        이수석고가 고로슬래그 미분말 베이스 무시멘트 모르타르의 기초물성에 미치는 영향

        With the vision of 'a low carbon green develop' various industrial by-products were used as replacement of cement,in order to reduce CO2 emissions from the manufacturing process of cement. Blast furnace slag is one of the industrialby-products. Due to the similar chemical compositions to ordinary Portland cement, blast furnace slag have beenwidely used in concrete with minimum side effects. Hence, in recent years, alkali activated slag-based composites areextensively studied by many researchers. However, the alkali activator can cause a number of problems in practice. Therefore, in this study, an alternative way of activating the slag was investigated. To activate the slag without usingan alkali activator, calcium sulfate dihydrate was chosen and mixed with natural recycled fine aggregate. Fundamentalproperties of the slag-based mortar were tested to evaluate the effect of calcium sulfate dihydrate. 최근에 저탄소녹색성장 및 OPC 절감의 요구에 따라BS와 같은 산업 부산물을 많이 사용하고 재건축의 증가및 건설폐기물 발생량이 많아지면서 RA 사용 확대하게되며, RA 및 무 시멘트 결합재 관심 증대 되고 있다. 무시멘트 결합재와 RA의 활용을 모두 만족시키기 위하여,RA와 철강 산업 부산물인 BS을 혼합함으로써, 100% 순환자원만을 활용하여 무 시멘트 상태에서 강도발현성을확인한 바 있다.이에 본 연구는 OPC를 사용하지 않고,BS과 RA 및 CS를 사용하여 모르타르를 제조함으로써 기존 강알칼리를 투입하여 제조하는 지오폴리머 모르타르(Geopolymermortar)와 또 다른 관점에서 접근하였다. 결과적으로, RFA의 유동성 저하 및 초기강도 저하문제만 해결 될 수 있다면, BS에 CS를 15% 치환하고 RFA골재를 사용하는 무 시멘트 모르타르가 OPC 100%를 사용한 종래의 시멘트 모르타르 만큼의 품질을 발휘할 수있을 것으로 사료된다.

        In the Current movement to promote "socialist construction with chinese characteristics", Teng Hsiao-p'ing and his followers have to propose some theories to justify their policies. In fact, thinkers and theorists who belong to the Teng faction have made strenous efforts to produce a series of new theoires over the few years. In a Communique issued on December 22, 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CCP Central Committee stated that in the early years after the founding of Communist China, especially after socialist transformation had been basically completed, Mao Tse-tung had instructed the whole party to shift the focus of its work to the field of the economy and tecnical revolution. Today, Teng faction's "building Socialism with China Characteristics" involves politics, the economy, military affairs, psychology and foreign policy. Although its central task is the development of the econmy, it also covers other spheres. Therefore, comprehensive observation is necessary to understand the practice of socialism with Chinese Charateristics. 1. During the last ten years of Mao's rlue, the period of the Cultaral Revolution, Mao Tse-tung thought was regarded as the Maoism-Leninism of the contemporary era. Like Marxism-Leninism, it represented absolute truth that no one should have any doubt about. But, In 1978, following his return to power. Teng Hsiao-p'ing proposed that "practice is the sole criterion for testing truth" to counter Leftist. Then, the Chinese Communist's attitude toward Marxism-Leninism and Mao Tse-tung thought began to change. By the end of 1978, Teng began to criticize Mao's errors. and when the Chinece Communists prepare to launch a new movement, the usually try to find a ready made theoretical basis from the work of Marx and Lenin. If they fail to find one, they will create a new explanettion, saying that it is the application and further development of Marxism-Leninism under new historical Conditions. 2. The orthodoxy of the day is that Chinese politics is now pragmatic. And the goal of Chinese progmatism is not just that of being practical and realizing imnediate objectves by whatever means are available. Today pragmatism means in China little more than a decline in the importance of Ideology, for others it means only that China is in flux, but for most it means a stress on economic development and technological modernization. 3. According to the Chinese communist, the current political reform in China has the following three objectives ; (1) selection of younger cadres to the leadedership posts at various levels (2) separation of party and government functions and simplication of organizations so as to overcome bureaucratism and develop socialist productivity (3) development of socialist democracy by transforming power to lower-level units. 4. Economic reform is the top priority of the current Chinese Communist leadership. In October 1984, the Third Plenary Session of the 12th CCPCC adopted the "Decision on Reform of the Economic System" which stronly affirmed the heed for such no Marxist elements as commodity production, the laws of value, and market mecanism. 5. "Spiritual pollution" can be devided into two major Categories ; (1) deviation from Marxism-Leninism to obstractly propagate the ideas of bourgeois liberlization such as the values of man, hummanism, and alinating characteristics of socialism. (2) propagating obscene, pornographic, horrifying, and odd things as well as the decadent bourgeoies life style featuring fast living and the total pursuit of pleasure. To sum up, the Chinese Communist Party will not abandon Communism which is the basis for the legitimacy of its regime. If it criticizes Marxism-Leninism and Mao Tse-tung Thought too harshly, it will destroy the basis on which its very existence depends. Therefore, The Chinese Communist today are faced with a dilema. They lave to criticize Marxism-Leninism and Mao Tse-tung Thought but They cannot do so too severely. This current tendency in China must be called "Chinese Road to Socialism" and this also means Teng Siao-ping's political line. So, in the Teng's line the most critical question for the future is likely to be the relationship between Chinese national pride and Chinese progmatism.

