        주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 비매너 주차로 인한 충돌을 사전에 예방하기 위한 단속시스템이다. 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 장애인, 전기차 전용 주차구역에 일반차량 주차, 2개 차선을 물고 주차하는 차량이 있다. 위와 같은 차량을 딥러닝 객체인식 기능을 통해 비매너 주차를 감지하여 알려준다. 비매너 주차 상황이 찍힌 사진이나 영상을 학습데이터로 사용하여 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 학습데이터를 제작하고 그 상황을 인식하여 비매너 주차 유무를 판단한다. 주차장의 환경을 좀 더 쾌적하게 함으로써 주차장 이용자간 충돌을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. It is a enforcement system to prevent collisions caused by unmanageable parking that may occur in parking lots. There are handicapped people who can get up in parking lots, general vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking areas, and vehicles parked in two lanes. The vehicle above is detected and notified through the deep learning object recognition function. By using a picture or video of an unmanageable parking situation as learning data, the learning data is produced so that the situation can be recognized, and the situation is recognized to determine the presence or absence of unmanageable parking. The purpose is to reduce collisions between parking lot users by making the environment of the parking lot more comfortable.

        유통중인 즉석섭취 새싹채소와 샐러드의 세균오염 분석

        즉석섭취편이 식품중 신선편의식품(fresh-cut-vegetable)인 새싹 채소와 샐러드의 수요는 급증하고 있으나 특히 새싹채소의 미생물 품질평가를 위한 자료가 거의 없는 상황이다. 따라서 국내 대형할인마트에서 유통중인 새싹채소 50제품, 샐러드 30제품을 수집하여 총 호기성균, 대장균군, E. coli, Salmonella spp, S. aureus, B. cereus, L. monocytogenes, Cam. jejuni, C. perfringens의 오염연구를 수행하였다. 총 호기성균은 새싹채소에서는 7.95 log CFU/g 검출되었으며 샐러드에서 평균 6.70 log CFU/g검출되어 샐러드 보다 새싹채소에서 약 1 log CFU/g 더 높게 검출되었다. 대장균군은 새싹채소에서 6.69 log CFU/g 검출되었고 샐러드에서 평균 5.42 log CFU/g 검출되었다. E. coli은 새싹채소 50제품 중 16제품(32%)에서 2.38 log CFU/g으로 검출되었고 샐러드 30제품 중 8제품(27%)에서 2.21 log CFU/g으로 검출되었다. B. cereus는 새싹채소 50제품 중 16제품(32%)이 검출되었고 샐러드 30제품 중 16제품(53%)가 검출되었으나 대부분이 3 log CFU/g 이하의 검출율을 보여 주었다. Salmonella, S. aureus, L. monocytogenes, Cam. jejuni, C. perfringens는 검출되지 않았다. 그러므로 분석된 새싹채소와 샐러드에서 B. cereus이외에 다른 식중독 병원성 미생물의 위해 가능성은 크지 않은 것으로 보인다. 그러나 총 세균수가 높게 검출되었고 위생지표세균인 대장균의 검출율이 높아서 이들 식품의 미생물 안전성을 확보하기 위해서 보다 더 철저한 생산유통관리가 요망되며 특별히 새싹채소에 대한 미생물안전성 확보에 대한 노력이 요구된다. Although bacterial outbreaks from ready-to-eat foods have increased, little information is available on microbial quality of sprouts in markets. Fifty sprouts and 30 salads were collected from wholesale markets. Total aerobic count (TAC), coliform, Escherichia coli, and some pathogens were detected. TAC for sprouts was 7.95 log CFU/g and 6.70 for salads, indicating that sprouts were more contaminated by 1 log CFU/g than that of salads. The numbers of coliform were 6.69 log CFU/g for sprouts and 5.42 for salads. E. coli was detected in 16 of 50 sprout samples at 2.38 log CFU/g and eight of 30 salads at 2.21 log CFU/g. Bacillus cereus was detected in 29 of 50 sprout samples and 16 of 30 salads, and the counts were mostly <3 log CFU/g. Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, and Clostridium perfringens were not detected. Therefore, although pathogens may not be a high risk for these foods, the high TAC and E. coli contamination require improved production and distribution methods, particularly for sprouts.

