The coating tool is used for the precise characteristic and productivity of quality assurance in the hazardous auto industry the coating tool will improves, the semiconductor and electronic industry, processing and tool production all of which is supported by the industrials CBN wheels are used in automobile industry, semiconduction and electronics industry and tool production and machining industry in order to improve high level of accuracy and productivity and, especially add its effectiveness in grinding or cutting and machining high-speed steel, ceramic and alloyed tool steels. The research of the products production and the improved quality production technique, in regards to the cost was triumphful. The grinding process of the coating tool, the grinding wheel and the flow of the grinding wheel all lead to improved grinding development. We have inverstigated the characteristics of diamond and CBN tools. We have inverstigated grinding, machining and NC mechanizing and CBN tools. The items for research and development have been collected, compared, and analyzed all kinds of product according to technological data.

평판놋치 시편의 피로크랙전파에 대한 하한계 조건의 연구

Often, the propagation life of fatigue crack greatly affects the entire endurabiluity of a structure. Usually the condition defining the state of fatigue crack(suspension or propagation) is referred to as lower-limit condition(ΔK_th). In this study, such lower-limit conditions for propagation or suspension of fatigue crack were reviewed theoretically, and thereupon a test was conducted using a the flat notch specimen. As a result, a theoretical data was induced whereby a test was conducted again to examine affection of elasticity coefficient and stress ratio with regard to ΔK_th.

고도정보사회는 자유화, 다양화, 경쟁원리가 보장이 될 때에야만 가능한 사회이다. 그러므로 단일체 미디어가 주도하는 사회가 아니라, 다층적 종합적 네트워크 시스템으로 개인 차원에서 누구나 자유롭고 다양하게 접근할 수 있어야 하며, 雙方向式으로 정보의 선택과 교환이 가능하도록 해야 하는 것이다. 커뮤니케이션 기술의 발달로 말미암아 실제 생활보다 의식세계가 먼저 상승된다고 했다. 그런데 의식세계가 실제 생활보다 앞서는 경우에는 사회성원의 기대수준이 상승한다. 그리고 이러한 기대수준의 상승은 사회발전의 원인으로 작용할 수도 있는 것이다. 그러나 의식세계와 현실생활의 격차가 터무니없이 큰 상황에서는 커뮤니케이션 매체가 사회발전에 기여하기보다 오히려 사회의 혼란과 해체를 촉진하는 원인으로 작용할 가능성이 높아질 수도 있다. 결론적으로 말하면, 새로운 커뮤니케이션 매체의 개발 즉, 갖가지 정보의 확산이 언제나 사회발전을 촉진하는 데 기여하는 것은 아니라는 것이다. 그러므로 뉴 미디어에 대한 기술개발의 문제는 항상 사회 문화적인 영향력을 고려하여 그 충격이나 지체감을 최대한으로 감소시키려는 의지를 간직하고 신중하게 진행시켜야 할 문제라고 생각된다.

CBN wheels are used in automobile industry, semiconduction and electronics industry and tool production. We have researched and developed diamond wheel used for grinding a wide range of material such as ceramic carbide, glass, semiconductor like ferrite, material like ceramic as a wheel making artificial diamond as a fine particle. We have studied also about CBN wheel used for grinding hard material such as high-speed steel, tool steel and dies steel, In cooperation with the enterprise participated in studying the solution for high accuracy, efficiency-grinding and life improvement of diamond and CBN tools, The items for research and development have been collected, compared, and analyzed all kinds of product according to technological data. 모터 샤프트 가공을 위한 전조 공구 및 전조가공에 관한 연구

This study aims to clarify material specific properties for the form roller and form rolling for processing motor shaft. First, in order to develop the materials and manufacturing technologies for dies, the tool life of component rolling was tested and examined, and then, the design of material strength and dies manufacturing technologies were developed. Specifically, the testpiece was manufactured to analyze its fatigue, manufacturing technologies and life. SKD11 or other ally steel materials for dies to be cold working were tested to examine their characteristics. These materials were subject to wearing and fatigue tests to examine their life. Local dies products were examined for materials, hardness and shapes depending on their manufacturing drawing.The results of the test were appied to local commercial dies on the field to improve their materials. We have investigated in characteristics of form rolling materials.

These materials were subject to wearing and fatigue tests to examine their life. Worm dies products were examined for materials, hardness and shapes depending on their manufacturing drawing. We have investigated in characteristics of form rolling materials, life elevation. Thus, examine material special quality about various dies ashes and graped processing.
