        운동 후 지연된 근통증과 근손상의 지표에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the delayed muscle soreness after exercise and the indicators of muscle damage. Subjects of this study were 9 male students. Some muscle enzymes and others(GOT, LDH, ALD, CPK in serum, WBC, ESR) that known as the indicators of muscle damage were measured before exercise. After measurements they run on a treadmill (incline:25%, speed:3.5miles/h) for 7 min. on an average. The intensity of this kind of exercise was 90.5% of maximal exercise intensity. After exercise, same indicators were measured at the just after exercise, 24hr after, 48hr after, 72hr after. Also muscle soreness level was evaluated at same intervals by make use of Modified Abraham's scale. The result was as follow: There was no relationships between muscle soreness and the indicators of muscle damage but ALD was the most important indicator that can be explains the muscle soreness very well.

      • 冬季訓練이 心拍數, 換氣量 및 呼吸數에 미치는 영향

        The subjects were fourteen female volunteers whose average(±SD) age, height and weight were 13.4yr(±0.45), 154.1cm(±5.84) 43.1kg(±2.51), respectively, and they were in good physical health and middle or distance runner who were middle school girls in regular physical training for two years. The purpose of this study was to investigate improvement of cardiopulmonary function by winter training for four weeks. The conclusion were as follows : 1.The heart rate was lower after than before training on 5min and 12.5min in absolute load exercise(P <.05~.01), but there were no significant difference in the maximal heart rate, on time of leaching to the maximal heart rate, and change of the recovery period between before and after training. 2.The ventilation was remarkably higher after than before training on 15.0min in absolute load exercise(P<.001), but there were no significant difference in the maximal ventilation, on time of reaching to the maximal heart rate, and change of the recovery period between before and after training. 3.The respiratory frequency was lower after than before training on 5min in absolute load exercise(P<.05), but there were no significant difference in the maximal respiratory frequeny, on time of reaching to the maximal respiratory frequency, and the recovery period between before and after training. (Therefore), at rest, the heart rate and the breathing frequency were lower, and the ventilation was higher by the effect of training, and then there was no significant on the maximal heart rate, the maximal ventilation, the maximal ventilation, the maximal breathing frequency and the recovers period between before and after training. The author assume that this phenomenon due to short training period only four weeks and the subjects were trained for two years already.

        The effect of level of an object establishment for basketball free-throw skill learning In order to examine closely the effect of level of an object establishment in the skill learing on basketball free-throw. I chose 40 students in the 1st grade of Chang-gook man's middle school which was located in Sung Nam city by a random sample, and according to the nomal performance values, I divided thern into 20%(E20), 30%(E30), 40%(E40), and control group(c), and I selected 10 students at every group and experimented the four groups in each method. As a result of analysis in data founded in the experiment, the result show as follows: 1) The effect of level of an object establishment on basketball free-throw skill learning 2) The establishment the level of an object establishment to a degree of 30 percent among the nomal performance values,it resulted in the highest lerning effect. 3) there was a comprehensive interrelation between the level of an object establishment and the achievement of basket ball free-throw skill performance.

        The purpose of this study was the suggestion of applicability of Harvard step test for the evaluation on physical fitness in 50's aged man. The results were as follw : 1. In the Harvard step test, 50's aged man could not performed the duration of step above 3 min. and, PEI of 50's aged man showed the low cardiovascular function. 2. In the treadmill graded test, maximal oxygen uptake of 50's aged man showed 30.12±2.42ml/kg/min. 3. The results of Harvard step test showed the correlationship with the results of treadmill maximal test.

        The aims of this study is to find how the weight lifting training effects upon enduring muscular contraction speed.With 65 Sample; 20 general study, 17 physical education major, 10 volley ball player, 10 judo player, 10 weight lifter from Hanyang University student,20-26 years of, age, To measure the speed of arm circumduction in 60 Seconds. With Rotational arm Motion speed Analyzer of each resistant weight; 0g. 300g, 800, 1300g, The results are as follows;1. Arm circumduction speed in 0g resistant weight was; weight lifter 32.9/RPM, Judo 37.8, Volley ball 29.9, physical Education mojor 24.0, General study 20.5,2. Resistant weight 300g speed of Arm Circumduction was; Weight lifter 30.1, Jude 27.9, Volleyball 26.9 physical Education major 24.0 General study, 20.5,3. Resistant weight 809g speed of arm Circumduction was; Weight lifer 29.4, Judo 24.6, Volleyball 23.0, physical Education major 16.6, General study 12.9,4. Resistant weight 1300g speed of arm circumduction was; Weight lifter 18.4, Judo 16.8, Volley ball 14.9, Physical Education mojor 11.6, General Study 8.5.For the above each variable resistant weights Rank order for arm circumduction speed shows weight lifter, Judo, Volley ball, physical Education-major, General study, and also to see that the between fatest of weight lifter and dullest Group of General study was statistically P<0.001 Significant level, Above all it may be conclud that weight lifting training, of which effects great value upon shortening tinge of enduring muscular Contraction speed.

