이 연구의 목적은 초등학생들이 선호하는 학습만화에 대한 독서지도의 필요성을 제기하고, 학습만화 독서지도 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 초등학교 4학년 학생을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 총 8차시의 학습만화 독서지도프로그램을 개발하여 실행하였다. 프로그램 실행은 1차와 2차로 나누어 실시하였고, 1차 프로그램 실행 후 문제점을 보완하여 2차 프로그램을 설계 하여 실시하였다. 연구결과 독서부진아 및 학습부진아에 대한 교육 시 학습만화를 적절히 활용한다면 학습 집중력이 떨어져 있는 아동들의 독서의욕과 학습능력을 증진 시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 초등학생들이 학습만화를 통해 갖게 된 관련 분야에 대한 관심과 흥미를 독서의욕과 학습능력을 높일 수 있는 동기로 활용할 수 있도록 적극적으로 학습만화 독서지도 방안을 개발할 필요가 있다. Although many elementary school students love to read edutainment comics, they are not appropriately guided when they read those books. This study aimed to suggest the necessity of reading instruction for the edutainment comics. To achieve the purpose of this study, we examined the 8 chapters programs of reading instruction-for the 4th grade students-in 2 times. After carrying out the 1st program, we found out the problem related to the program and developed the trouble shooted the 2nd program. The purpose of this study is to show necessity of reading instruction on the edutainment comics in order to activate students' reading. This research shows that if teachers use edutainment comics appropriately to teach students with learning difficulties and reading difficulties, they might help the students by developing their learning abilities and enthusiasm for reading. This study suggests reading guidance program should be used to improve students' learning and reading activities as elementary school students can have more interests to specific topics through the edutainment comics.

성격유형별 선호도서를 적용한 독서지도의 사례: 2유형을 중심으로

이 연구는 이미 개인의 성격유형별 독서수업시 보이는 반응과 태도의 차이를 규명한 연구를 토대로 성격유형별 선호도서를 조사하고 그 해당 선호도서를 매체로 프로그램을 운영하였을 때의 효과를 알아보 는 것을 목적으로 한다. 대출통계 목록을 바탕으로 성격유형별 선호도서군을 밝히고 이를 통해 성격유형별 선호도서의 장르 및 선호하는 문학작품의 특성을 추출하고자 한다. 더 나아가 선호도서를 텍스트로 사용하여 얻어지는 결과를 기반으로 성격유형별 맞춤독서지도를 제시하고자 한다.

에니어그램을 적용한 초등학생의 독서지도 효과에 대한 연구

이 연구는 심리 및 신체적으로 성장단계에 있는 초등학교 6학년 어린이를 대상으로 에니어그 램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도를 실행하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도의 효과를 인성부분의 측정과 수업과정의 효과 분석, 두 가지 측면에서 검증하고자 하였다. 초등학교 6학년을 대상으로 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서수업을 실행하고 효과를 검증하기 위하여 2개 학급을 편의모집하여 각각 실험집단과 통제집 단으로 배치하였다. 실험집단은 남학생 14명 여학생 11명으로 구성되었으며 이들을 대상으로 프로 그램을 실행하였다. 프로그램은 40분 단위 총 26차시를 적용하였고 정규 교과시간을 이용하여 진 행하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단에게 자기격려, 자기효능감, 사회성 척도를 사용하여 사전․사후 검 사를 실시하여 발달정도를 측정하였다. 또 실험집단에는 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도 를 실험 처치하여 결과를 공분산분석(Anova)을 통하여 통제집단과 비교 하였다. 에니어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도를 실행한 실험결과, 실험집단 학생들의 자기격려, 자 기효능감, 사회성이 통제집단에 비해 모두 향상되어 프로그램이 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 에니 어그램 성격유형을 적용한 독서지도의 결과 소집단 구성의 방식에서 중심 에너지의 소집단 구성 방식을 학생들이 가장 선호하였고, 프로그램에 임하는 학생들의 태도, 결과물의 완성도가 가장 긍 정적으로 나타났다. The present study aims to examine the effect of the reading guidance program that applied the Enneagram of Personality to a group of 6th year elementary school students, who are in the developmental stage in the psychological sense. Based on a group of 6th year elementary students as participants, the reading guidance instructions were given applying the Enneagram of Personality, and in order to verify the effect of those instructions, the students were divided into two groups and assigned to either an experimental or a control group. There were 14 male students and 11 female students in the experimental group to whom the reading guidance program was administrated; the program consisted of 26 periods in total with each period being 40 minutes long, and the administration took place during the regular school hours. Both the experimental and the control groups were given before-and-after tests to measure the degree of development on self-encouragement, self-efficacy and sociality. The results indicated that the group given the reading guidance with Enneagram of Personality showed higher in self-encouragement, self-efficacy and sociality than the control group.

Purpose: Although percutaneous catheter-based ablation of renal sympathetic nerve fibers has been used in the treatment of patients with resistant hypertension, a recent phase III study did not confirm its efficacy. In this study, we developed a novel laparoscopic renal denervation system and evaluated its safety and initial feasibility using an animal model. Materials and Methods: A novel surgical instrument that uses a smart algorithm with temperature-monitoring feedback was developed. We used 4 male pigs (6 weeks old, weighing approximately 45 kg each) to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the laparoscopic renal denervation system. We performed immunohistochemical staining analysis after renal denervation using various tip temperatures and over various durations through an open approach. Results: When the temperature of the outer wall of the renal artery was maintained at 90℃ for 180 seconds, the artery was completely denervated without damaging its inner layer, as evaluated using Masson's trichrome staining. When the temperature ranged from 70℃ to 90℃ and the duration ranged from 90 to 420 seconds, partial or complete denervation without significant vessel injury was confirmed with anti- growth-associated protein 43 and anti-S100 staining. Conclusions: This animal study confirmed the safety and feasibility of the novel laparoscopic renal denervation system. A safe and effective protocol was developed with ablation at a constant tissue temperature of 70℃ to 90℃ within 180 seconds. However, further developments are necessary before its clinical use.
