We developing for Gate-Container Yard model to execute the Input & Output process of containers which are waiting in container yard effectively and fast. The optimal model is developed to manage and trace the containers in yard. We developed the put-away strategies which considered the storage time for volume of transportation and the distance between blocks and gates using the MICRO-CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation Facilities Technique).

According to the changing environment of management, the concept of the one-to-one marketing is appeared in the environment of management by high quality that customers needs. In this paradigm, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) offering integrated multiple view points is able to be executed by the advance of Information Technology(IT). In this study, the environment and the management status of the steel company that CRM implemented is analyzed. This study presents the system architecture which applies OLAP(on-line analytical processing), web technologies, and logistics service. Then this research presents a variety of effects and development direction in the future.

This research identified approachable management innovation technique from SCM point of view, and analyzed sales/logistics, integrated production planning, phenomenon of cooperation and suggested an innovation model over this for strengthening competitiveness of a case company. Process innovation model with an enterprise viewpoint is designed and suggested to solve the previous ares for improvement, and suggested various models of an ordering management model, available delivery management model, logistics operation model based on planning and S&OP model.

Purpose of this study is to propose a specific model by utilizing existing research. In addition, to make the model suitable form to apply to companies through benchmarking and continuous improvement. Through this study, the actual production Capa D companies doubled in a short time. Improve the internal management capabilities through management innovation is the industry`s highest level of performance is maintained. SCM operations substantially, which consists of a performance management through research model for SCM build on the success factors that are described in terms of this research has been in progress, most of the existing research to develop a specific and explicit models presented can be said. Similar ferroalloy industry standard applicable to the entire model, which means This approach also suggests that other types of industrial significance.

According to the rapid evolution of information technology, the salesperson's business efficiency and faster information sharing within the enterprise that need to improve competitiveness has been increasing steadily. In general, many companies has been managed the sales through the ERP system. However, the ERP informations as a result of operating activities can not perform customer maintenance activities from strategic planning. Therefore, a series of sales activities information as corporate intellectual assets is needed strategic business solutions for managing it. In this study, the web-based SFA systems were designed for salesperson. Salespersons improve the efficiency of the business through management and improvement activities of sales information. The systematic customer information management contribute to improving the company's revenue through improved customer service satisfaction.