        태권도의 차기 기술분석(技術分析)

        This study is to find out what are the better training methodolgies, between the simply reacted motion and the discriminative motion in Tae Kwon Do practice, especially on the speedy kicking techniques, with the Ap Joo Choom stance and the Ap Cha Gi.         스포츠생리학 : 최대운동후 회복기 혈중 에너지 대사물질 및 호르몬의 연속적 변화 분석을 통한 운동적응력 평가

        본 연구는 운동적응력에서 차이를 보이는 선수집단과 비교집단을 통해 최대운동 직후와 회복시간의 경과에 따른 에너지 대사물질과 호르몬의 연속적인 변화 유형을 훈련의 효과 측면에서 그 의미를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 상완 정맥에 catheter를 삽입하여 최대운동 직후와 회복기 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7분, 그리고 20분에 혈당, 젖산, catecholamines(NE), cortisol, insulin의 변화 경향 및 상관성 여부를 분석하였고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 즉, 선수집단과 비교집단간의 최대운동시 혈당 변화에 대한 유의성은 없었지만, 혈중 젖산과 호르몬 분석에서는 NE와 cortisol이 집단간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 선수집단내에서 측정항목간의 상관성은 혈당과 젖산, insulin, NE, cortisol 항목에서 유의성을 보여 운동시 에너지 대사물질의 변화는 호르몬 반응에 의해 조절된다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 호르몬들은 최대운동 자극이 신체에 주어질 때 운동적응력이 우수한 선수들은 인지적 스트레스는 물론 요구되는 에너지 제공과 이용에 효율적으로 반응한다는 것을 시사한다. 특히 최대운동에 따른 혈중 젖산, NE, cortisol의 반응은 운동적응력에 의해 다른 변화 양상을 나타냈는데, 이는 운동수행력에 의한 운동 중 내분비계와 에너지 대사작용의 차이로 생각된다. 이와 같이 집단간 유의성을 보이는 측정항목의 특징은 최대운동 직후보다는 회복기의 변화에서 집단간 차이를 보였으며, 특히 NE, cortisol, insulin 항목에서 비교집단에 비해 선수집단에서 운동자극에 대하여 민감하게 증가하는 반응을 나타냈다. 또한 운동후 회복기에서는 1분을 시점으로 급격한 농도 변화를 야기하였고, 20분에서는 거의 안정시 수준으로 환원되는 공통적인 경향을 보였다. 이러한 변화 경향은 운동적응력이 우수할수록 더욱 잘 부합되었는 데, 이는 결국 장기간 훈련의 효과로 제안된다. The purpose of this study was evaluation of exercise adaptive ability through the analysis of the changes of energy substrate and hormones following maximal exercise. The subject were 5 male athletes, 5 male physical education students on HY university. The protocol for exercise load was Bruce`s stress test protocol, all subjects were run from rest to all-out state progressively. Blood samples was drawn from antecubital vein by using catheter. Independent variables for the study were group and exercise conditions(rest, immediately exercise, and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 20min after exercise), dependent value was energy substrate(blood glucose, lactate) and hormone(catecholamines, insulin, cortisol). All data were analyzed by repeated with ANOVA and Pearson`s product movement correlation on of SPSS, accepting level for all significances was above α=0.05. The following conclusion were made :1. The changes of blood glucose following maximal exercise were no significant between group.2. The changes of blood lactate following maximal exercise were significant between group (p<.05).3. The changes of norepinephrine and cortisol following maximal exercise were significant between group(p<.05).4. The changes of epinephrine and insulin following maximal exercise were no significant between group. This results suggested that exercise training can effect the changes of energy substrate and hormones releasing pattern.

      • 한국 대학 무용수의 전공별 체격과 체력의 비교연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data on physique and physical fitness of each fifferent kind of women dancer-majors. The subjects were 16 Korean Dancer (KDG), 16 Modern Dancer(MDG) and 16 Ballet Dancer (BDG) who were women dancer from freshman to senior in Seoul and Taejon region. Measurements were made on stature (age, height, weight, chest grith, carerrer), physical fitness(sargent jump, back strengh, trunk extension), and body fat. The result were as follows; The average age and back strengh were not significant differences statistically among three groups. The average height showed the highest in BDG, and KDG was significant differences statistically lower than MDG and BDG. The average weight showed the highest in KDG, BDG was significant differences statistically lower than KDG, and MDG. The average chest grith of BDG was significant differences statistically lower than KDG and MDG. The average sagent jump of BDG was significant differences statistically higher than MDG and KDG, and the orders of sargent jump were BDG > MDG > KDG. The comparision of the average trunk extension have significant differences statistically among three groups, and the orders of trunk extension were MDG > BDG > KDG. The comparision of the average percent body fat have significant differences statistically lower than KDG and MDG, and the orders of percent body fat were KDG > MDG > BDG. The difference of physique and physical fitness in KDG was low than that of MDG and BDG. To compare BDG with KDG and MDG in weight and chest grith is low, and height is high, but there was high in physical fitness.

      • 스포츠·레저용품 구매행동에 따른 실버시장세분화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine silver consumers' perception of sporting and leisure goods, their purchase behavior by class in a bid to be of use for more successful marketing strategy. The subjects in this study were 362people selected from among the elderly over 55 who resided in Seoul. Out of them, 230 people aged from 55 to 64 were called here the new silver group and 132 over 65 were called the silver group. A survey was conducted to find out their awareness of sporting and leisure goods, their attitude and purchase behavior. The instrument used in this study was 10-item questionnaire covering silver consumers' perception of sporting and leisure goods, their purchase behavior. As the subjects were old people who had relatively poor cognitive ability, self-administration method and interview were employed together. The collected data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and x2 test. As a result of analyzing the intervariable relationship, the following findings were acquired: Regarding their purchase behavior by demographic variables, most variables made a significant difference, including gender, household income, presence or absence of job, living with children or not, and having spouse or not. This was an evidence that the silver market is worthwhile for segment approach. The silver market should no longer be viewed as a feeble market with no buying power, and the sports and leisure market is required to take prompt action to keep up with the socioeconomic change toward aging society.