        경주국립공원의 관속식물상

        본 연구는 경주국립공원(남산, 토함산, 단석산)의 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물들의 분포를 조사하였다. 2011년 7월부터 2012년 5월까지 총 7회 조사하였다. 조사결과 관속식물은 96과 284속 385속 4아종 41변종 6품종으로 총 436분류군을 확인하였다. 그 중 산림청 지정 희귀식물은 7분류군, 특산식물은 13분류군이다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 41분류군으로 Ⅴ등급 1분류군, Ⅳ등급 3분류군, Ⅲ등급 9분류군, Ⅱ등급 4분류군,Ⅰ등급 24분류군이다. 한편 귀화식물은 29분류군으로 확인하였으며, 귀화율은 6.65%, 도시화지수는 9.03%이다. 조사된 436분류군의 유용도는 목초용 자원식물이 182분류군(41.7%), 식용 176분류군(40.4%), 약용 147분류군(33.7%), 관상용 52분류군(11.9%), 목재용 18분류군(4.1%), 염료용 16분류군(3.7%), 섬유용 8분류군(1.8%), 공업용 자원식물이 1분류군(0.2%) 그리고 용도가 밝혀지지 않은 식물이 79분류군(18.1%)으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the vascular flora of Mt. Nam, Mt. Toham, and Mt. Danseok in Gyeongju National Park . The vascular plants were surveyed for 7 times from July 2011 to May 2012. The results were summarized as 436 taxa, 96families, 284 genera, 385 species, 4 subspecies, 41 varieties, and 6 forms. The 13 taxa were categorized as Korean endemic plants species and the other 7 taxa as rare plants species, which categorized by the Korea Forest Service. Based on the Floristic Degrees categorized by the Specific Distribution of Plants Species, one taxa grouped as the Floristic Degree Ⅴ, 3 for Floristic Degree Ⅳ, and 9 for Floristic Degree Ⅲ, 4 for Floristic Degree Ⅱ, and 24 taxa for Floristic Degree I. The naturalized plants were recorded as 29 taxa, and their Naturalization Ratio and Urbanization Index were recorded as 6.65%, and 9.03%, respectively. 436 taxa listed consists of 182 taxa(41.7%) of pasturing plant, 176 taxa(40.4%) of edible plants, 147 taxa(33.7%) of medicinal plants, 52 taxa(11.9%) of ornamental plants, 18 taxa(4.1%) of timber plants, 16 taxa(3.7%) of stain plants, 8 taxa(1.8%) of fiber plants, 1 taxa(0.2%) of industrial plants and 79 taxa(18.1%) of unknown plants.

        경주국립공원 문화재지정구역의 귀화식물 현황 및 관리방안

        경주국립공원 문화재지정구역에 분포하는 귀화식물은 총 14과 40속 45종 1변종 등 총 46분류군을 확인하였다. 귀화식물을 유형별로 구별해보면, 생활형은 1년생 초본이 17분류군(37%)으로 가장 많았으며, 다년생 초본이 16분류군 (34.8%), 2년생 초본이 11분류군(23.9%), 목본이 2분류군(4.3%)로 나타났다. 원산지 별로는 유럽이 17분류군(37%)으로 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 북아메리카에서 이입된 종이 16분류군(34.8%)으로 나타났다. 또한 귀화도는 3등급이 18분류군(40.9%)으로 가장 높다. 귀화식물 321분류군에 대한 본 연구대상지의 도시화 지수는 14.3%이며, 지구별 도시화 지수는 남산지구가 8.1%로 가장 높다. 경주국립공원은 사적형 공원으로 문화재가 매우 중요하나, 문화재 주변의식재 및 관리 또한 중요하다. 따라서 귀화식물의 경우 장기적인 모니터링과 생태적인 특성을 파악하여 체계적인 관리방안이 요구된다. The naturalized plant species in Gyeongju National Park was summarized as 46taxa including 14 families 40 genus 45 species 1 varieties. Among them, annual herbaceous species was 17taxa (37%) which is grouped as the biggest proportion and 16taxa (34.8%) for perennial herbaceous species and 11taxa (23.9%) for biannual herbaceous species and 2taxa (4.3%) for tree species. European origin was the biggest proportion as 17taxa (37%), and 16% (34.8%) from North America. The degree of naturalization (DoN) was the biggest for Degree III, V as 18taxa (39.1%). Regarding 321 naturalized plant species, the Urbanization Index in the studied area was 14.3%. The Namsam District showed 8.1% which is the highest DoN in the studied districts within the Gyeongju National Park. As the cultural properties is important in the Gyeongju National Park as a representatives for historical sites in Korea, planting and its management in the cultural properties is important tasks. The naturalized plant species in the studied area should be reasonably management.

      • Similar efficacy of maintenance treatment of finasteride 1mg every other month compared with finasteride 1mg daily in Korean men with androgenetic alopecia, after taking finasteride 1mg daily for 1 year

        Background: Finasteride has proved to be an effective treatment for men with AGA. Daily use of finasteride 1mg for three months or more is necessary before benefit is observed. Also, treatments for AGA, including finasteride 1mg, should be continued to treat AGA and maintain therapeutic effect. Objectives: To compare the maintenance effect of finasteride 1mg regimens, daily or every other months (EOM) use, after taking finasteride 1mg daily for 1 year. Methods: We enrolled 23 Korean men with AGA who were treated with finasteride 1 mg daily for 1 year. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, and then treated with finasteride 1 mg for 1 more year. We defined daily group as 9 patients who took finasteride 1 mg daily and EOM group as 14 patients who took it EOM. Treatment efficacy was assessed by the investigator’s global assessment. The 5-point scale was as follows: 4, greatly improved; 3, moderately improved; 2, slightly improved; 1, unchanged; 0, aggravated. Results: Two patients (22.2%) showed mild improvement and 6 patients (66.7%) showed no change in daily group. Five patients (35.7%) patients showed mild improvement and 7 patients (50.0%) had no change in EOM group. There were 1 patient (11%) with aggravation in daily group and 2 patients (14.3%) with aggravation in EOM group. Conclusion: Maintenance effect of finasteride 1mg EOM dosage showed similar to that of finasteride 1mg daily dosage during 1 year in Korean men with AGA, after taking finasteride 1 mg daily for 1 year.

