      • 小賣商人의 意識構造에 관한 硏究 : 특히 大棗市場商人을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to review the present responses of the self-consciousness of retailers who are managing store in Dae-gio market, Eun Pyoung district in order to find out the self-consciousness of different individuals reacting in different ways to identical situations and to search for a new entrepreneurialship of retailers. For this study the researcher drew up 15 items for questions concerning entrepreneurial characteristics, psychology, and knowledge and technical skills. As survey areas, the researcher chose Dae-gio market, Eun Pyoung. seoul district and 72 interviewees responded to the interview. The outcome and discussion which the researcher found are the following: 1. On the whole, the interviewees who are retailers managing stores in Dae-gio market have showed positive responses on the self-consciousness. 2. The intensities of individual characteristics to their working behavior are differed according to the individuals as they have brought different entrepreurial characteristics to the job. 3. The individual characteristics of the interviewees have showed relatively positive response levels on the factors such as decision making, business planning, customer requirements, personal relations, hard working, attainment of objectives, realistic sense, know-how about treating goods, inventory management and service on goods. 4. However, the factors of individual characteristics of the interviewees have showed negative responses on theoretical knowledge, seizing opportunities, accomplishment of worthwhile and challenging tasks, sales technics and personnel management as a professional entrepreneur. 5. Especially, the researcher has found the responses of the self-consciousness of retailers have showed positive levels when they have recognized the self-consciousness factors have a significant impact on their actual business and living. In view of this, this researcher present the following as the conclusion of this study: 1. As every retailer has different traits and characteristics which are shaped over a person's lifetime, every retailer's reponses of self-consciousness are different according to his home and social life, and the activities of business. 2. The response levels of retailer's self-consciousness are positively expressed on their realistic business activities. On the contrary, these are negatively expressed on the accomplishment of worthwhile and challenging business activities. 3. The entrepreneurial characteristics have also played a leading role in the business process of retailers. Therefore, it is desirable for the retailers to recognize individual differents on the behavior responses, and these individual characteristics affect a person's affiliation with the business, and the effectiveness of business performance. 4. Therefore, it is required for the retailers to be educated as a professional entrepreneur. 5. More than anything else, in the self-consciousness of retailers, the emphasis should be placed upon the increase of retailer's inner willingness of contribution for the accomplishment of worthwhile and challenging works, and inner drive for making their dreams come true throung their business with pride and social recognition.

      • SOA내에서의 XPM,FWM을 이용한 WDM 시스템 파장변환기 구현

        In this paper, a new type of wavelength converter using XPM within a loop-mirror is proposed and demonstrated. The proposed structure decreases hardware components for implementation of XPM wavelength converter and makes it possible to get non-inverted and inverted output signals simultaneously. Also, we generate wideband pumping mode series for FWM wavelength conversion scheme and propose the effective filtering method for selecting converted wavelength from FWM outputs. The results show that the pumping mode range is over 30nm within 5dB power fluctuation, and that a pumping and a prove wave can be removed successfully by using both of Michelson interferometer and polarization controller.

        入隊時 集團用 精神醫學的 檢査方法의 妥當度 硏究

        The previous studies on the psychiatric selection in the Army Recruit Center emphasized the following steps of psychiatric screening. 1. The inductees should be primarily evaluated with the large scale screening measures such as a group test. 2. The screened subjects should be examined by a psychiatrist. 3. The psychiatric follow up must take place during the basic training period. The purpose of this study is to evaluat the Group test screening method consisted of psychiatric screening inventory and psychiatric critical questionnaire, and also, to evaluate the necessity of psychiatric follow up system in the basic training units. The authors' summary and conclusions are as follow; (1) 60% of the psychiatric unfits diagnosed by psychiatric follow up were identified with the group Screening Method, and 40% of those were first diagnosed during the basic training period. (2) While 2 per 1,000 inductees of normal scored group on the Group Screening Method were diagnosed as a psychiatric unfit, 28 per 1,000 inductees of abnormal scored ones were identified as a psychiatric unfit. (3) The necessity of the Psychiatric Evaluation System in the basic training units was confirmed.

