        우리나라 밭토양의 수분침투속도(水分浸透速度)에 관하여

        강우강도가 100mm/hr인 인공강우기(人工降雨器)를 이용(利用)하여 밭토양의 강우침투성(降雨浸透性)을 조사(調査)하고, 침투수(浸透水)의 토양중재분포를 Youngs의 이론식(理論式)에 의(依)하여 추정(推定)한 것과 비교(比較)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. 1. 토양별 한계강우침투속도(限界降雨浸透速度)는 강우강도 100mm/hr 조건하(條件下)에서 식양토 내지(乃至) 식토(埴土)에서 10mm/hr 이하(以下), 양토에서 10~20mm/hr, 사양토에서 20~30mm/hr, 및 사토(砂土)에서 30mm/hr 이상(以上)으로 나타났으며, 한계강우침투속도(限界降雨浸透速度)에 도달(到達)하는 시간(時間)은 15~20분(分) 이었다. 2. 토양별 표토(表土)의 포화투수계수는 삼각사양토에서 0.47mm/min, 송정식양토에서 0.16mm/min, 그리고 전남미사질식양에서 0.14mm/min로 나타났다. 3. 강우후(降雨後) 토양수분의 재분포상양(再分布相樣)은 Youngs 이론식(理論式)에 의(依)하여 추정(推定)된 것과 거의 비슷한 경향이었다. The infiltration rates of the upland soils on hill side slope were investigated in situ using rainulator of which rainfall intensity was 100mm/hr. The soil moisture profile after the water infiltration was compared with that calculated from Youngs' equation. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Time required for infiltration rate to reach constant during rainfall was 15 to 25 min. The infiltration rate measured after 30 min was considered to be final infiltration rate. 2. The final infiltration rates of clay soils were lower than 10mm/hr., loamy soils 10 to 20., coarse loamy soils 20 to 30, and sandy soils higher than 30mm/hr., respectively. 3. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of the surface soil of Samgag sandy loam was 0.47mm/min., Songjeong clay loam0.16 mm/min., and Jeonnam silty clay loam 0.14mn/min., respectively. 4. The soil moisture profile calculated from Young's equation was in close agreement with measured in situ.

      • Deoxycorticosterone acetate가 흰 생쥐의 신사구방세포에 미치는 영향

        정상 및 부신을 적출한 숫 흰생쥐를 소정의 사료로 사육하면서 deoxycorticosterone acetate (DCA)를 1주간 투여하였다. 신장을 절취하여 Helly씨 용액으로 고정한 후 Wilson씨 방법으로 염색하여 사구방과립세포를 관찰하였으며 동시에 과립세포지수(GCI) 및 과립지수(JGI)를 조사하여 각 실험군을 비교하였다. 1. 정상군에 DCA를 투여한 결과 GCI 및 JGI의 수치는 의의있는 감소를 인정할 수 없었으며 또한 과립세포형의 출현빈도도 제 1형, 제2형, 제3형의 순으로 변화가 없었다. 2. 부신을 적출하면 GCI는 약간의 증가를 하고, JGI는 현저한 증가를 보이고 있었으며 각 세포형의 출현빈도는 제3형, 제2형, 제1형의 순으로 반전되었음을 보여주었다. 3. 부신을 적출한 흰생쥐에 DCA를 투여한 결과는 정상군에 DCA를 투여한 결과와 같이 GCI 및 JGI 양자 모두, 의의있는 감소를 보여주고 있지 않으며 각 과립세포형의 출현빈도에도 변화를 주고 있지 않다. 4. 이상의 결과는 사구방과립세포가 정상상태에 있건 부신을 적출하여 초래된 기능항진된 상태에 있건 간에 DCA 투여는 큰 영향을 주지 않는 것 같다. For the study of the juxtaglomerular granular cells deoxycorticosterone acetate(DCA), 2.5mg/day was administered to the normal and adrenalectomized mice for one week. The sections of renal tissues of all the experimental groups were stained by Wilson's method after the fixation with Helly's fluid, and the juxtaglomerular granular cell index (GCI) and juxtaglomerular granular index (JGI) were calculated at the magnification of 480 under the light microscope. And compared each other. The results observed were as follows. 1. There were not any significant decrease in both the GCI and JGI following the administration of DCA to normal animals, and the frequency of appearance of the various granular cell types in DCA-treated groups was in the order of Type1, Type 2, and type 3 as in the normal. 2. After adrenalectomy, significant increase in JGI was found and the order of the frequency of appearance of the various granular cell types was reversed. The GCI however, showed slight increase in number but is not significant. 3. The administration of DCA to adrenalectomized mice seemed not to show any significant decrease in GCI and JGI as in the DCA-treated normal group and the frequency of appearance of cell types was as same as in the DCA-treated adrenalectomized group. 4. The above results could show that the administration of DCA would not affect to decrease the granulation of juxtaglomerular granular cells in both the normal and adrenalectomized groups.

        CHP에 의한 천척지 토양의 제염(除鹽) 및 이화학성질개량에 관한 시험연구

        For the study of method for salt elimination aimed at reforming tidal land into normal paddy fields in a short period with reduction of periods requiring for elimination of saline, CHP (a kind of Ca-hum ate), a soil conditioner made of peat as a main material was tried. In the pot experiment, effect on elimination of salt, improvement of physical-chemical characteristics and rice cultivation test were studied. The results of these tests are as follows: 1. CHP treatment somewhat improves aggregation state with some effect on aggregation. 2. CHP treatment is remarkably effective in permeability which increases with 1.0 percent treatment by three times in percolation rate, and by 4.5 times in volume of leached water respectively. 3. With the increase of CHP amounts, salt was eliminated in short period. When 80% of the total Na was leached in 1.0% CHP-A treated pot control pot begins permeable. 4. CEC and phosphorous absorption capacity are not influenced by CHP treatment. 5. Growing state of rice is greatly influenced by rainfalls. Growth of rice in tidal land however are almost similar to those in normal paddy fields with layer amounts of CHP treatment. With salt content in the soils, saline hazard and numbers of ineffective stems, amounts of unmatured grain are increased. 6. With the treatment of CHP yields of rough rice were increased. With 0.5% CHP treatment the yields were similar to those of the normal paddy fields. With 1.0% CHP-A treatment, the yields were increased by 15 times more than these of none treated soil and by 25 percent more than normal paddy soils.
