In this paper, field application test of super retarding agent is discussed to reduce hydration heat of mass concrete considering setting time difference of super retarding agent by using horizontal placing layer in Megatrium building construction field at Yongsan in Seoul. Properties of fresh and hardened concrete and hydration heat are investigated, According to test results, both base concrete and flowing concrete meet the requirement of designed slump and air content, although some variances exist. As for compressive strength, it also satisfies the specified strength the consumer need in base concrete and hardened concrete. As for hydration heat, highest temperature of middle section in top placing layer is 65v at 28hours, and in bottom placing layer is 73℃ at 68hours.

Execution of exposed concrete has some problems such as segregation, surface honey comb and insufficient surface glossing due to unsuitable mix proportion and unfavorable construction in our field. Therefore, in this paper, field application of exposed concrete at training center building of Chongju university in Daecheon are carried out based on the mixing data obtained from laboratory test. Base concrete are made in accordance with mixing data. Segregation reducing type superplasticizer developed are applied in order to flow the base concrete with out segregation of materials. According to test results, air content shows to be reduced after flowing. Compressive strength of flowing concrete is higher than that of base concrete about 7%. Surface glossing is reducing as the age goes on. It is improved about 10% compared to that of base concrete.
운반시간 지연에 의해 저하된 레미콘의 성능회복에 관한 기초적 연구

In this paper, availability of deteriorated remicon due to delaying delivery time is discussed. According to test results, fluidity and air content of plain concrete exhibited a tendency to decline with a elapse of time. After 90 minutes since mixed, use of superplasticizer and AE admixture resulted in an increase in fluidity and air content. Adequate dosage of superplasticizer and AE adimixture is found to add with 0.4% and 0.002% respectively to restore the level of original slump and air content from loss one. Setting time of concrete exhibited an acceleration with an increase in leaving time of concrete. Compressive strength of plain concrete is enhanced with and increase of leaving time of concrete. Therefore, it is found that the use of superplasticizer with 0.4% and AE admixture with 0.002% has a desirable effect on restoring the deteriorated quality of concrete related to fluidity, air content and setting time without strength loss caused by delivery time delaying.
시멘트 킬른 더스트를 사용한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구

This paper is intended to investigate the properties of fresh and hardened concrete, in which cement and fine aggregate are replaced with cement kiln dust(CKD), for effective using method of CKD, a by-product produced in the process of making cement. According to the results, as the replacing ratio of CKD increases, slump and air content of concrete decreases remarkably due to an increase of viscosity and filling of the pores respectively. As the properties of setting, setting time are shortened with an increase of the replacing ratio of CKD. Compressive strength increases due to the filling effect of the pores in comparison with plain concrete, and compressive strength ratio is high at early age.

The Korea National Housing Corporation contributes activated value engineering(VE) how to hold a plan VE competition every year. This study introduced VE working results to execute effectively plan VE competition of the Korea National Housing Corporation. A VE Job Plan was based, and the distinction on choice process of phased VE Job Plan was chosen in the stage of VE working process. The executed results due to VE proceeding about " the new construct field of apartment, A-14, Woonjeongjigu, Paju" as the project of a plan VE competition 2006 was to enforce 163 works of functional definitions, 333 items of creating ideas, and 193 achievements of ideas. Besides, VE was proposed about 46 works of increasing values and cost reduction for 103 works and 10,040,000,000 won.
고유동 콘크리트용 분리저감형 유동화제의 개발에 관한 기초적 연구

The purpose of this paper is to develope segregation reducing type superplasticizer for high fluidity concrete and to manufacture high fluidity concrete by applying developed segregation reducing type superplasticizer using flowing concrete method in the rane go of 45% of W/C. According to test results, as dosage of superplasticizer increases, it shows that fluidity and bleeding increase, while air content and segregation resistance decrease. It also shows that adding of viscosity agent reduce bleeding and improve segregation resistance. Dosage of AE agent recovers loss of air contents during flowing Procedure. Combination of proper contents of superplasticizer, viscosity agent and AE agent make possible to develope segregation reducing type soperplasticizer According to experimental results, optimal proportion of superplasticizer, viscosity agent and AE agent show to be 1'0.60'0.027 Compressive strength of high fluidity concrete is simihar to comprssive strength of base concrete