        1. Introduction Ever since the onset of the Saemaul Undong in 1971, the rural areas of Korea have experienced remaikable change. The success of the rural Saemaul Undong caused this movement to spread out into urban areas, factories, workplaces and schools; thus the Saemaul Undong has obtained favorable results in factories, and it has greatly contributed to national development. The movement, symbolized by the spirit of "diligence, self-help and cooperation," has laid a solid foundation for the social advancement of the country from a long and chaotic period of darkness. It is important to note that the movement not only became a spiritual reformation, but also a materialistic endeavor. As such, the Saemaul Undong is a pan-national movement in which Koreans pool their wisdom, intelligence, and insight for the betterment of the nation by tapping the unlimited abilities inherent in its people. The success of the Saemaul Undong has given us great confidence that if we do our best everything will be accomplished. During the past decade, the Factory Saemaul Undong has especially attained remarkable results through emphasis on three points: First, the Factory Saemaul Undong has put emphasis on environmental improvements in working conditions. Second, the Factory Saemaul Undong has placed emphasis on the improvemet of productivity. Third, the Factory Saemaul Undong has promoted the relationship of labor management. As the Factory Saemaul Undong has developed, its projects and contents have been gradually enlarged, and consequently the following problems raise this issue: the factories are quite different from work in the rural communities in various aspects, and so the Saemaul Undong in factories cannot be the same as that in rural areas because of the different conditions and situations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the Factory Saemaul Undong of the past years in order to devise a new promotion scheme for the future and to search for a new development strategies on the basis of our past lessons and experience. 2. Approaches This study aimed at examining and analyzing the relationship between the Factory Saemaul Undong and human behavior in business organizations based on collected data in order to activate the Factory Saemaul Undong. To accomplish these objectives, this study consists of two parts: a theoretical explanation, and a review of the survey results. For this study the researcher drew up 25 questionaire items concerning the human behavior in business organizations in relation to Factory Saemaul Undong. As survey areas, the researcher choose 9 manufacturing factories of three level groups: the under developed, self-sustaining, advanced groups in Seoul areas, and 1452 employees responded to the questionaires. In order to find out the tendency of the responses, the response frequencies of each response option of an item were counted in terms of the average index. 3. Outcome and Discussion Not all factories are alike. Every factory has different traits, and each factory has different occupational characteristics. Therefore, the Factory Saemaul Undong should be developed through making best use of the characteristics of each factory. The outcome and discussion which the researcher found are the following: 1. There are various kinds of jobs and occupations, and their social functions, positions, and interrelationships are different from each other. Since each job has different functions and nature, the Factory Saemaul Undong has not been so vital as that in the rural areas. 2. The responded, most of whom were employees, had understood correctly what the Factory Saemaul Undong was but they did not feel that the Factory Saemaul Undong had sufficiently satisfied their needs and desires for the betterment of their living standards. 3. The cooperation between supervisors and employees was not closely connected especially in the factories of the underdeveloped groups through the Factory Saemaul Undong, Therefore, information gathering and mutual aid among the systems have not been facilitated. 4. Saving energy and materials is one of the projects in the Factory Saemau! Undong. and to promote this, employees direct their efforts toward improving productivity; however, some employers in the factories of underdeveloped group did not pay sufficient attention to enhance the welfare and the individual development of their employees. 5. In most factories, the Factory Saemaul Undong has centered around strategies to promote the productivity and activities of labor relations, resulting in emphasizing only ways to boost the spiritual reformation of the employees without regard to their motives for promotion and their desires to bring about a higher standard of income. 4. Conclusions The Factory Saemaul Undong in the 80's should be promoted through the evaluation and reflection of the 10 years of experience. In promoting the Factory Saemaul Undong in the 80's, we will have to sublimate it into a movement in which all the members of factories participate by means of helping business organizations take the initiative by putting stress on employee services and social welfare services, and the executives of factory should take more care of the welfare of the employees. In view of this, this researcher presents the following as the conclusions of this study: 1. As every factory has different traits and occupational characteristics, the Factory Saemaul Undong should be developed by making best use of the factory characteristics. Therefore, although it has to be intiated by government, it is desirable that the excessive intervention of the government in the Factory Saemaul Undong and the tendency to place stress on the visible aspects of achievement and on uniform results should be prevented. 2. It is desirable that the section in carge of the Factory Saemaul Undong should take care of personnel affairs. The Factory Saemaul Undong should make efforts to eliminate and lessen the difficulties and inconveniences of the workers. 3. Since the role of the Saemaul leaders is a very important factor in carrying out the Factory Saemaul Undong and seizing various opportunities successfully, we must place emphasis on the cultivation and training of these leaders. 4. The councils of the business organization should provide the workers with education concerning their job. This education should be systematically practiced and educational institutions should be established in order to develop their abilities continuously. 5. It is also desirable to give continuing stimulus and adequate compensation to the workers who participate in the Factory Saemaul Undong voluntarily and present good ideas for resolving technological problems and management improvement. 6. The councils of the business organization should also play a leading role in the process of the Factory Saemaul Undong; therefore, it is desirable for the executives to encourage the values and the desire for achievement of the workers, their motives for commitment, and the degree of vitalization of the Factory Saemaul Undong combining with their personal services, social welfare, and a higher standard of living. 7. More than anything else, in the Factory Saemaul Undong, the emphasis should be placed upon the increase of the workers' income and the betterment of the workers' living Standards. In addition to the material compensation, the Factory Saemaul Undong should be developed according to the theories of organizational behavior in order that the workers participate naturally and voluntarily in the process of the Factory Saemaul Undong and to put their spontanity and initiative for their common interests. By doing so, the Factory Saemaul Undong can be a cornerstone of modernization and generative power for the development of business organizations.

      • 새로운 항암성 백금(II) 착체류의 in vivo 독성 연구

        The general toxicological study of new platinum(II) compounds, KHPC-002, KHPC-005 and KHPC-006 were investigated in rats. The effects of these Pt(II) complexes on renal, hematopoietic and hepatic system in rats showed lower toxicity compared with cisplatin. In the consideration of the maximal dose of these Pt(II) complexes using in this experiment is 4-8 times higher than cisplatin, these novel compounds will have the less general toxicity in vivo.

        The general toxicological study of new platinum(Ⅱ) compounds, KHPC-002, KHPC-005 and KHPC-006 were investigated in rats. The effects of these Pt(Ⅱ) complexes on renal, hematopoietic and hepatic system in rats showed lower toxicity compared with cisplatin. In the consideration of the maximal dose of these Pt(Ⅱ) complexes using in this experiment is 4-8 times higher than cisplatin, these novel compounds will have the less general toxicity in vivo.
