구순구개열 및 가로얼굴파열을 동반한 Goldenhar Syndrome 환자에서 수술적 치료: 증례보고

Goldenhar syndrome is also knowns as Oculo-Auriculo-Vertebral Syndrome which is a rare case. It represents hemifacial microsomia, macrostomia and cleft lip and palate (CLP) in facial characteristics. It has a wide range of multiple symptoms in ophthalmic, auricular, skeletal, vertebral and cardiac system. Though the etiology of this syndrome is not fully understood, it has shown variable characteristics which are caused by uncertain factors. The incidence of this syndrome ranges from 1 in 35,000 to 56,000. The treatment within an appropriate time is able to increase the chances of a good prognosis. In this paper, we report a case of patient with Goldenhar syndrome showing macrostomia and CLP. This patient underwent two surgeries; firstly, the primary lip and nose repair for unilateral complete lip and palate, secondly, the commissure repair of transverse facial cleft and skin excision of preauricular tag. Herein we continue to emphasize the necessity of proper surgery technique along with a timely treatment in conjunction with multidisciplinary management of systemic abnormalities.
마이크로스트립 라인-프로브 급전구조를 갖는 광대역 패치 안테나의 설계

본 논문에서는 중심주파수가 5.8 GHz에서 동작하는 새로운 급전구조를 갖는 광대역 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 새로운 급전구조인 마이크로스트립 라인-프로브 급전구조는 광대역 특성을 가지며, 안테나의 패치 크기를 줄일 수 있다. 광대역 특성을 확인하기 위해 기존의 프로브 급전 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나와 비교하였으며, 그 결과 대역폭은 34.5 % 증가하였으며, 패치의 크기는 45 % 축소되었다. The design of broadband patch antenna with the new feeder structure is proposed in this paper. The antenna operates in the center frequency 5.8 GHz. Proposed the new feeder structure has also broadband characteristic and reduced antenna size. To confirm broadband characteristic, compared with probe feeder antenna. After designing and manufacturing, the antenna bandwidth enhanced by 34.5 % and the patch size reduced by 45 %.
송이 (松이) ( Armillaria matsutake Ito et Imai ) 인공재배에 관한 연구

This experiment was carried out to know the effects of artificial apawning of Armillaria matsutake in the Pinus densiflora stands. The results obtained were as followed: 1. The inoculation experiment resulted in only the development of hypha in the spore-spread plot and there appeared 2 fruit bodies in the spore injection plot and 4 fruit bodies in the hypha-transplanted plot. 2. The spore flushing plot method was considered a recommendable one in view of labor problem. 3. It was seemed that Armillaria matsutake was not a commensal fungus but a parasitic ectotrophic mycorhiza to pine trees since pine trees in the Armillaria matsutake-appearing plot grew remarkably slow comparing with the non-appearing plot. 4. Armillaria matsutake appearance only in 20 to 60 year-old pine trees seems to have a correlation with a special matter. Therefore the experimenter thinks that Armillaria matsutake spores must be inoculared only with 20 to 60 year-old pine trees.
