According to complexity and high level of society, the rapid and accurate information for landuse, environment and traffic etc.,is required, but the information management by a drawing and a map is confronted with a complicated and sudden change of facilities such as bridge; electricites, city gases and networks. This paper is aim to build a bridge management system of road with GSIS. It operated personal computer will bring easy computing management system of bridge on road. To build this system, presented bridge mangement system and domestic method for bridge management of road are investigated, and also apply to bridge management system using GSIS.

This study aims to analyze the flood frequencies by the method of Log-Pearson Type Ⅲ . We have chosen 11 water mark places in Nakdong river, Yongsan river and Somjin river where they have comparatively long period of flood records. We made a hydrologic analysis of the data from these 11 water mark places. Applying the statistic values to the regions, we got probability flood of each return frequence in these southern 3 longest rivers with data period of 20 years or so. We think that this may be used effectively in assuming the flood of ungauged places.

The remote sensing field of out country uses a Landsat TM image mainly and it is using in land clothing analysis and the monitor ring of the wide area. It integrated the space analysis technique of the remote sensing technique which uses reasonig being caused by artificial satellite data and the GIS and the analysis against the city change quantity which is a fundamental data it could be used in city planning it execute.

The study analized rainfall date of maximum arbitary rainfall duration in Chung-Ju area by used of the probability theory for hydrological statistics. The rainfall intensity formula has been derived for short-duration(10-120min) with return period. All data used in this study are analized by the self-recording raingage which the Chung-Ju meteorological station preserved. As the result of analysis, the rainfall intensity formula of Chung-Ju is shearman ( I = ?? ) and Knauff Type ( I = ?? + c) This formula may be advantageously applicable to the estimation of flood discharge in small drainage areas, especially suitable for estimating design of the storm sewage.

This study is aimed at suggest the direction of human - settlement development and delimitate human settlement for Choong - Ju agropolitan region. The scale of economy, Sequence of function, Homogenity of space and Plan of regional development are considered as elements of delimitation for human settlement. As a results of, Choong-Ju agropolitan region is delimitated human settlement with four hierarchical structures that are composed of one Region, four weekly life boundaries, 7 daily life boundaries, villages. We suggested the direction of functional rearrangement to maximize the characters of region and the potential power of development about individual human settlement.

The eco-friendly approach to the stream that is the very basic of stream management is run in various ways such as water quality improvement, preparation for flood and ecological restoration to protect ecolife. As well as these trends, continuous stream management businesses such as water management to protect annually repeating flood due to heavy rain caused by sudden weather changes like global warming, El Nino are performed but the damage from flood has been largely increased compared to 70s and 80s. Recently, there are about 4.5times of increased flood damage in 10years compared to 70s and 80s (annual average 1.35trillion dollar) and particularly in 2002, there has been the highest amount of total cost of damage, 6.1 trillion dollar and therefore there is a definite policy for improvement. So flood prediction information about endangered area when setting wide range of natural hazard preparation and water protection plan to achieve stable life of people and reduction of economic loss.

The purposes of this study are firstly to design an integrated underground facility management system to manage all underground facilities in integration in order to prevent city-misfortunes because of negligent management, and secondly to suggest alternatives about a data input and co-application for effective development and management of this integrated underground management system. In order to establish database for underground facility, after each management organization makes base maps based on the 1:1000 topographic map, they make underground maps on the base map after maintaining related underground graphic data.

This Study intents to figure out the spatial structure of university campus using space syntax. Space Syntax is an objective and percise quantitative method of description that can indicate how well built environment functions. This paper attempted to represent the spatial structure as a axial map, and analyze the spatial configuration in terms of space syntax model. On the basis of the analysis, an alternative was proposed, in respect of pedestrians and vehicles movement. Preparing the spatial configuration values in the alternative with the present's, the change of some spatial structure, proposed in the alternative, improved mean depth, control value, and integration of study area. Thus, in the planning process of university plan, planners can use the space syntax methodology to control the roots of pedestrians and vehicles in campus.
