으로 이 시스템을 접할 수 있을 거라고 생각된다. 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 AVM(Around-View Monitoring) 시스템은 앞서 말한 세 가지의 문제점 중 고가의 장비, 불편한 설치 과정 이 두 가지 문제를 최소화 시킨 시스템이다. 저렴한 USB 장치와 후방카메라를 이용하여 구매 비용이 많이 발생하는 문제를 해결 하였다. 그리고 불편한 설치과정을 고려하여 최대한 설치가 용이하도록 개발 하였다. 이 시스템으로 인하여 소비자들의 가격 부담을 줄여주려고 한다. Around-View, the image processing device which increases the comfort of drivers is sold in the market. This system prevents accidents in advance while driving or parking. The accidents are caused with their inexperienced driving or bad visibility. It is developed for driving convenience. However, it dosen't spread to the driver widely due to the problem of the high installation costs and complex installation process. First, expensive equipment second, difficult development environment and third, inconvenient installation procedure. So the drivers don't have many opportunities to use this system and dare to develop this system. I think if one of the problems can be solved, users might be able to access this system at low cost. In this paper, the AVM(Around-View Monitoring) minimizes two of them. Expensive equipment, inconvenient installation. The costly problems were solved by using low-cost USB device and rear cameras. In view of inconvenient installation process, the new system was designed to make it easy for people to install it. Through this, it can ease the burden of consumers.
