        栽培方法이 감자의 黑痣病 發生 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        본(本) 시험(試驗)은 복토(覆土)깊이, 파종기(播種期), 최아방법(催芽方法) 및 고조제처리(枯凋劑處理)가 감자흑지병발생 및 수량(收量)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)하고자 남작(男爵)(Irish Cobbler)과 수미(秀美)(Superior)를 공시(供試)하여 실시(實施)하였으며 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 복토(覆土) 깊이가 깊을수록 출아(出芽)가 늦어졌으나 이병률(罹病率)은 뚜렷한 차이(差異)를 인정(認定)할 수 없었으며 수량(收量)은 10cm구(區)에서 증수(增收)하는 경향(傾向)이었다. 2. 이병률(罹病率)은 4월 28일 파종구(播種區)에서 가장 높았으며 5월(月) 이후(以後)의 파종간(播種間)에는 뚜렷한 차이(差異)가 없었다. 수량(收量)은 조기파종(旱期播種)인 4월(月) 28일(日) 파종(播種)에서 가장 낮았고 5월(月) 8일(日) 파종(播種)에서 가장 높았다. 3. 욕광최아처리구(浴光催芽處理區)에서 이병률(罹病率)이 가장 낮았고 수량(收量)은 가장 높았으며 무광최아(無光催芽)에서는 무최아(無催芽)보다도 이병률(罹病率)이 높았으며 수량(收量)은 낮았다. 4. 고조제처리(枯凋劑處理) 후(後) 수확시기(收穫時期)가 늦어질수록 이병괴경(罹病塊莖)이 증가(增加)하는 경향(傾向)을 보였는데 지상부(地上部) 고사(枯死) 후(後) 일(日)까지는 괴경이병율(塊莖罹病率)의 증가폭(增加幅)이 컸으나 그 후(後)부터는 완만(緩慢)하였다. 5. 나작(男爵)은 수미(秀美)보다 경(莖)의 이병률(罹病率)은 높았으나 괴경이병률(塊莖罹病率)은 낮은 경향(傾向)을 보였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of cultural methods on infection by Rhizoctonia disease(Rhizoctonia solani ) of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.). Two potato cultivars, i.e., Irish Cobbler and Superior were planted in 1984 at the Alpine Experiment Station and 4 cultural methods were used in Combinations or separately. The deeper planting showed the later germination of sprout. The degree of infection on underground stems didn't show any differences between the treatments, but the yield was higher in deeper planting. When seed tubers were planted on April 28 the underground stems showed severely discolourated epidermis comparing to later planting, consequently the yield was low. The glazed chitting tubers produced healthy sprouts comparing to the untreated tubers, consequently the yield was also increased. The density of sclerotia on tuber skin was remarkably increased between 6 to 15days of delayed digging after haulm killing. Underground stems of Irish Cobbler were easily discolourated by the disease, where-as the density of sclerotia was higher on tuberskin of Superior than of Irish Cobbler.

        OpenCV 내장 CPU 및 GPU 함수를 이용한 DNN 추론 시간 복잡도 분석

        Deep Neural Networks (DNN) has become an essential data processing architecture for the implementation of multiple computer vision tasks. Recently, DNN-based algorithms achieve much higher recognition accuracy than traditional algorithms based on shallow learning. However, training and inference DNNs require huge computational capabilities than daily usage purposes of computers. Moreover, with increased size and depth of DNNs, CPUs may be unsatisfactory since they use serial processing by default. GPUs are the solution that come up with greater speed compared to CPUs because of their Parallel Processing/Computation nature. In this paper, we analyze the inference time complexity of DNNs using well-known computer vision library, OpenCV. We measure and analyze inference time complexity for three cases, CPU, GPU-Float32, and GPU-Float16.

        考古資料를 통해 본 古代 韓半島와 日本列島의 相互作用

        Since the prehistoric age, the relation partner of Guyaguk in the Gimhae was the Guju force, which had traditionally played a role as an international gateway of the Japanese archipelago. In the Geumgwangaya period, its gateway was replaced by the Ginai force. The Yangdong - ri force was declined and the Daeseong dong force emerged in such a process. Simultaneously, in the Japanese archipelago the north Yamato force and the Gawajji force rose into power, in the middle of the weakening of the force, based on the southeast region of the Nara basin. As shown in the above, we can know that the relation between the Korean peninsula and the Japanese archipelago played an important role in the shift of power in political regimes of the Geumgwangaya force and the Ginai force. Goryeong - based Daegaya achieved epochal development in the late fifth century. That is, Daegaya expanded its force ranging from the Hwanggang hydrosphere to the Seomjingang and Geumgang hydrospheres. Besides, in this period, two facts are noted: One is that some forces relied on the relation with Geumgwangaya in Gimhae were decayed. Another is that those big chiefs who were connected with the Daegaya force appeared in many regions of Japan. These facts are supported by the prestigious artifacts of Daegaya style, which were found in the leading chiefs' tombs in the Japanese archipelago. Daegaya occupied a leading position in the relation with Wae, and this became motive power, which enabled it to dominate Geumgwangaya, Aragaya and Sogaya and to grow as a central state in the Gaya region. Before and after 500, however, the importing country of material culture in the Japanese archipelago changed from Daegaya to Baekje, and hence Wae - originated material culture has extensively been found in the Yeongsanggang valley, which had a close relation to Baekje. The decadence in the relation with Wae was acted on as an important factor, which led Daegaya to decline and eventually, collapse. In archeological data, it is assumed that the full - scale trade between Baekje and Wae became motive power for the appearance of the Gyeitai dynasty, based on the fact that the trade began before and after sixth century. The Gyeitai force gained predominance in Ginai by attempting to be different from the Gawajji force. This force excluded the Gaya force, which had traditionally had a close relation with the Japan archipelago, and introduced advanced material culture from Baekje. It is believed that before and after this period, people buried in the keyhole - shaped tumuli in Jeollanam - do and Jeollabuk - do were members of the Wae descent group, which was dispatched by the Baekje kingship so as to dominate and restrain native forces and to capture Daegaya, given the construction period, distribution scope and funeral objects of the tumuli. After the collapse of Hanseong, Baekje under the temporary downfall of its control organization received military help from Wae in order to rule over the south region and to capture Daegaya. It is inferred that, as a consideration of such help, Baekje transmitted Wae material culture necessary to national consolidation.

        정천탕(定喘湯)의 효능(效能)에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        These studies were carried out to investigate the effect of Jungchuntang water extract on the inhibitory contractile action of acetylcholine in rat. The results of these studies were as follows; 1. Contractile force of acetylcholine from trachea smooth muscle in rat was significantly inhibited by Jungchuntang. 2. Dose-response of acetylcholine pretreated Jungchuntang in rat was not significantly changed. 3. Inhibitory contractile action of acetylcholine pretreated propranolol in rat was decreased. 4. Inhibitory contractile action of acetylcholine pretreated indomethacin was not significantly changed by Jungchuntang. 5. Inhibitory contractile action of acetylcholine pretreated methylene blue was significantly changed by Jungchuntang. 6. Contractile force of acetylcholine from trachea smooth muscle in rat was significantly inhibited by Jungchuntang. 7. Dose-response of acetylcholine pretreated Jungchuntang in rat was not significantly changed. 8. Inhibitory contractile action of acetylcholine pretreated propranolol in rat was decreased. 9.
