Let {(X_(α), T) | α∈A} be a family of flows whose proximal relations are equivalence relations. It is shown that the product flow (Ⅱα∈A Xα, T) is a P^(∞)- flow if and only if every flow (X_(α), T), α∈A, is a P^(∞)-flow.

The dense action property in topological transformation groups is introduced in this paper. This is a special property of the topological phase group on the phase space in a given transformation group. Some relationships between transformation groups with the dense action property and homomorphisms are described. It is shown that every homomorphism of a transformation group (X, O(n)) onto (S^(n-1)-: O(n)) is open and every homomorphism of (X, SO (n)) onto (S^(n-1), SO (n)) is also open, n>1.

We discuss proximal relations of flows and P^(∞)-f1ows. Some relationships between proxima1 relations and homomorphisms of flows are described, The products of P^(∞)-flows are developed. It is shown that (X, T) is P^(∞) -flow if and only if (X, S) is a P^(∞)-flow, where S is a syndetic subgroup of T.

Glycine transport through mucosal border of the columnar epithelium on the marin shrimp, P. japonicus midgut has been investigated with particular emphasis on the interaction to Na^+. The transmural fluxes of the amino acid across the midgut wall were also determined. 1. Mucosal glycine uptake occurred via Na^+-dependent and Na^+-independent carrier processes, and the passive movement of glycine. 2. Mucosal and serosal glycine uptakes in normal saline were higher than those in Na^+-free medium, but lower than those in Cl^--free medium. 3. L-alanine was acted like a competitive inhibitor of mucosal glycine entry process. 4. Exit process of glycine across the mucosal membrane was accelerated by the presence of L-alanine in the medium. 5. Prediction equation of saturable glycine uptake was derived from experimental data. 6. Turning point and regression coefficients of segmented linear regression for the high affinity and low affinity components of glycine carrier were determined by using computer. 7. Ultrastructural changes of mucosal epithelial cells related to the experimental treatments were observed through transmission and scanning electron microscope.

위 논문에서 위상변환군(X, G, π)의 path space 와 기본군 σ(X, x_0, G)의 성질들이 조사되었다. (1) 위상변환군(X, x_0, π)에서 H가 G의 불변군이면 σ(X, x_0, H)는 σ(X, x_0, G)의 불변군이다. (2) (X, x_0, π)를 open action property를 만족하는 위상변환군이라 하자. 각각의 identification map P:∑(X, x_0, G) → σ(X, x_0, G), (x∈X), 가 open 이면 임의 path λ : I→X는 위상변환 λ_*:σ(X, x_0, G)→σ(X, y_0, G)를 유발한다. 단 λ(0) = x_0, λ(1)=y_0.
