In order to overcome the manufacturing difficulty of the transverse-flux permanent magnet linear motor (TFPMLM) and enhance its performance much better, a novel TFPMLM with E-core and 3 dimension (3D) magnetic structures is proposed in this paper. Firstly, its basic structure and operating principle are presented. Then the equivalent 2D configuration of the TFPMLM is transformed, so that the Schwarz-Christoffel (SC) mapping method can be used to analyze the motor. Furthermore, the air gap flux density distribution is solved by SC mapping method, based on which, the EMF waveform, no-load cogging force waveform and load force waveform are obtained. Finally, the prototyped TLPMLM is manufactured and the results are obtained from the experiment and 3D FEM, respectively, which are used to compare with those from SC mapping method.

Amphoteric polymers have brought to papermakers' attention gradually. In this paper, a series of amphoteric starches with different cationic and anionic degree of substitution (DS) are prepared. Better product has been selected and used under different condition.<br/> As retention and drainage aids, amphoteric starches were used in 'shorter fiber length, weak strength and poor drainage bleached AQ-Soda wheat straw pulp. In neutral and alkaline papermaking system, when amphoteric starches contain 0.024anionic degree of substitution (DS), it is shown that the higher the cationic degree of substitution (DS) in amphoteric starches, the better the filler retention. The filler retention is improved 12.5%. 30.3%, and 35.1 % and 32.5% respectively by adding 1 % amphoteric starch LS-L2 -I (0.034), LS-L2-2 (0.040). LS-L2-3 (0.047) and LS-L2-4 (0.052). But the strength of handsheets is affected a little. By adding 2% Al2 (S04) J and 1.5% LS-L2-3 at pH 7.5, filler retention can be improved from 38% to 80%. and breaking length of sheet only decreases 3.2%. As dry strengthening aids, amphoteric starches were used in eucalyptus APMP. Amphoteric starches are used in eucalyptus APMP. The amphoteric starch LS-L2-2 is better dry strength aid. Adding 1% LS-L2-2 can improve breaking length 24.5%. burst index 42.9%. tear index 38.8%. folding endurance and density of the handsheets.
Analysis of the Work Alienation of Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools in China

The purpose of the study is examining the wok alienation of secondary vocational school teachers. The sample of the study was composed of teachers(N=1447) employed in secondary vocational schools in 6 provinces in 2016-2017 academic year. For data collection purposes, "work alienation scale" developed by Chung-Shan Sun (1999) was utilized to determine alienation levels. Research results show that teachers felt alienated from school followed by feelings of unaccomplished, meaninglessness, irregularity and powerlessness. In general, correlation existed between the alienation level and the factors including sexuality, region, working time, professional titles, work load
Modeling and Analysis of CM Noise Behaviors of Transformers in Power Converters

In isolated power converters, electromagnetic feld coupling inside the transformer signifcantly afects its conducted common mode (CM) characteristics. Special concern must be focused on the sophisticated efects of electromagnetic felds on the high-frequency conducted CM noise behaviors of the transformer. The efective frequency range of the existing transformer CM characteristic modeling approaches cannot cover the frequency range from 150 kHz to 30 MHz. Accurately predicting the high frequency conducted CM behavior of transformers is necessary for electromagnetic compatibility design, which avoids the use of unnecessary time in trial and error. In this paper, the scattering parameter is introduced to investigate the high-frequency CM noise behaviors and conducted mechanism of transformers by fnite element method (FEM) simulation tool, and the sensitive factors generating CM noise and causing nonlinear behaviors in the high-frequency range are determined. Good agreement is achieved between FEM simulation results and the measurement in the range of 150 kHz–30 MHz. The proposed simulation modeling method can accurately predict the electric and magnetic feld distribution variation with frequency inside transformer winding window in the design stage, then the high frequency conducted CM noise behavior can also be efectively predicted.
