모바일 인터페이스와 테이블탑 타일드 디스플레이를 연동한 FishBowl 게임 개발

기존의 테이블탑 시스템 연구에서는 주로 프로젝션 기반의 테이블 표면에 컴퓨터 영상을 디스플레이하고 그 테이블 표면에서 사용자는 멀티 터치(Multi-touch)나 탠저블 물체 (Tangible object)로 인터랙션을 한다. 본 연구에서는 확장 가능한 테이블탑 타일드 디스플레이 시스템에서 적외선 카메라 트래킹과 PDA 모바일 인터페이스를 이용하여 다중 사용자의 인터랙션을 지원하는 FishBowl 게임을 개발하였다. 이 게임은 고화질 테이블탑 가상환경과 PDA 모바일 인터페이스가 함께 연동하여 사용자의 상호작용성과 체감을 향상시키고 상하였다. 본 논문에서는 FishBowl 게임과 시스템 설계 및 구현에 대해서 설명한다. 그리고 사용자 관찰을 통하여 발견된 시스템 유용성과 개선점을 토론하고 결론과 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논한다. In the prior works on tabletop systems, a projection-based tabletop surface is mostly used to display computer images, and the participants interact with the display surface by hand multi-touching or using some tangible objects. In this research, however, we developed the FishBowl game that employs a scalable tabletop tiled display with infrared camera tracking coupled with PDA mobile interfaces. The focus of this game is to enhance user interactivity and realistic experience by coupling the high-resolution tabletop virtual environment and PDA mobile interface. This paper describes the game design followed by the system design and its detailed implementations. It also discusses the system usability and recommendation for its improvements after interviewing game players and then concludes with future research directions.
자동차 금형의 고정밀 NC 가공을 위한 등고선가공 경로 생성

In conventional NC milling semi-finishing cutting has been neglected. The NC milling performs only rough cutting and finish cutting. When the uncut area leave big, finish cutting has troubles such as overload and tool breakage, etc. In consequence the efficiency of manufacturing is decreased. The troubles can be overcome with semi-finish cutting. The semi-finish cutting using contour curve has many advantages to satisfy many cutting conditions, supporting with constant cutting force, good machinability and fast cutting speed. But tool interference in contour tool path is limited to 2 dimensional pocket, trimming, etc. The paper presents a method which can avoid the tool interference in 3 dimensional milling. The method uses characteristic points such as apex, sink and saddle point. Ridge-valley curve makes contour tool path interference-free tool path. The method has better performance than conventional tool path. Also, the tool path results in good accuracy of surface by using scan-line tool path in finish cutting. With the many cutting conditions satisfied, the tool path can provide the reduction in lead time of production. For semi-finish cutting tool path interference-free contour tool path is generated.

Ab initio SCF calulations with the STO-3G basis set have been performed to obtain the potential energy profiles for proton transfers in DNA base pairs, Guanine-Cytosine base pair and Adenine-Thymine base pair. Double proton transfers in DNA base pairs have produced double-well potential energy profiles.

Anthracycline 항암 항생제의 구조-효능 상관관계를 연구하기 위해 anthracycline 항암 항생제의 여러 Aglycon들에 대한 AM1 semiempirical MO 계산과 Force 계산을 실시하였다. AM1 계산결과에 의하면 Anthracycline 항암 항생제의 성질은 치환기에 의해 변화될 수 있으며 특히 Hydroxy1 기의 치환위치와 치환갯수에 의해 변화됨을 알 수 있다. 즉 Anthracycline 항암 항생제의 성질을 결정하는데 분자내 수소결합이 매우 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다.
Theoretical Studies on the Potential Energy Profiles for Proton Transfer Reaction in Formanide Dimer

Theoretical studies on the proton transfer reaction in a formamide dimer have been done by Ab initio SCF calculation. In this study, we have shown several effects on the potential energy profile of the proton transfer in a formamide dimer, such as the effect of a basis set, the effect of geometry optimization, and the effect of a distance between proton-donor and protonacceptor.
