Facing the moral crisis of our modern society, we should place the core of educational reform on the moral education to restore the human nature. We should also orientate the national all-out effort to succeed and develop our traditional values creatively. Among our traditional ideas, filial piety is the essence of our spiritual culture and the source of our life energy. The power of Korean people is found here in filial piety. Accordingly, in order to attain our national reunification and to play a leading role in one globalized world we should basically understand the true meaning of filial piety and put it into practice.

This paper describes the present trends and tendency of superpowers on the America's Korean policy Whose policy is currently attempted. OP\n the occasion of the 40th citation for the Korean. war. it is needed to objectively iluminate the real situations of American policy in the prewar time order to analyze through the diagonosis and realization of the various view points, such as the situational environments and status viz, the interests of superpowers from the opening of korea American cooperation to the close tied up relation, implicit recognition of Japan and Cheong dynasty' authority and retreatment of their influence over Korea Territory, and vanity of America's security policy for pacific countries and Korea.
Alginate-chitosan Hydrogel Patch with Beta-glucan Nanoemulsion for Antibacterial Applications

Natural polymer materials have high biocompatibility and are not toxic because they can decompose into metabolites in the body; thus, they are widely used as medical polymer materials as well as porous support materials. As a biopolymer, alginate has a negative charge; in contrast, chitosan has a positive charge. Therefore, when the two substances are mixed, they form a relatively stable structure by ionic bonding. Beta-glucan is known to contribute to material stability and have high skin penetration, skin moisturizing and soothing effects, and burn and wound healing effects. In this study, antimicrobial activity was assessed by preparing alginate-chitosan hydrogel patches containing beta-glucan nanoemulsions. This could contribute to the development of wound dressings with antibacterial properties.