        응결시간차를 활용한 전이보 매스 콘크리트의 수화열 저감에 관한 기초적인 연구

        This paper presents hydration heat reduction method of mass concrete using setting time deference method. Four different small scaled specimens were fabricate to investigate the temperature history. The test results showed that the use of SRA did not affected the properties of fresh concrete, but SRA delayed final setting time of fresh concrete by as much as above 48 hours. For the properties of temperature history of hydration heat, conventional concrete exhibited dramatical temperature rising with age and then created temperature cracks, due to the remarkable difference of temperature between surface and center of mass concrete. However, mass concrete specimen 'B', which contained 0.3% of super retarding agent, decreased crack index, This can be explained by the fact that hydration heat of surface was higher than that of center. In addition, although hydration heat of specimen 'C' had the lowest peak temperature, severe temperature crack was observed at bottom section. This means that C method is not valid for transfer girder. The concrete cured in standard condition exhibited increased compressive strength, with increase of SRA dosage, compared with conventional concrete while core compressive strength had comparable result with conventional concrete, regardless of SRA dosage. It is clarified that use of SRA had not influence on compressive strength.

        생애 위험도기반 건축물의 설계단계 생애주기비용 분석 방법

        LCC 분석은 건축물의 설계단계 뿐만 아니라 유지관리 단계에서의 보수 보강 또는 교체에 대한 최적 의사결정의 도구로서 이론적으로나 실무적으로 각광을 받고 있는 분석 방법이다. 이는 초기 투자비용의 효율성을 극대화 하고 유지관리를 통한 구조물 사용성의 효율적 증대를 극대화하는 노력의 일환으로 최근 건축물의 설계 및 유지관리 시 LCC 분석효과의 실질적인 적용이 요구되어 지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 일반적인 분석기법에 그치고 있는 기존 LCC 연구를 생애위험도를 고려한 LCC분석을 통해 설계단계 최적 의사결정을 위한 새로운 분석 방법론을 도출하였다. Recently, the demand on the practical application of life-cycle cost effectiveness for design and rehabilitation of structure is rapidly growing unprecedently in engineering practice. Accordingly, in the 21st century, it is almost obvious that life-cycle cost together with value engineering will become a new paradigm for all engineering decision problems in practice. However, in spite of impressive progress in the researches on the LCC, the most researches have only focused on the Deterministic or Probabilistic LCC analysis approach (Level-1 LCC Model) at design stage. Thus, the goal of this study is to develop a practical and realistic methodology for the Lifetime risk based Life-Cycle Cost (LCC)-effective optimum decision-making at design stage.

        고로슬래그 미분말과 순환잔골재를 사용하는 친환경 모르타르에 탈황석고 및 시멘트에 의한 품질향상

        As a solution of both environmental issue of reducing carbon dioxide emission and sustainable issue of exhaustingnatural resources, in concrete industry, many research on recycling various by-products or industrial wastes as theconcrete materials has been conducted. The aim of this research is feasibility analysis of additional reaction withordinary Portland cement and flue gas desulfurization gypsum based on the blast furnace slag and recycled fineaggregate based mortar to achieve the normal strength range. Consequently, in the case of mortar replaced 10% FGDand 30% OPC for BS, 80% of plain OPC mortar’s compressive strength was achieved. Furthermore, when thewater-to-binder ratio is decreased to keep the practically similar level of flow, it is expected to be achieve theequivalent compressive strength to plain OPC mortar. 최근, 콘크리트 산업에서는 CO2 배출량감소등 환경문제와 함께 부존자원의 고갈대책도 중요한 문제점으로 제기되어, 이를 동시에 해결하기 위하여 각종 산업부산물이나 산업폐기물을 콘크리트용 자원으로 재이용하는 방법이연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 고로슬래그 미분말(BS)과 순환잔골재(RFA) 혼합 모르타르를 기반으로 하여 BS의 잠재수경성 반응을 탈황석고(FGD)와 보통포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC)의 자극반응으로 추가 활성화시킴으로써 일반 강도영역까지의 모르타르 활용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 결과적으로, BS에 FGD 10%, OPC 30%를 치환하고 RFA를사용할 경우 OPC만을 사용하는 플레인 모르타르의 80%정도인 보통강도모르타르가 발휘되었지만 실용적인 측면에서 유동성적으로 플로치를 동일하게 유지하는 물-결합재를 낮춰 주게 된다면 더욱 플레인 강도영역에 근접할 수있을 것으로 사료된다.

        코어공시체의 압축강도 추정에 미치는 영향요인 분석

        This study is intended to investigate the influencing factors on the compressive strength of core specimens such as mixture factors(W/C), material factors(kinds of cement, replacing ratio of admixture, kinds of aggregate and maximum size of coarse aggregate) and experimental factors. According to the result, as for the effect of W/C, the compressive strength of core specimen drops higher in W/C 45% than in W/C 55% in comparison with that of standard specimen, and as for kinds of cement, it does lower in the case of UHC and AMC than in the case of OPC, but the effect of admixture is very minute. The compressive strength of core specimen of concrete using basalt aggregate shows the similar tendency to that of granite aggregate, but decreases a bit in the case of limestone. The reducing ratio of the compressive strength of 25㎜ core specimen is least when the maximum size of aggregate is 10㎜. But the compressive strength of 50 and 100㎜ core specimen is almost not influenced by the maximum size of aggregate. As for the influence of drilling direction, when core specimens are obtained from the place parallel to placing direction, compressive strength of core specimens is higher than those perpendicular to placing direction. And considering drilling position, compressive strength of core specimen is higher at the edge of cubic specimen than at the center, and at the bottom of cubic specimen than that at the top. As h/d ratio increases and rotation speed of drilling machine goes up, compressive strength decreases, regardless of core diameter.
