The study was conducted to improve protoplast isolation and fusion efficiency of mesophyll of Petunia hybrids $quot;Cascade red.$quot; The protoplast culture was also attempted to determine 1-naphtalene acetic acid concentration added to basal medium, 8p-Kao and Michayluk(8p-KM), for colony and callus formation. Preplasmolysed mesophyll of Petunia hybrids was well digested in enzyme solution containing 0.5% macerozyme R-10, 2.0% cellulase Onozuka R-10, 0.01M MES buffer, and 0.7M mannitol adjusted pH to 5.8, and protoplasts with debris were washed with 0.6M mannitol solution once and purified with 0.7M sucrose solution twice. When PEG solution had been eluted with eluting solution which was adjusted pH to 9.0-10.5 after 30% PEG solution treatment, fusion frequency was highly developed. Callus was formed in 8p-KM medium containing 1.0ppm 2,4-D, 0.5ppm BA and 1.0ppm NAA, and 0.1M mannitol which was added as osmoticum.

This paper presents a theoretical model for predicting transient behaviors during storage process of the cool storage system using the R141b clathrate. Introduction of the lumped capacitance method along with a brine reservoir having large thermal capacity yields a set of simplified energy equations. Based on the Arrhenius equation and the known experimental findings, the formation rate of clathrate for which the degree of subcooling is properly accounted is newly developed. An effective nondimensionalization of the model equations facilitates the closure of modeling as well as parametric study. Calculated results for a specific case not only simulate a typical pattern of temperautre variation in the tank successfully, but also agree reasonably well with available data. The effect of each characteristic parameter on the system performance is also investigated. It is revealed that the dominant among relevant parameters are the activation energy of reaction, the degree of subcoling and the initial mass fraction of refrigerant. Finally, the uncertainty associated with modeling of the shaft work variation appears to need further studies.

Although higher water cement ratio makes concrete workable, the durability is strongly reduced. Recently there are some ideas to use holed molds in order to take off the surplus water form the surface after casting the concrete. In this paper, with measuring the amount of water form concrete surface, water cement ratio, compressive strength, unit weight, ultra sonic velocity and a speed of carbonation, and these measured date is expected to helping for practical use of The holed molds.
再生骨材를 使用한 콘크리트의 强度發現特性 및 耐久性에 관한 硏究

This study discusses on the properties of strength development and durability of recycled aggregate concrete which was classified low quality recycled aggregate with the type 2 and type 3 of KS F 2573 In the experiment, recycled coarse aggregate was substituted for the crushed coarse aggregate at the rate of 0, 50, 100% And, each concrete specimen was made for 40, 50, 60% of w/c ratio As the result, the concrete strength development which was made of recycled aggregate is suitable for KS F 2573, but its durability is lower than that of crushed aggregate concrete On the ground of the experiments in durability of dry weight reduction contents, acid resistance, neutralization, there is remarkable difference by substitution ratio and type of recycled aggregate Therefore, it needs proper verification and consideration to use the recycled aggregate for concrete.<br/> <br/>
