抗精神病藥物이 血清 Dopamine-b-Hydroxylase 活性度에 미치는 影響

To investigate the effect of antipsychotic drugs directly, the serum dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activ ity was measured before and after three weeks’ washout period in chronic schizophrenics. Total number of subjects were eighty-two chronic schizophrenics, consisting of forty-eight male and thirty-four female patients. The diagnostic criteria was based on DSM-1 and duplicated assay was applied by modified Udenfriend method. The results were as follows; 1. A fter three weeks’ washout period, the serum dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity was 13. 50 ± 2.12 in male, 11. 72 ±2.12 in female, and 12.76 ±2.30 서m ol/m in/1 in total patients. Serum dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity of female patients were significantly lower than in male patients. (p<0. 001) 2. The range of serum dopamine-beta-hydroxylase in total patients was from 8.45 to 18.45 umol/ min/1, which is relatively small compared with previous reports in the literature. 3. During the three weeks’ washout period, the percent change was —8.81 ±17.35% in male (p < 0 . 01), 1. 94 ±20. 92% in female (N. S.), and 一4. 35±19. 64% (p<0 . 05) in total patients compare to the serum dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity of three weeks’ washout period. The difference between male and female ( p < 0. 02) is not clear. 4. D uring the three weeks’ washout period, the absolute value of percent change was 16. 48 ± 10.36% in male, 16. 71 ±13. 93% in female, and 16. 57±11. 40% in total patients, (all, p < 0 . 001) 5. The percent change of serum dopamine-betahydroxylase activity did not seem to be related to the type of drugs, dose of drugs, age, hospital duration, duration of illness, and the presence of active symptom. 6. In summary, the current findings suggest that the interpretation of data indicating low serum dopamine-beta-hydroxylase activity in medica-ted schizophrenics should be made w ith caution
네트워크 분석을 통한 경남지역 디지털산업 활성화방안 연구

This study identified the structure of the digital industry ecosystem in Gyeongsangnam-do, which is in a very poor situation due to the deepening concentration of the metropolitan area in the digital industry at a time when digitalization is progressing widely in all areas and fields. To this end, based on transaction data between companies, network analysis was conducted to analyze the characteristics of businesses in Gyeongnam province and the characteristics of the digital industry by region and industry. The results of the analysis are as follows. There were many transactions with companies in Seoul and Gyeonggi region in terms of the number and amount of purchases and sales in the Gyeongnam digital industry, and it was confirmed that most of the total transaction amount of Gyeongnam digital companies were forming transactions with manufacturing companies. Based on the results obtained, companies that are the core of the purchase and sales network of digital companies in Gyeongnam should be actively invested, discovered, and grown, so that they can be used as new information to help companies enter the market at the same time. In order to accelerate the development of the digital industry in the province, it is necessary to foster its own digital companies, but the density of the digital industry can be quickly improved by attracting the digital purchasing or selling companies in the region. Through this, it seems that the rapid integration of digital technology will be possible. 본 연구는 모든 영역과 분야에서 광범위하게 디지털화가 진행되고 있는 시점에, 디지털산업에서 수도권 편중 심화로 매우 열악한 상황에 놓여진 경남지역의 디지털산업 생태계 구조를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 기업 사이의 거래 자료를 바탕으로 네트워크 분석을 통하여 경남 내 기업들과 지역 및 산업별 특징으로 디지털산업 육성을 위한 특징을 분석하였다. 그 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 경남 디지털산업의 구매·판매 건수 및 금액상으로 서울과 경기도에 있는 기업과 많은 거래가 있었고, 경남 디지털기업들의 총 거래금액 1순위들은 대부분 제조업 기업들과 거래를 형성하고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 도출한 결과를 토대로 경남 디지털기업의 구매와 판매 네트워크에서 중심이 되는 기업을 적극적으로 투자해서 발굴 및 성장시켜 해외나 국내 다른 지역의 의존에서 벗어남과 동시에 기업의 시장진출을 용이하게 하는 새로운 정보로 활용 가능하게 해야 한다. 도내 디지털업종의 발전을 앞당기려면 자체적인 디지털기업을 육성해 나가야 하지만, 해당 디지털 구매 혹은 판매기업의 지역 내 유치를 통해 디지털업종의 집적도를 빨리 제고할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 디지털기술의 빠른 접목도 가능할 것으로 보인다.

Laser Welding is now being used in the automotive industry, as alternatives to conventional resistance spot welding. The advantages of laser welding using high-density heat source result from the smallness of the laser spot size, the small heat effect zone and the requirement that only single sided access to the work piece is necessary. Especially, Remote laser welding has a promising future within the manufacturing technology domain. The advantages of the technology are a high working speed and a high quality of the welding seams. Industrial laser welding often involves continuous monitoring in order to optimize productivity.