        Fine-needle aspiration cytology is the current diagnostic approach in identifying medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) neck lymph node metastases. However, it is not frequently proposed as a routine procedure in patients with high-serum calcitonin (CT) because of its low sensitivity and specificity. A few study evaluated CT measurement in wash-out fluid from fine-needle aspiration biopsy (CT-FNAB), a promising tool for the detection of metastatic lymph node in MTC. We describe two cases of MTC patients with neck lymph node recurrence who were identified by elevation of CT-FNAB and confirmed on surgical pathology. Metastatic lymph nodes from one patient had both positive CT-FNAB and conventional cytology for MTC recurrence, while another patient showed positive CT-FNAB and negative cytology specimen for lymph node metastases. CT-FNAB can be a highly sensitive and reliable diagnostic procedure to identify recurrent/metastatic MTC.

        Estimation of damage probability of combat vehicle components based on modeling and simulation

        Many functions are considered for the design of GCV (ground combat vehicles), which are carried out to increase the survivability of GCV from enemy threats. By improving survivability, the interior of the GCV can be protected and the continuity of mission performance can be improved. The vulnerability assessment is calculated from the damage probability of the components of the target. The damage probability of the component is calculated by the damage probability of the sub-components. For the accuracy of the vulnerability assessment, it is important to accurately calculate the damage probability of sub-components. The damage probability of sub-components is usually calculated only by the penetration. However, it is difficult to calculate the exact damage probability by penetration alone. In this study, damage scenarios of sub-components are created and classified according to damage types such as a type of components, hit position, damage cause and result, etc., and damage rule is calculated and the damage probability of the sub-components is calculated. In order to improve the accuracy of the analysis of the shot line, which was used only to identify the penetration, we conducted the shot line analysis for the ricochet and deflection to enhance the accuracy of the vulnerability assessment.

        Research Note : Production of γ-Aminobutyric Acid by Lactobacillus brevis 340G Isolated from Kimchi and Its Application to Skim Milk

        The Lactobacillus brevis 340G strain isolated from traditional Korean fermented food (kimchi) produced 15.50 mM of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) after 48 h of cultivation in MRS media containing 1% L-monosodium glutamate (MSG). The culture conditions of Lb. brevis 340G were optimized for GABA production. Lb. brevis 340G was cultivated at 30℃ in optimized MRS media containing 3% sucrose and 2% yeast extract with 3% MSG, resulting in maximum GABA production (68.77 mM) after 54 h of cultivation. Skim milk fermented with Lb. brevis 340G produced 4.64 mM of GABA in the presence of 1% MSG. These results suggest that Lb. brevis 340G could be used as a starter for functional fermented foods and skim milk fermented with Lb. brevis 340G could be further developed to become functional dairy food fortified with GABA.

      • Impact of non-compliant balloons on long-term clinical outcomes in coronary bifurcation lesions: results from the COBIS (COronary BIfurcation Stent) II registry

        <P>Aims: Non-compliant balloons provide uniform radial force along the vessel wall at any inflation pressure. As a result, the use of non-compliant balloons may reduce side branch complications and optimise stent deployment. We sought to investigate the impact of non-compliant balloons on the long-term clinical outcomes of patients undergoing a coronary bifurcation intervention. Methods and results: A total of 2,897 patients treated with drug-eluting stents for bifurcation lesions were enrolled. Non-compliant balloons were used in 752 patients (26%). During a median three-year follow-up, major adverse cardiac events (MACE: cardiac death, myocardial infarction, or target lesion revascularisation) occurred less frequently in the non-compliant balloon group than in the compliant balloon group (8.2% versus 10.9%; p=0.03). After propensity score matching (710 pairs), the use of non-compliant balloons resulted in a lower rate of side branch dissection (0.1% versus 1.1%; p=0.046) and a higher rate of procedural success (79.0% versus 73.9%; p=0.01). The use of non-compliant balloons was associated with a lower risk of MACE (HR 0.64, 95% CI: 0.46-0.91; p=0.01) and cardiac death (HR 0.14, 95% CI: 0.03-0.64; p=0.01). Conclusions: The use of non-compliant balloons was associated with favourable procedural and long-term clinical outcomes in patients receiving coronary bifurcation intervention.
